Hi-Reach internet service provider one of the worst service and irresponsible people works, even internet speed & and internet gets disconnected always frequently so please don't prefer Hi-Reach {Minus 5* rating} worst.

    I have asked Hi Reach Broadband to shift my connection 5 days ago to a nearby location but they are not at all taking it seriously. In this covid pandemic Work From Home is impossible without WiFi. I want them to refund for my remaining duration of the subscription.

      Hi Team,

      This is the worst experience with Hireach broad band executives...I have been calling to customer care and they are not resolving the issue and even, working executives not responding to my calls.

      I will suggest the people not to go with this connection..

        HiReach Broadband internet connection in 5th Street, RTC Colony, Chengicherla is gone away or disconnected somewhere since 15hrs now. Though made a complaint, no Rep has turned up or phoned up. How recklessly responding to the customers, is unexplainable. No response for the 15hrs is like flood Net situation. I have no words to explain about the services of HiReach. It's not Hireach but its *NoReach*

          The internet connectivity issue is very true and i have been raising the concern from last couple of months and there has been no resolution for the issue. i even sent out mail to the nodal officer awaiting at-least an acknowledgement.

              I opted for this network with a hope to get better service and I paid 6 months advance payment. But since the activation of this network, there were around 30 plus issues on frequent disconnection in last 2 months, every alternate day the internet goes away ( network issues / fiber cut issues / power issues etc...Due to this my kids online classes were missed and my meetings were missed. I would recommend not to opt for this service and go for a better network provider, who at-least responds to customer concerns and resolve it on timely manner.

                    I have applied for shifting and already paid 1000rs as fee, but because of owner of the building in my location where junction box is fitted is not allowing technicans to proceed with the connection of cable from that junction box to my router in my home. My shifting is pending. The customer care is also not giving proper response in my issue. I have a subscription of 1 year plan which is wasting.

                      I am repeatedly requesting to cancel the connection and give me the refund for balance half year since the connection is too slow and has frequent disconnections. The service provider is least bothered to fix the issue.

                          I am continuously facing interupted services from karimnagar, telangana state hireachbroadband company. We are the customers since last 2 years and we are paid for annual subscription i. E. For 12 months rental. I was loss some money and mental peaceful due to interupted service. More times i was given complaints. But not respond properly. This was the third day after complainting on customer care, n no one is there to update my problem, my id is psrinivasrao_kmnr, take action and compensation paid due to interupted services.

                              There is high downtime for internet regularly and the response is pathetic. The company is fraudulent. They give false information to the customer. Hence I would like to get a refund for the rest of my service.

                                Hi, just 3 days back only i reached hi reach and connection was done but just 1 day the internet came from yesterday's onwards i am unable to connect to wifi data.. Just signal is showing (User name) so please could you please resolve my problem.. Now i am thinking i wrongly chooses hi reach am not satisfied

                                  I am facing the problem since 09-Aug-2020, no technician has visited and closing the complaints without prior notice and without resolving the issue.

                                  Issue: frequent disconnection of the net. (account stays online, but i am not getting internet every 5 seconds for 5-10 seconds, its like 5 seconds net available and internet unavailable for next 5 min).

                                    Hi team,

                                    From today morning we are unable to connect to internet and we are facing issue with WiFi. We can see only orange colour in router rather than green colour.

                                    I am just calling customer care without any answering they are just rejecting our phone calls.

                                    We are given customer care numbers to call when ever we got any issue but you are not answering our calls and also even not replying us back this is not correct.

                                    Please resolve our issue ASAP and please pick our calls whenever we are trying to reach you out. If you are unable to solve problem to whom we need to contact?

                                    Kindly, help us resolving this issue by EOD.

                                      I took connection 4 months back, since 4 months on wards no internet connection in my home. I have raised multiple complaints no response from hireach broad band team.

                                      They did fraud connection, fraud service to customer and hireach team demanded money from me rs: 8, 000 (Eight thousand rupees) with illegal without bill.

                                      They forced me lot for taking internet connection,
                                      Kindly take a necessary action on them asap.
