Hike Wallet — my 19900 rs debited for cancel transactions

15th December 2017 i was transferred 19900 rs hike wallet to axis bank saving acount and this transaction is cancle but axis bank debit my 19900 rs... I will continue coordinating with the axis bank customer care and i will send all screen shot but only say to me our team consistently working on it... And hike support is also say that the our team is consistently working on it... Plz help me its around 3 months but no refunds of rs19900... Plz support for me...
