I had purchased hide sign sling bag from Varanasi Airport for 4 500 but disappointed as the handles on the bag are to tight and doesn't move, how can it corrected. I am staying in Pune.

    Hi, I have been trying to reach Hidesign enormous times on every cell phone and toll free number that has been provided. However no one picks and responds.
    I made a purchase and then wanted to cancel my purchase the next day but to my knowledge their online store does not support cancellation however they redirect you to a common mail box to which i have written more than 4 time but again no response.
    My order number is #8977
    Purchased a GRUNGE 05 DUFFLE BAG
    Purchased on 29 Nov 2020.
    Resisted a cancellation request on 29 Nov itself

    I then received an email confirming my shipment is on the way, despite all my efforts i had to call the Courier people and get the shipment cancelled because i am not at the address and had to leave the city on emergency basis, hence the reason for cancellation.

    If some one at Hidesign is listening then please i have a small request to have this product cancelled and issue a refund on the original payment method.

      I ordered hidesign bag Order ID-#8437 on 21 Nov 2020. Yesterday received it and didn’t like it.I mailed them for return.But nobody responded and neither there customer care is reachable.

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchased a laptop Bag from your showroom in Central Mall, Kochi on 14th Sep 2020 vide invoice no : H85HS20-387. After one week o[censored]sage its stitches had started coming off and I returned the bag to the showroom on 21st Sep 2020.

        Model NO : RONALDO 02-SB - REGULAR / DEVER - TAN (invoice attached for your reference)

        When I returned, they didn't have the same bag in stock for replacement....

            I have not received my order nor any intimation on it. L have sent email also. No one picks on the number you have given on site. Never expected such a shallow response from you all.

              Order placed on August 2nd. And since then I have ad to follow up multiple times with them to get an update on the shipment. On august 11th after my persistence they shared the tracking id for Bluedart. [protected]. The tracking on the bluedart website shows that it has arrived at the hub but when I contacted Bluedart, they mentioned that the shipment has not arrived and I have to contact the merchant.

              I have been writing emails to Hidesign and calling them either of which have not been responded to. I have already made the payment in prepaid and they have not yet delivered.

                    Dear sir

                    I purchased a leather handbag from hideign showroom in gvk mall at hyderabad on april 30, 2019. I started using the bag from may 2, 2019. The handle of the bag came off after using the bag for 15 days. I sent in an online complaint on 26 may 2019 and after many emails, finally, when i was in hyderabad in the month of june 2019, i visited the store again. I met ms. Harshita saboo and returned the bag to them.

                    The store has now repaired the bag and wants me to collect the same bag which has been repaired.

                    As i have purchased the bag for more than rs. 7000 and the bag handle broke in 15 days.

                    I want the store to replace and give me a new bag and this bag is faulty.

                      This is to inform you that i had given my belt for more hole punches for a symmetry in holes being an expensive belt from hidesign. But due to pathetic, unethical, rude and useless staff they had punched with no alignment and just spoiled my belt. I want the company to take strict action against the staff of hidesign viviana mall, thane. Lastly one word for the company and staff - pathetic. By showing such behavior won’t lead you anywhere and nor make me poor, i can easily buy belt from another brand but i make sure this is circulated and the complaint looses its clients.

                      I am not able to attach the photo as it gives error. Will share on request.

                        They promised that the peeling of leather it wont happens min of 3 years.

                            I had been to garuda mall hidesign as my sunglasses which i had (Purchased in the bengaluru domestic airport in the month of march 2018) had been broken.
                            The membership is in the name of nagarjun ganapa.
                            They tell me that the screw is broken and it cannot be fixed.
                            Why did i purchase it from hidesign if it can’t be repaired at all?
                            It’s also comes under warranty period.

                              Received very poor service at the hidesign bangalore airport store.
                              On 24th june18 i bought a wallet & paid ₹1895/- through my debit card,
                              As soon as i started putting my stuff in the wallet i found that they have given a defective wallet.
                              Then while trying to exchnge the article they did not refund nor gave any credit voucher of the differenc amount (₹100).
                              They deliberately took so much time that i almost missed my flight. The manager & the other counter staff were busy chatting on phone with a very indifferent attitude.
                              Feeling cheated & disgusted by the retail service lavel of such a reputed brand.
                              Ps : they have not even given the bill.

                                If you have ever purchased a hidesign product, you’ll be well aware of the big promises they make at the time of sale with respect to the warranty offered on the product. However, god forbid something happens to this precious hidesign product, which are not known as much for their style quotient as they are for their (Supposed) quality, each representative that you’ll have to talk to (Actually argue with) will not only slowly back up from the promises made to you at the time of the purchase, they will put their hands up and say that there’s absolutely nothing that they can do in this matter (Because they don’t make the rules, because the last person and the last person and the last person didn’t know what they were doing, because they are all clueless about what the company policy is – which is basically to lie and cheat in order to sell the product) — how they would repair the slightest of damage and if anything should happen to the product while it’s under warranty that could possibly not be repaired, it would surely be replaced. Basically, as long as the product is within the warranty period it would remain as good as new, as part of their maintenance scheme, at least that’s what was offered to me. Fast-forward six months, a delicately used bag, which when first brought to their attention was supposed to be replaced, then send for repair and finally - no repair possible/required.

                                So, a simple word of caution, the next time you go to a hidesign store and you don’t mind paying a few extra bucks for the truly amazing after sale maintenance that they assure, do not fall for their empty promises because in case the product you purchased turns out to be made from cheap material, in the end, all they’ll do is absolutely nothing!

                                  I was shown a belt which i bought for around inr2000 which was an inferior belt the quality of the belt was not to the standards of a 2000 rupee belt. When i went back they said they can repair it for a cost though i was disappointed with the reply i said its ok, as i used it for some time.
                                  After assuring me a repair after 30 days they come back to me saying this cannot be repaired so i have to take it back, i asked them so what happens to the inr2000 i paid for this belt. No response?
                                  I requested them to either repair it or replace it or refund the money, i have not heard anything from them, i have sent 7 reminders to the customer service.
                                  They might think i will leave it at this or they are bigger than a customer complaint about a belt.
                                  I believe the potentials must be attentive to sale items of hidesign which doesn't live up to the price we pay to buy.
                                  If someone in hidesign is listening to its customer concerns please come back to me and rectify it or replace it.
