Since the day i placed the order, they have been very unprofessional and after a week sent me a mail saying that the product is not available but did not process a return of money and asked me to choose an alterate product. I mailed them saying to return my money and i do not want anything else but no reply from them. I sent so many mails and none of their customer care numbers work and even if it rings no one picks up. Please ask them to refund my entire money at the earliest.

I brought a hidesign product from "Shopper Stop, Shipra Mall" Indriapuram Gaziabad . I need to get this bag's zip repaired .

Please advise the nearest outlet in Ghaziabad or Noida, where I can get it repaired .

    I purchased a premium leather hand bag costing rs 13795/- from hidesign outlet at igi airport terminal 1d on 23/12/2017. Due to paucity of time i could not check the bag properly. However when i reached guwahati, i found that the lock of the bag is defective, i handed over the bag to the hidesign outlet at guwahati on 27/12/2017 for repair.

    I am really shocked that hidesign outlet has sold me a high end product which turned out to be defective.

    Hidesign must replace my hand bag to restore the trust that has been breached.

    Hi i placed an order for a womens wallet and paid through my debit card. money has been debited from my card and my order has not been placed what do i do about this?
    there is no coustomer care number available, there is one number and nobody is answering nobody is getting back to me.

      This is my second mail to you.
      You people have not reply the 1 mail
      I bought a new bag for lulu kochi hidesigh which god some chain issue i gave it for repair it told 2mth to get it done
      Wen it came back all the side stitches we open again it took 2mth to come and wen last time it came the problem was unsolved.
      I am really tried o[censored]r service
      Bcoz it is under warranty i want it to be replaced as early as possible.

      I have purchased a purse from jabong 5 months before but because of small purse I am not using it daily now the sitiches and the leather near the zip area is break I want a new purse bcoz I don't want repaired bag .And this is a manufacturing defect so plz tc of it

        Dear sir/madam

        1. I brought a high design bag from your outlet in trillium mall in amritsar in jan 2017. The vendor claimed it to be 100 percent leather product and lifetime guarantee on the same.

        2. Within 3 months the strips of the bag began to crack from the joints and by apr the edges of all four joints came out.
        When we went to the vendor he very conveniently said that the bidding on sides of the strips are of rubber an do come out. Also he said to deposit the bag and collect it after a month.

        Defective handbag coming apart at the seams at the bottom of the bag only had it a few months take really good care of it has you can see its coming apart at the seams the bottom of the handbag.

          I am a very loyal customer of hidesign at mumbai. And i deal mainly with oberoi mall and inorbit mall stores. I am personally a platinum card holder and beside me my wife and my daughter are holding platinum and gold cards respectively.
          Against this background i would like to express my anguish over a product which i bought when it was just launched. I was the first customer of your inorbit mall store who bought the product.
          That product is atelier shoes. The shoes looked very upmarket and thus i bought that shoe and did not even bought 5 times then one day i saw the leather started peeling of.
          Believe me that that shoe was not mishandled or bourne in a shoddy manner. There is no chance of the shoe getting damaged because o[censored]se.
          I am holding three pairs of hidesign shoes along with shoes from very reputed brands.
          But i regret to state that the quality of two shoes including this one is pathetic as both showed the sign of wearing out very fast. I have not complained about the other shoe because i reasonably used it.
          But i complained about atelier which was your flagship product.
          I gave this shoe to your inorbit store for repairing / exchanging. But till this day i did not receive any call from the store.
          This one act has seriously damaged my faith in. Your company who did not take care of customer complaint of defective product, otherwise how come the leather will start peeling of so soon. By my profile you can see the level of purchasing we have done from hidesign.

          I request you to either repair the shoe or give me the credit of the amount equivalent to the price of the shoe.

