I have ordered a bag and return it the pick up has been ages ago then on 29 customer support mailed me back saying your refund has been initiated but it is about to 12 days i still have not received any amount what kind of service is this why i have to chase again and again this is so frustrating the worst service ever I never think this such big brand has such a poor service support i want my refund want my money back

      I ordered bags worth 10500 and after a week i called customer care saying I didn't receive my order. They informed that the products are out of stock and they'll initiate refund. So far no refund and I kept following up with them

        I bought a beautiful hidesign handbag from the Hidesign store in City Centre Mall, Guwahati, Assam. Once i checked the product after reaching home, I found out that the product was damaged. There was a tear in the design. When i went back to show them the defect and asked them if the product could be exchanged, they refused to acknowledge me. I would like to humbly request the company to scrutinize their products properly before they are put up for display as its customers rely on the company and its employees to give them a non-defective product for the huge amount that is being charged.

          I placed an order on 1st august 2022 for two bags redeeming gifts cards worth Rs4000 plus points on my account. I had made the balance payment via net banking -cc avenue. I have not received a confirmation of my order. And also received a mail asking me to continue with my order for items in my cart. My points and gift cards have been redeemed successfully and I have also received transaction confirmation from cc avenue for the balance payment . I have shared my voucher details, payment debit confirmation from my bank account and ccavenue and trying for a resolution from the customer care team.. So far team has not confirmed or responded

            I had ordered the above wallet (Order no. HD 57679) on 18th June 2022 for an amount of Rs 2695/-. I had placed a return request on 23June22. The order was picked up on 5 July 2022 by Bluedart.

            I have been chasing them for a refund and they keep sending mails that they are investigating the issue. Hidesign a reputed brand name is giving their online customers a harrowing time to refund the amount. This is absolutely fraudulent behaviour considering such a reputed brand name. Really shameful. I try calling their customer care but there’s only a recorded message .. I am feeling very cheated and would request others not to purchase from their website

              I returned the wallet on April 20th 2022 till today I didn’t get my refund amount Rs.1648/- it’s been 3 months now there’s no action from Hidesign. I am tired of follow ups.

                We have been using Hidesign hand bag for around 10years. I shopped it for my sister later I got married and bought it for my wife. I bought a Handbag for my wife (crocodile kind of leather black) in 2018. Still date the bag looks good and used by my wife. We are very impressed by the quality of the leather and the workmanship and love them.

                On Feb 2022, my wife ordered a new bag from Hidesign Order ID#48241. We took the bag to Dubai and when we opened it up we saw the bag has two problems. Problem # 1. There is a very clear decolorization on the bag Problem #3 There is a specific spot in the bag where the colour is as per the original picture and other places the bag colour has decolourized. This is very evident and it looks really odd. This is a new bag and not even a used bag and exposed to sun or usage. Problem # 3. The threads of the bag are coming out. These are the things as we received it.

                We raised a complaint to Customer service on March 26th and till now we have not

                We came to Chennai this month and went to Hidesign bag showroom in Express Avenue asking them about this. Sabeena in the shop looked at it and felt it is quite odd to have this decolorization and took pictures of the bag and understood about the three problems and send it by WhatsApp to repair unit manager. (We did not get the name of the manager or the contact number of the repair unit manager). We have been following up with Sabeena for 4 days and she is saying the Repair unit manager will get back and no one has not. We have to call them all the time to get feedback.

                We have attached the pictures of the bag where these three problems are very evident. We bought this bag because of the brand and the quality of material but we are quite disappointed to say that confidence is reduced now. Also the way customer service or after sales team should be prompt to address this fault.

                We are still waiting for a call from Sabeena to provide us the next step of taking our bag for proper repair of colour and the threads. But I want to bring this to the attention of the customer care team of Hidesign.

                  Hello, I had cancelled my order ( Hidesign Order ID HD59660) online on 12th July.. My refund is not initiated yet .. Customer care number does not respond at all . There is no help through mails either.

                    I had bought the Hidesign bag on May 31, 2022.
                    The metallic part broke within 10 days and I had to return it to Hidesign for repair for which they took 15 days.

                    The same part has broken and since I am frustrated at this poor quality I have give the bag back for a refund.

                    After all this exercise which cost me a month, Customer care says no refund since 30 days have passed.

                    Poor customer empathy, bad quality and no action - this is a sure shot recipe of disaster for Hidesign which prides itself as a premium brand.

                      I have purchased a hand bag which has a different color and size than what is seen in the website, hence I want to return the same. But there is no response from the team.. I have tried emailing them and calling them multiple times.

