The internet connectivity issue is very true and i have been raising the concern from last couple of months and there has been no resolution for the issue. i even sent out mail to the nodal officer awaiting at-least an acknowledgement....

I can t able to connect my wifi from morning. I was trying several times to customer care but no one is responding. Please do needful asap.

I opted for this network with a hope to get better service and I paid 6 months advance payment. But since the activation of this network, there were around 30 plus issues on frequent disconnection in last 2 months, every alternate day the internet goes away ( network issues / fiber cut issues / power issues etc...Due to this my kids online classes were missed and my meetings were missed. I would recommend not to opt for this service and go...

Wi-Fi not working...please check and resolve as soon as possible....

We need our shifting charges of 1000rs, it has been 15 days no connection, now we don't need any wifi shifting, just give back our shifting charges of 1000rs...

I have applied for shifting and already paid 1000rs as fee, but because of owner of the building in my location where junction box is fitted is not allowing technicans to proceed with the connection of cable from that junction box to my router in my home. My shifting is pending. The customer care is also not giving proper response in my issue. I have a subscription of 1 year plan which is wasting....

I am repeatedly requesting to cancel the connection and give me the refund for balance half year since the connection is too slow and has frequent disconnections. The service provider is least bothered to fix the issue....

There is high downtime for internet regularly and the response is pathetic. The company is fraudulent. They give false information to the customer. Hence I would like to get a refund for the rest of my service.

Hi, just 3 days back only i reached hi reach and connection was done but just 1 day the internet came from yesterday's onwards i am unable to connect to wifi data.. Just signal is showing (User name) so please could you please resolve my problem.. Now i am thinking i wrongly chooses hi reach am not satisfied...

I am facing the problem since 09-Aug-2020, no technician has visited and closing the complaints without prior notice and without resolving the issue.

Issue: frequent disconnection of the net. (account stays online, but i am not getting internet every 5 seconds for 5-10 seconds, its like 5 seconds net available and internet unavailable for next 5 min)....

From today morning we are unable to connect to internet and we are facing issue with WiFi. We can see only orange colour in router rather than green colour.

I am just calling customer care without any answering they are just rejecting our phone calls.

It has been more than a month and almost a dozen tickets to hireach broadband team on refund as i have moved to another service provider. There have been calls from teh customer support stating the next level support member will get back and aswer the query but never comes and so my 4 months internet payment is stuck at the broadband company. Need help in getting my amount back as i am in desparate need....

Since last 4 days internet not working and it is like your are testing patience of customers with out attending compliance and without response. The way you are behaving is mental Torture. If you are not attending problems kindly reimburse the advance received...

I am using hireach from 1yr n recently extended package.. Instead of 30 mbps speed it's only 1mbps every day i am complaining about the issue no one ever solved it from 2 months.. Today again when i called the customer service the representative say i wont give technician number nor connect to higher level manager he was demanding n shouting on me to go to ur branch directly n give complaint.. Then y is he n wat he has to do in customer service...
