Hidesign India — order & payment taken online but not dispatching

I have placed an order to Hidesign vide order no. Order ID: 133184_H102526SP0000278 on 13th April 2025 on Hidesign website with full pre-payment.

As per email received on my account the order was packed on 22nd April 2025. The AWB has been generated twice till 2nf May 2025 but the order has still not been picked up and dispatched to me.

Customer Care Numbers of Hidesign do not respond and no one picks up the phone. I have tried atleast 5 times in a day. They do not respond on their customer care whatsapp number.

Extremely shoddy service by Hidesign after taking the full payment online. Does not seem to be a dependable brand.