            This is to bring to your notice that my mother purchased a bag from the hidesign store situated in Mehrauli - Gurgaon road, Aya Nagar, New Delhi last year. The bag had an issue later on and we gave it for repair at the same store in Oct 2016. The bag was never returned to us despite our repeated follow up with the store manager (Mr. Mahender Singh - +91 -[protected]). My mother visited the store sometime in Feb this year and we got to know that the store was closed. On checking with Mr. Mahender, he reluctantly agreed to return the bag and deliver it to our place. Post delivery of the bag discovered that the bag was wrong hidesign bag delivered to us. We tried contacting him again on this issue and he did not pick up our calls.

            This led to me contacting the customer care at Hidesign (Ms. Bhuvansehwari +91 [protected]) who after discussing the entire issue told me that this was a dealer owned store of Hidesign and not an exclusive store of Hidesign. This store is owned by Mr. Ravi Khanna (+91 [protected]) and we were asked to speak to Ms Surekha (+91 [protected]) who is an employee of Mr. Ravi Khanna. Ms. Surekha told us that they are unable to contact Mahender and that his services were terminated. He was not taking their calls as well. She took some time to discuss the issue with Ravi Khanna and post her discussion with him told us that we can visit their store and pick up any bag of our choice from their inhouse brands (Kara and Bern) in exchange of the wrong bag given to us. My mother along with me visited the store and found the bags to be of inferior quality compared to Hidesign. We reluctantly picked one bag out of compulsion and were asked to pay the price difference of the bag. This was not what we were told in the initial conversation that we had with Ravi Khanna and Surekha. When we asked for a compensation instead, they offered us an amount which was half of the original MRP. We left the premises along with the wrong bag given to us.

            I contacted Bhuvaneshwari again and told her the entire situation explaining her that we are not happy with what is being offered as the bags are of inferior quality and the compensation is half of the original MRP. I asked her I wish to speak to someone in Hidesign about this matter, however she declined telling me it is not possible. She also told me that she cannot do much in this case as it was a dealer store and not a hidesign exclusive outlet. She also told me I need to speak to Ravi Khanna on this matter as the bag was lost by them.

            I contacted Surekha who disconnected my phone.Then I called Ravi Khanna and told him that we are not happy with what is being offered.The bag has been misplaced by them without any fault of tours. He was rude and blatantly said that the following things to me:

            1) He boasted stating that they have built Hidesign brand and promoted it over 10 years but we are no longer associated with it. He said he cannot offer any compensation for the misplaced bag.

            2) You can contact Hidesign on this issue and see if they are keen to retain a customer.

            3) When I told him, they asked me to speak to you as you were the dealer, he said you can do whatever you want to.You can go to consumer court to file a complaint and he simply disconnected the call.

            I as a customer feels completely cheated in this situation. Both Hidesign and the dealer are passing the buck in this case. As a customer, I would not know whether a store is Hidesign exclusive store or a dealer run store especially as it was advertised as a Hidesign Factory outlet

            Whatever arrangement Hidesign has with it's dealer is an internal matter of Hidesign and a customer is not privy this arrangement. I am chasing both Hidesign and the dealer to get the issue resolved, however both are conveniently passing the buck to each other now that both are no longer under any arrangement. I am left with a bag I do not want and have lost my bag because of some irresponsible Hidesign dealer who is trying to escape out of this situation by offering me inferior quality bags or a compensation less than half of the MRP of the bag. It is a clear case of exploitation of customer's situation by the dealer and Hidesign has not been very helpful in this whole matter.

            Hidesign owes responsibility to its customers whether they are selling bags directly or through some dealer. The customer is fooled into believing that Hidesign owned stores are selling bags and it is only later that customers like us get to know the whole truth.

              I had purchased a bag on Hidesign website with order No. [protected] on March 20, 2017 .
              It was a Birthday gift for my sister.
              On evening of March 22, 2017 I have been informed that the bag is not available at their outlets.

              In view of the above, I request you to either provide the bag to me or compensate half the value to me as I had invested my time in looking for that bag and non delivery after receipt of full payment is a question on your brand credibility.

                I had purchased a pair of shades from one of your flagship stores in pondicherry in March this year.

