Hi Reach Broadband — Cheats in name of internet providers

Hi I am Hemant . I had taken a 6 month package from these bloody cheats on August 26th 2016 in Kondapur, Raja Rajeswari nagar, hyderabad.As of today (18th oct) I have already 6 complaints with them (Their DNS server perhaps keeps going down) but I did not mind that much as I already had decided post 6 months I would change my internet provider.But my company changed my office location due to which I have to relocate to another locality (BN Reddy lyout near L.B nagar). I contacted Hi Reach Broadband customer care and explained them my situation. They clearly told that they do not provide internet in that locality and will not even refund my payment as its not part of their policy.Their bill/pamplet does not mention this clause .While giving me connection they had said that they provide internet service through out Hyderabad. This is a clear case of cheating, I want to know if we can take these people to court and get our money back. If these people cant provide internet then on what basis do they have right to hold our money . Hemant ([protected]@rediffmail.com)
