Hewlett Packward — Too much delay in Hard Disk replacement

I called HP customer care since my hard disk check was failed. I was provided a Case ID [protected] and my HP Recovery Kit was also mailed which I received from Blue Dart courier. But since then, I never received any call from the Site Engineer. I am under warranty period still and have On site warranty coverage. If further delayed, I would have to give negative comments on social media and business websites.
