I have bought a new Hero Xpulse Bike, Five months back. Oil / Engine cooler is not working and afrer 40km running, it's very difficult to start the bike. And the service person were Not servicing properly, as they couldn't solve the issue. They told me to use the bike and keep it runnig without repairing
I want replacement of the bike with new one, as it is on warranty and having manufacturing defect.Its hampering my day to day life.I have alreay spent a lot of amount .
The service team is unable to repair the same and told me, it takes 15- 30 days to get the spare parts.
Thank you for your kindness to replace my bike as soon as possible.
