No internet

I have requested to update my account name and raised a complaint as well for the same. But they have marked the complaint as 'Resolved' without even working on it. Even I have called nearly 5-10 times but whenever I call they say that they will change and it would reflect with in half an hour. But it won't get reflected in the website. Worst service providers ever .

Please check am unable to receive internet since a month facing with less speed and connection lost in middle.

The technician alloted in Rajendranagar area to relocate the internet connection (Upperpally to Rajendranagar - 4 kms) are supposed to fix the connection on 25th... He came and told it will be done on 26th Feb. Hence, 4 days have gone for the technician to travel 4 kms still the work is pending... Inspite of several calls and reminders he didn't bother to pick up the calls... I am sorry but you should be responsible enough to deal with your customers and value customer time... I have never seen such an unprofessional behaviour and services anywhere in and around Hyderabad except the services of high reach broadband... Only because of some of the people like you the entire company is getting bad name from its customers... It's really disgusting...
It's your responsibility and duty to inform your customer if you are not able to come... Or you should get someone else to complete the task well on time...

Good morning sir. Net connection is not available at ours . Since 8:00 hours of 23.02.21 . Call executive, technician and incharge of my area is not responding to my complaint. Please do needful sir.

Paid the amount for connection on 7th. Feb 2021 in karimnagar.Today its 14th Feb till today daily 2 to 3 times we are calling them for connection. Daily they will say that they'll come in 1 hour and give the connection. But they never came. They won't respond properly. We need to call them daily and ask for the connection. Worst service i have ever seen. Don't go through this worst service it's really a headache daily. I have raised a complaint through there customer service number also. Still no use.

I have been requesting the technicians continuously to help us in changing the password and also there is no speed in the internet service.inspite of requesting number of times there is no response

I am residing in suncity - hydershahkote, Hyderabad-Telangana . Since this month the internet is slow and disconnected when enquired to the technical person, he replied the data package finished, when I checked the traffic and session history, I found only 240 GB consumed out of 450 GB, mean time the technical person added 50 GB for the rupees 120. But still the problem of internet disconnection frequently and today is 11th-Jan-2021, still the data 450GB is not loaded and internet still slow. I wrote to the Nodal officer but no action.

I paid money on 29th Dec 2020 for new connection. till date they haven't given any connection. I contacted their customer care they are rude with the customer same respond in their Warangal office. Their take money before the connection once they receive the amount. they are not responding to the customer.

5900 Payment made on 29th Dec 2020. Till date Reach Broadband haven't given connection to us. I went to their office in Warangal the are rude to the customer in answering.

We r not getting internet since 9 am yesterday, bcz of which my 2 children could not attend online classes for 2 days ( 8+8 = 16 classes ). Ur technician ([protected]) not responding inspite of repeated requests to rectify. If the problem not rectified immediately the company will b responsible for irritating me n forced me to educate my friends / relatives to go for alternate service provider.

I already raised a complaint regarding my net was not working but they didn't resolve my issue but that complaint has been automatically closed my user name is [protected]@gmail.com.and now from morning onwards internet was not logined it was showing some error message while I am trying to login.it was very waste service I didn't see such type of service.

Full payment done but connection not given even after 10 days. Sales person said connection will be given in 2 days.

The building already has fiber connection/switch but still they are not giving the connection. Calling customer care daily 4 to 5 times but no resolution.

I have got internet connection on[protected], frequently the connection is disconnected due to some issues which we are unaware.
It takes hours during the working hours to get the connection back, response time is very bad.
This way we cannot use the services of hi Reach.

Recently I have taken a new broadband internet connection with 100mbps speed. But I am getting only 10 Mbps speed. 5-6 Times I have raised the complaint but no response from the service provider. If they are unable to provide proper speed I requested them to cancel the connection & refund the amount, but no response from the service provider.

WiFi is not connecting for 3 hours and customer care is not responding for any calls. Facing the net issue frequently

Hi-Reach internet service provider one of the worst service and irresponsible people works, even internet speed & and internet gets disconnected always frequently so please don't prefer Hi-Reach {Minus 5* rating} worst.

I have asked Hi Reach Broadband to shift my connection 5 days ago to a nearby location but they are not at all taking it seriously. In this covid pandemic Work From Home is impossible without WiFi. I want them to refund for my remaining duration of the subscription.

This is the worst experience with Hireach broad band executives...I have been calling to customer care and they are not resolving the issue and even, working executives not responding to my calls.

I will suggest the people not to go with this connection..