                The shades are flimsy and the frame is crooked and loose.
                I noticed the same from the beginning but could not do anything about it as there was no hidesign store in Patna.

                I am visiting pondicherry for a day next week.
                I will be there on[protected] and I wish to replace the product as it is within the warranty period and I trust it will be done as hidesign is known for its craftsmanship and service.

                  Hey i have to give my bag for repair as the zipper is not working. But your customer care contact number is not correct. So where should i contact and how will i get my bag repaired. Please help me for this. I can send the bag to the repair store by post. As i don't have a store in my city. I am really satisfied with the quality of the bag but due to this zipper i m facing problem. I love my bag and want it to be in working condition as soon as possible.

                    Purchased a hidesign handbag from bangalore international airport. I noticed that the beading was peeling off and got back to the store within a week and they refused to exchange it for a better piece saying the bag was bought on a discount offer and so the best they can do is repair it. They refused to send it for repair too and asked me to go to the hidesign stores elsewhere which i did, but the repair has not been done to my satisfaction, bad looks old and bruised after repair, i called the customer care and placed a complaint, they said they would get back to me and that i send them pictures of the bag. It has been more than two days now and i've not heard from them. I am so disappointed that a good company handles customer complaints so pathetically and it's a shame they sell defective merchandise at a discount.
                    Poor quality defective merchandise pushed at a discount and decieve customer like me who blindly trust brands and pick up merchandise without properly inspecting it, shame on them, and pathetic customer grievance handling

                      Handbag not being replaced in warranty period

                      I had purchased this "womens textured shoulder bag" on 26-july-2015. Witin 4 months the stitches stared coming off. I purchased it from shopper stop at jaipur with an assurance that it is covered under a 1 year warranty and it i suffer anything with the leather quality or stitching they will replace it within a year. Its been 6 months and i went to the shop, now these guys are not ready to replace my bag plus they say...

                      My hidesign bag is chipping off like a rexine, leather bags never chip off rather they give a worn out look. I'm highly dispappointed by this chipping off. I have been using leather bags of other brands as like da milano, but i have never encountered such problem. Please look into the issue.

                        The bag is just purchased last year and the stitches have come off, the zip lock is defective. When we approached the retail outlet at select city mall instead of taking the bag for repairs it was turned down. The reason mentioned was that it is not under warranty. The warranty card given by them during purchase does not mention any thing. At least the design should give them assurance that it was latest model. A very poor approach to customer complaint. And a poor quality of bag. Hidesign is just a brand but does not assure a quality workmanship.

                          Disgusted by hidesign. I had a bag under warranty that i gave in for minor polishing since it was starting to get damaged. I waited for four months, having given my purse in march 2014 and received communication from them only in the end of june. And when i went back to collect my purse i was shocked to see what they had done with the bag. They painted a thick layer of pink paint on it and tried to return it to me. I was absolutely surprised as to how they tried to tell me that there is only a 'slight difference' in the color. After i rejected to take back a bag that was worse than what i had given, i asked them to get in touch with me within two days about the bag. As expected, iv had no communication. Absolutely not expected from a store like hidesign. Iv added a photo of what they tried to give me back. On the right is another bag that is nude (The original color of the purse i gave) and on the left is what they tried to return to me. What cheats

                              I visited your hidesign showroom at velacherry on 30/03/2014 to purchase a bag. When i entered inside showroom there was not proper response from your staffs. And their response i felt humiliating me and i regret the customer service of your staff and i walked out of your shop. I request you to kindly have a strict supervision on your staff regarding customer service if this condition is unchecked then your company will be losing valued customers whenever i come from abroad i will purchase hidesign bag form you and i gift some bags to my friends also but this time i really feel very humiliating. Please change that 2 guys to improve your sale. I don't know that both guys name.                                 Being a fan of hidesign as a brand and its product over the last few years, i have always recommended them to my colleagues and friend thus far. But my recent experience with them has shattered my trust on them. Needless to say i became the member of their loyalty program on 5th november 2012 when i was told i will be entitled to get loyalty bonus and a 30% discount on their product if i buy a product on my birthday.

