Bad service, manideep not lifting the phone this kind of service, we want to change from I Reach to other brand

It's almost 6 hours iam still getting network issue.light blink continuesly on router and didn't get login page also.

Iam getting network issue since last four hours onwards.iam facing this so many times.please resolve this issue as early as possible.

Sreshta_wgl is my user name. If you go through this user id you will get to know that how am fed up with your service. Everytime it offs on its wish . I already completed my one yr plan and then took renewal again and is this how your service should be? Worst ever service.

I have been existing customer of hi reach from 2014 i didn't bother about the service these many, but right working from home having service issue regarding slow speed and frequent disconnections if this going to like you loose your customer and provide permanent resolution

As from past two days problem in broad band and I have gone to office in Vanasthalipuram but the lady at reception is very rude and not caring at all at customer problems and very bad customer service

Hello Team,

I paid money for 1 Year subscription of internet on 6th July, 2021 and the sales Person Narasimha Reddy - [protected] with the commitment that the internet will be provided on 7th July, 2021. Despite of several follow up's they failed to provide internet on that day.

The next day 8th July, 2021 i contacted multiple times but did not even answer my phone. I started reaching his manager - Shravan - [protected] but he rather supporting customer he started supporting his sales person.

I called Shravan multiple times and later they said that they cannot provide internet new connection and returned money to the account.

Hi Reach broad band team is playing with customer time and money. They wanted to block the customer by taking money so that they will no choose other broadband connection.

In the evening Shravan and Narasimha Reddy both misbehaved with me and threatened to do what every you want.

My name is Doodala Saikiran and i am the customer of Hireach Broadband, This complaint is regarding my internet issue, Due to rain yesterday cable wire has been cutoff in my line, I have informed the support Hireach team today morning and he said he will take care and since then he is nor responding to the calls and kept his mobile off, Even i tried to reach customer care and still i didnt get anmy response from them too. Due to this pandemic we are all working from home so internet is more necessary for us. Please take this as a complaint and solve the issue. Please resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you.

We opted from high speed internet on June 6th and paid 6 months service fee. I haven’t had a single day of internet from that day on wards. Have been reaching customer service, local service guys and local branch office but the issue is not resolved. Also, there is no proper communication nor responsibility.
I am done with this. I am looking for refund of my amount. Going to other service provider.. need this refund done immediately

To give new connection to our neighbors, they have disconnected our internet

Literally The Worst Internet I Have Ever Experienced.Literally From 6 hours there is not internet..What Is This Service.. Guess I will change the internet...

I have never ever seen this kind of worst service.
Frequent disconnections issue since one week, daily i'm raising 2 to 3 complaints requesting to restore the services, still the problem persisting.

Since 35 hours internet not coming.if we are complaining to regional people they are not responding at all..the worst thing is a lady who is handling customer care services for hireach.she don't know English, improper talking skills.she is behaving as if she is paying my internet bill.what sort of service you people are providing?it's very pathetic.long hours interruption in internet and no proper response from any of your executives.i will ask my complete branches of office to opt other broadband.