                        Item Returned: 10th May
                        Amount: 3777 INR
                        11th May I got the message that refund has been initiated. However, I have not got the refund yet. I have called the customer care almost every day and have dropped number of emails, but I have not got the refund yet.

                        Please help me with the refund.

                          I was trying to buy a handbag from the website. I had a gift card ([protected]) worth 5000 rupees which I tried to use for the purchase. When I gave the code and the pin, it accepted and gave a message that this amount will be automatically reduced from the billing amount at checkout but it did not. To my surprise, the amount is now showing as 0 in my gift card!! I do not find it anywhere on the portal as well which makes me wonder - Where did the 5000 go? and how do I use it? I have tried calling your call center but no one is answering the phone. Please let me know the solution at the earliest.

                            I had ordered a leather hand bag through company online website. The picture what they showed and the size i got was so different. So i had requested for return and refund. All this happened in the month of May beginning. The delivery agent the company has is so lazy, that i had to call lot of times to get it picked. Neither company owned the responsibility to pick not its agent. Finally one fine day they appeared and took the product from my residence. Since then I have been trying to reach the company for refund and never they picked the call nor responded to my claim on refund. It's been more than 2-3weeks i have been following them for refund. Whereas their refund policy says within a week the refund will be processed.
                            Totally unprofessionalism from this so called reputed company Hidesign to act lik this. In this way if they gonu cheat the customer, then they can't any ethic or quality too.

                            I hope it reaches to the concerned authorities to take action. Mr. Dilip Kaur the founder of this company shud know how bad they treat the customers.

                            Not even a single response from the company side to my mails or phone calls.

                            It's a sin to choose the product of Hidesign. Never i can think of recommending this company's products

                            Kindly raise this to highest authority to take action on this company

                              This is regarding Hidesign order no " HD52992" of worth 17990 for two items. I returned the one item as per Hidesign policy on 26th April. As per last communication Hidesign team will reimburse amount in Gift card.
                              But now neither it is done nor their customer care is replying to queries. Request you to please resolve this.

                                I have been mailing and calling the customer service multiple times and never received a response on my refund. I purchased my products on 15 May. I have no update on the progress or status.

                                  I bought a laptop bag in September 2020 when the entire world was shut on full price from so called put leather reputed bag company Hidesign being a loyal old customer from Ambience mall in Delhi. Unfortunately, the second wave of covid 19 we did not go to office and the bag was unused for almost a year. When I opened this bag it had cracks in the leather. On going back to the shop they told me they will send it back for quality check. No once got back to be from the shop. After almost a month I called and went to the shop and they gave me a polished bag with the same cracks. They said they will send the bag back to Pondicherry again and talk on urgent basis. It has been more than 2 months. Nothing has happened. I called today and I still get an answer that they will get a coating done.
                                  It is not expected from a genuine company like Hidesign to sell old and damaged product. The customer service is absolutely dissatisfying and if this is the way an old customer is catered then I think it is important for people to know that Hidesign us anything but genuine leather.
                                  I hope this matter will be looked into so that more people are not cheated. If we purchase something worth 15-20k it better be genuine.

                                    I ordered two items with total bill amount of INR 5795. Order id - HD53564. I made a payment of INR 5000 using a gift card and the balance of INR 795 was to be paid in cash. It was dispatched on 23rd April 2022. I had the order on at my doorstep and the delivery partner asked me to make a payment of INR 5795! I immediately contacted Hidesign about this issue and they advised me to return the order and promised to send it back with the right COD amount. This was confirmed on email as well. Today is 24 May 2022 and no response from them. I keep calling the customer care but to no avail. I don’t know where the order is or where my INR 5000 worth gift card is. To top it all I got an email today from Hidesign asking me to rate the products. Heights of irresponsibility and insensitivity. These products have not event been delivered to me.

                                      I ordered a bag from hidesign and I paid using Paytm secondly I didn’t even get a confirmation email. I thought it’s ok but then after 4 days I didn’t even get the tracking details and I am getting worried of if they just stole my money. I also ordered one wallet but by COD and they came to ask for money like please my paid order should come first. I want either my order of my money back.

                                      I wonder if there is anyway we can get this pathetic customer care team to respond.

                                        I had placed an online order for a sling bag in February 2022, when the product arrived, i was not at all happy with the quality. I have been a hidesign customer for the longest time and all the bags i carry are from this brand. Never faced a complaint or quality issue ever.
                                        I was asked to initiate a refund, which i did in February itself, but till date no reply from customer service on this issue. have tried calling on the one and only number provided on the website but that too goes unanswered. Mails are automatic with no indication of what the process is. Now today when i checked out the complaints for refunds not being resolved, i feel Hidesign is not living upto its commitment to quality for the community of shoppers
