Hi Reach Broadband — wifi not set up after payment | |||
I have made the payment for the broadband connection on 12 of june 2018. The technician called me on 13th to set up the connection but i couldn't respond back as i was admitted in the hospital. After that i have been trying to connect with the technician through the customer care since today morning. Everytime i called the customer care, they are giving me the response that the technician will call me in 2-3 hours. I called the customer care atleast 4 times today and they are giving me the same response. I even asked them the contact of higher authorities and they are not giving me and moreover that are hanging up the phone with out giving me a proper explanation. Its been 3 days i have made the payment. After calling me once the technician hasn't called me back yet. As an reputed organization it is their responsibility to maintain the professionalism. I have made a complaint as I could not log in to webpage and no internet from morning, , the customer care executive gave me commitment for solving the issue in max 3 hours but now it’s almost 5 hours and no one turn out.. this is really poor service...
Kindly solve the issue at earliest..
