Hi,
It's been two days since I got the internet connection and it hardly worked for hours. There is a frequent internet issue in these two days. As being a software engineer in IT and due to pandamic my job is completely working from home. In this situation i would expect a seamless internet connection. I'm not at all satisfied with the service or customer care. It's been 2 days I got the connection and need a cancellation and refund please. I don't see any terms related to any kind of refund on the website.

We have taken annual internet package, started getting issues from very few days of connection, there wont be internet consistently for 2 days, have been facing this issue almost every day and we have to call customer care and log complaints every 2 to 3 days still there won't be a fix. Always say its due to fiber cut and etc, but its been done intentionally by the provider.
These guys should be penalised and should pay back my money that includes mental torture that they are causing daily.
Looking for more ways to punish them.

I already have a hi-reach connection of 60mbps speed...and one week back took another connection for 100 Mbps speed...the internet is not working properly and for both connection we have one year subscription...it is always showing no internet and the guys who came to fix mixed up both connections and now 60 Mbps is working at 70mbps and the 100mbps connection at 40mbps...we paid for 60 and 100 Mbps and we don't get as we asked for...very disappointed and when we call the person who setup he doesn't take care of the problem...so either fix the problem today or we want a fully refunded cancellation... thought the service would be good but turns out to be the worst

It’s been continuously internet is not working
Whenever I call to the technician he always say that to register a complain
After registering a complaint he will fix it
Then again next day same problem again it will not work
How stupidly staff are working its shame on the upper management for hiring worst fellows who are not capable enough to clear the problem in fixing the internet

Iam mallesh mobile number [protected].recently I shifted house from nirmal to godavarikhani, l have already informed to nirmal hireach executive regard shifting but no response, I raised issue on 7th October and informed to godavarikhani hireach executive they said in 2days it will clear but till Today 5 days over but not given connection and they took shifting charges 1000rs.daily I'm loosing my work, how many days it goes, daily I'm calling but no result, really hireach employees not worthy, atleast refund my shifting charges and 3months payments, I can choose another broadband.please clear issue

Daily morning hours and in festival seasons their services are very disaster.today I logged complaint .I called to customer care to 3 times for network issue.the people didn't respond .and they are telling some network issues and technicians are not available.period of holiday days we are in home .on that they can't provide the service why should we pay yearly packages.reach services are not good and I clearly mentioned bad .

Right from the morning wifi is unavailable. I called customer care 3 times at 2pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm. Not a single action taken from their side. Absolute disgust to call again and again. I wanna charge a complaint regarding Hireach's disgusting service towards customer. And I want to charge penalty

Always I m facing internet issues since last month. The internet light on the router is always disappearing which is leading to the loss of network. We have reached to the concerned area(Sapthagiri colony) technician several times but he never receives the call or never come forward to fix the issue. And now it's been 4 days, all the router lights got off and no action was taken. This kind of services are no longer acceptable and we were suffered due to this network issue since so long.

I request your service to take an immediate action on my internet issue or else you have to compensate for it.

I am in Warangal, Telangana and my user ID [protected]@gmail.com and I took 1 year subscription for my Shop specially for CCTV cameras.

The problem is internet connection, it is disconnecting almost every week, is it my mistake to pay for 1 year. I request to return my remaining period of money and close the deal, I don't want to continue Hi Reach with this regular internet problem. I fed up calling customer care every week and complaint.