                                So of course on my birthday last year on 14th jan 2013 i purchased a bag from their ambience mall showroom and availed a 30% birthday discount on the purchase. According to the loyalty program rule conveyed to me this transaction had also extended my membership with them for another year i. E till 31st jan 2014.

                                Well, i wanted to pick a handbag for my mom and since my birthday was just a week away, i thought it would be wiser to use hidesign birthday benefit to get a 30% discount. So, on my birthday, i ended up in the showroom at select city walk and spent 15 to 20 minutes in selecting 3 bags to buy. As i was entitled to get the 30% birthday discount i gave them my card and to shock me to hell they said the card had expired on 30th nov 2013 as the card does not reflect the purchase i did on 14th jan 2013.

                                In an attempt to resolve the issue the store in charge asked me to wait for a few minutes and those minutes converted into 1 hr 30 minutes. And in the end they came back stating there was a technical error somewhere internally but they cant give me the discount and cannot help at all. This is absolutely ridiculous that after wasting valuable time on my birthday they didn't even consider an alternate way to make the discount possible. It isn't about a discount of some money, i would obviously not save a fortune by getting a 30% discount on one handbag neither it is about your internal technical glitches but its about your helpless retail managers who don't care of the customer's sentiments attached to the brand or the customer's loyalty. I was with my friends and family in the store and of course this whole episode spoiled my birthday evening. I can say that either your employees don't care about your customer loyalty program, or you don't give emphasis to customer loyalty. The loyalty program are to retain the customers and it should not be a reason for the customers to leave the brand.

                                Very annoyed and dissatisfied.

                                  I have bought an bag from your one of the store of Hidesign in amritsar. same is having manufacturing defect the leather is cracked however it was told by one of the sales staff from that store that the same will be replaced and you can get the same exchanged with another bag . now the staff is denying by saying that it will not be exchanged by the another bag.
                                  The staff is not aware of the terms and conditions and moreover they are making false commitments which spreads bad word of mouth for the company. i am so very upset with there false commitments

                                    bought a handbag worth 6000 rs 2-3 months back from juhu store.
                                    today in the morning the zip/chain came out and i got the shock of my life.
                                    after spending this kind of money do you expect such poor quality from a brand like this.

                                    Hidesign bag — No response from the shop

                                    I had given my Hidesign bag for recolouring on 5.5.2010 at their shop in Inorbit Mall Malad, Mumbai. The repair document no. is 22681. When i went there nobody seemed to know anything and they said they will get back to me which of'cos they never did. Thereafter, after every call they take my number saying they will get back, needless to say they never do. I am really fed up of their bahavior. I am going abroad for 6 months in the 1st week of Aug. 2010. Hope i can get my bag before that.

                                      A wheely bag leather was bought by me from hidesign, gip, sector-38a, noida on 8-6-10. Certain defects including zip was found not working during warranty period. The same was given to hidesign boutique, noida on 5-5-11 for repair. It was promised that same will be delivered in a month time. After lapse of 1 month, i again contacted the company showroom and after continous follow up they informed on 25-6-11 that the wheely bag is received after repair. When i went to collect the same on 30-6-11 from my residance at indirapuram, ghaziabad to great india place, noida. To my surprise the bag was not repaired and pocket zip was also found not workinf. I have no choice but to ask them to repair it. They promised me to deliver me the leather wheely bag at my residance, but same is not delivered even on 3-8-11. Now you will observe that such a branded and reputed name is giving such a poor service to the customer, when they are charging exhorbitant price for their product. Companyis not concerned with the hard ship and inconvinience caused to me for 3 months. I do not know when the same will be delivered.

                                      Hidesign — Bag got discoloured within a year

                                      My hidesign bag which was purchased paying 6000+ got discoloured within a year. When contacted the seller they said it will take around 30 days time to repolish it.
