Literally The Worst Internet I Have Ever Experienced.Literally From 6 hours there is not internet..What Is This Service.. Guess I will change the internet...

I have never ever seen this kind of worst service.
Frequent disconnections issue since one week, daily i'm raising 2 to 3 complaints requesting to restore the services, still the problem persisting.

Since 35 hours internet not coming.if we are complaining to regional people they are not responding at all..the worst thing is a lady who is handling customer care services for hireach.she don't know English, improper talking skills.she is behaving as if she is paying my internet bill.what sort of service you people are providing?it's very pathetic.long hours interruption in internet and no proper response from any of your executives.i will ask my complete branches of office to opt other broadband.

There is no internet from June 6th. Have been reaching local service people as well as customer service care. So far no action taken. We are paying for 100 mbps to ensure I have good speed for my work but the speed I get is 2 mbps. My phone internet speed is much better than theirs. I have reached multiple folks but no action taken as of now. No proper response either.

I give so many complaints but they are not solving the problem.
And talking in harsh manner.

They are not even coming to check what is the problem.
And cancelled my complaints in their website But still problem is not solved.

Wifi has not been available since yesterday we have a lot of problems please respond

Internet is down since last night, I have raised a complaint in the morning today (14th June 2021), but there is no response yet (4pm). We have taken the broad-brand connection for uninterrupted service as our children and me use the internet for attending online classes and office purpose. Since the HiReach is not providing proper support instantly, I'm planning to discontinue the broadband services. Team please resolve the problem asap, so that I can use your services until my subscription over atleast.

We are residents of green earth fortview apartment, Hydershahkote almost 168 flats, mostly using HiReach, but from last few months everyone talk about the slow browsing and frequent disconnection, when raise complaints, without attending the complaints are closed. Due to which children on line classes and our official meetings are effected, if not taken action quickly, we all residents find another alternative like ACT and AIRTEL, JIO

I took connection recently. From that day on wards mental harrasment has started with frequent disconnection of internet...every time i have to call customer care. Apart from this, from yesterday evening internet has not been working.. so far from the date of connection i have given 6 complaints and i got new connection on 7th june 2021.almost daily i am calling customer care... i donno whether this is my fate to get connection from hireach and suffer...

Hi Reach team, if you are unable to provide proper internet connection, refund my money and remove the connection. I am happy with that.

We r not getting broad bond from last night. We r getting the same problem frequently . It must b rectified immediately to avoid inconvenience for online classes of my children.

I took your connection recently on 7th June 2021. I am frequently facing a problem of internet disconnection. Please find the below problem description.

Problem description:
Whenever power goes and come, Internet is not getting connected after the power comes and there is no power at all from ethernet cable when connected to computer. After 1 to 2 hours the internet is getting connected automatically. This is really interrupting my work and frustrating some times. Tried calling customer care and explaining the problem but still the issue is repeating.

Please fix this issue otherwise remove this connection and refund my money. I will go with other service provider...

For the past 10 to 15 days I have been calling and requesting for battery backup, no tech guy visited my place and they are closing my complaint without solving my problem... I paid 1year, I need my money back or I will proceed legally..

I'm completely dispointed and services provided by your technican in my area. I've wifi issue from past 1 week, I've contacted the customer care support more than 50 times and raised isuues many times . This useless technical people didn't contact me and didn't resolve the issue but they closed my ticket in the complainant ticket directly. I didn't have wifi for past 1 week . Your people are ignorent and want to escape from the responsibility. Don't even know how to behave with customers and finally I'll suggest my family members and friends NOT TO USE THIS HI REACH.
Specially i want to comaplain on two worker

I'm using hi reach internet from past 6 months I have never seen these many disconnections more than the previous services which I have used i would say it's the worst service yesterday I have raised complaint internet issue is fixed by technician today again it's stopped working in last month I have raised 8 complaints this month 2 so far not sure how many it will be in future when I asked for refund in customer service they denied and said won't give any refunds

i am facing slow net and high ping problem since one month
I raised complaints regarding the issue many times no one responds
the complaint get registered and get close in three days without solving the issue.
I am customer of HI-REACH since TWO MONTHS and hating it for my rest of life. since the day i am using the net i am having the issues
I paid the money for 100mbps but am getting 6 mbps since one month
even if its showing 80mbps its not equal to 30mbps of other networks
its been like complaint registered 5 times and got closed with out solving the problem.
I wasted my MONEY and TIME going with HI reach so i don't want anyone to do same mistake

Please take action against such services and protect the consumer rights
i wish this complaint get noticed

Worst Service and Worst Response (from local staff and Customer Care).
NO Technician available for this location. The most and worst solution they provide was please off your router and on... Even if the problem exists for every one hour... They never ever reach to us to resolve the issue raised through customer care, But they will make our complaint as resolved. No Backup's... If we ask for Backup there answer was we are shortage with SMPS... And don't know when we can provide Backup...… The person "Rajender" will close our ticket with out at least visiting to us. These people named "Chary and Shiva Krishna" will come to home yearly once when your one year plan was getting expired... and they will lot leave you until you renew again...

My Sincere suggestion was please don't go with this broadband (Named as broadband but worst than mobile data)and waste your valuable money... My mobile data was speeder than this Broadband...

I need a executive immediately to look into the issue. Look into the issue ASAP. I have my exams this is so irresponsible no one turned on since yesterday.
