I had purchased a hidesign brown colour ranchero leather martella 01 handbag for rs. 7195/- (Manufactured – 10/17) from shopersstop, inorbit mall, goregaon - west, mumbai. The bag is worn out and stitching is damaged the bag was purchased nearly 9 months back from the shop. Unfortunately i do not hold the bill currently, neither the guarantee card is traceable. I had visited shopersstop and hidesign shop in inorbit mall, however they are unable to help me to repair/ replace the damaged bag
Can you help as i think i have spent considerable amount on the bag which also assured guarantee during purchase being a fresh piece – at time of purchase. I may not purchase / recommend hidesign bags in case i have an unpleasant experience with the after sale services Was this information helpful? |
