Hero Motocorp — Xpulse 200 bike delivery | |
I've booked a red color Xpulse 200 model on Feb 4th, 2021 by paying an advance of ₹5000 at Mohana motors, Velachery. They've told us to wait for maximum of 15 days for the bike to be delivered. Now it has been one and half months since the bike's booking date, the bike hasn't been delivered yet. Each time they're saying that the bike will be delivered in a few days but not giving an assured delivery date. It seems hero doesn't care about their customers. This has been a very bad experience from hero even before the bike's delivery. If it is going to be prolonged, I'll certainly share this experience with everyone and let them know the poor service of yours. I'm not blaming the dealer here but only hero motocorp. I need you to look into this and provide me with a solution ASAP. Else I'll prefer a brand which values customers satisfaction. Was this information helpful? | |
