Hero Motocorp — Xpulse 200 bs4,two wheeler

I have an xpulse 200 and there have been very loud rattling sounds coming from the engine...

I reched out to the showroom for the 4th time in1 month and the problem still persists.

I need a feasible solution for this or I may be foced to go legally on this issue against the showroom personnels
