Hike Wallet — unable to join hike account

Dear sir from last 5 days i was not receiving any type of messages in hike as well as unable to sent it so i decided to sign out from this account but when i elect that option and try to login once again it's shown an error that "something wrong please retry to proceed"i retrying it so much.
I don't know why this error occurred with mine this number only.
I m hike user with this number from last 4-5 years when hike app was inbuilt with micromax canvas nitro 310
Mine hike number is :[protected]and last 1 year i was beta user only.
So i have very feeling irritating now due to this error
I also check that if i use another and try to register its will successful register but not mine above mentioned number
So please it's mine humble request to you that please solve mine query on urgent basis."
