Sir/mam I on June 3 2021.. filled online form for pg zoology entrance in hpu University..so firstly I paid 1050rs for both subsided and non subsided seat ..my first payment goes failed and after some time I tried again the payment and on second time the payment is successful..but my first payment which was failed also debited from my account.. means from my account payment is double paid..I paid through net banking..so please help me to get back my first payment i.e 1050 ..I called on helpline number which is not picking up.
