निवेदन यह है की हमे सरकार की ओर से HRTC मिनी बस की सुविधा दी गयी थी जिसका रूट और समय सुबह 9:00 बजे खणी से भरमौर के लिए है और इस बस में लगभग 60 स्बारियाँ सफर करती है इसमें स्कूल के बचें कर्मचारी तथा दुकानदार अपने अपने काम के लिए जाते हैं और हमारे भरमौर् अड्डा अधिकारी द्वारा हमारी बस सेवा को बन्द कर दिया गया है जिससे हमे काफी मुश्किल का सामना करना पड़ता है अतः मेरा आपसे निवेदन है की इन पर जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाही की जाए और बस को नियमित रूप से अपने रूट पर चलाया जाए ताकि लोगों को दिकत का सामना ना करना पड़े

This is a complaint against the HRTC bus against 6110 which has a route from dhali to malyana at 08:30 am. This bus always gets delay for more than 30 minutes on daily basis. Also this is the only bus slot avaiable in between 8:25 to 9:05. There will be a rare chance where it comes on time. From last 20 days i have seen this bus on time for once only. Not for only current month sep. I am facing this issue from past 4-5 months. Also, due to this we are not able to be on time at malyana so we can get the other bus. Such a useless and irresponsible piece of work done by himachal government. Please
Resolve this issue or else i will nvolve higher managment and lots of other people into this. Also, i will file a fir against the same. Moreover, i will put all these things screensgots and all my fir complaints and everything over social media. So everyone can be aware of it that how pathetic service these governmnet is providing to a civilian and this will be a harrasment case m frieds. Becaise if my complaint remains unnoticed i will show to everyone what ypu guys are doing and making the civilians sufger. As no one is doing there jobs properly. This government sucks.

Sir.i was travelling on 19 September 2022 from shimla to manali in bus number Hp 03B 6166 .timing of bus was 10:35am from shimla.we reached sundernagar around 3:00 pm..then the bus driver took the bus to hrtc service center which is located in sundernagar bus stand.they told all the passenger to come out of the bus and wait till the repair work is done.they told us that some body repair work is to be done..the bus is running mechanically fine but the body repair work they were doing during bus route timing.Can HRTC trouble passengers this way..who will compensate for the passengers..it is raining ouside and further journey may also can get difficult as mandi kullu highway gets closed due to landslide in rainy days.its about an HOUR and we are still waiting

I booked a bus ticket in hrtc himsuta from chandigarh to Manali on 16 sep for 17 sep date but when I enquire there they told me the bus is late or something so I wait there for 2 hrs but the bus didn't came. Now I'm not getting my ticket refund. Ticket number is [protected]

If bus go from una to Chandigarh then why they stop the bus for food near ropar? The distance is not that much. Can you please do something in this matter because most people get lait just because of this even they can eat food una or Chandigarh bus stand

I Deepak visit from sharambal camp kumarsain to Narkanda in HRTC Bus Route Soidhar to Haridwar. I had a Green card of place Thanedar. Which is 43 km away from my departure place. But conductor of Bus Soidhar, Haridwar route did not accept my green card and tried to teach me about rule. Today is 10th september 2022. And bus number is HP 63A 2534. Kindly resolve my issue is it not about 13 rupee. But behave of conductor was not good and tell me where is that rule conductor dis not accept my green card within 50km radius.

At leh bus stand's enquiry, when I go to ask about tickets for keylong they were not given proper information and even they were not talk properly. After that I opened the HRTC official website and booked 6 tickets from leh to keylong (amount 3989) and money was also deducted from my account but my tickets were not confirmed. Again when I tried to check status of my tickets it shows failure but till now I have not received any refund. Please do the needful.

I am a student o[censored]CBS AVA-LODGE. I live in village Gussan ( distt - Shimla\ . I used go daily to the college to Shimla old bustand by hrtc bus. But from past few weeks, the bus timing is 9:25 or 9:30 but the earlier time was 9.
People and students of school and colleges faces daily so many problems due to HRTC buses. The buses are not coming on thier time. My village is 15 km far from my college and I have to go daily by HRTC buses but the are not coming. Due to this I have great lose in my studies. And when the buses are not coming my lots of time is wasted.
So, I kindly request to resolve this issue ASAP.

This bus goes to Shahtalai from mehre but maximum time it is under break down.can I know the reason why it heppens only with government buses .
Government school children are dependent on this bus, when this bus not comes then children wait for 1:30 hours for next bus.

So clear me one thing if in between this time something happened with the children then who will responsible for it

I was going to home from Chandigarh, and waiting for bus from Chandigarh to barthi(2:35 p.m) because that was only bus to go directly to my home. I was waiting at bus stop and bus reached there at 2:50 p.m and i waved at driver to stop the bus and driver looked at me and just go away.He didn't even stop the bus.i have an urgent work at home and that was last bus to my home .Now i have to wait till tomorrow.Is this the good behaviour toward your passengers.
I request you to take a strict action towards it so no other passenger could face the same issue.

The driver didn't stop the bus for passengers stading at housing board chowk on 01 sep 22 at 2240hrs

I lost a blue bag in the Delhi to Sarkaghat HRTC bus (8:35-7:00) which arrived at my destination on 1 September 2022. I contacted the bus conductor but the bus had already left for Shimla which I believe is their depot. Please prove me with the bus driver details or help me out.

Yesterday I took ordinary(8664) bus from Delhi -Dharamshala at 11:00.It was running fine till Una but in Una they refilled the fuel which is fine.Then in Dehra busstand driver took bus to workshop and again get fuel filled and got the door lock fixed which was not working from Delhi. After that driver got changed and started towards Kangra. My main concern is that this bus is running on long route and again and again stopping to get fuel filled, fixing lock and multiple breaks which are not justified.Keep yourself at my position and see if you are coming from Delhi at night and journey time getting extended for no reason.Please take care of this because due to these I or any other customer will avoid choosing HRTC.

My cancellation ticket not refund 7days so plz refund my ticket cancellation amount

Una to lam route 5pm . Here is two stopage in village Surjehra. But bus is not stopped on second one. Bacause the arrogance of Bus driver and conducter. Passanger stands 100 miters before stopage . And tell both driver and conducter to stop the bus. Conducter didn't blow whistle. And talk rudely with passanger.

The bus fell down, all o[censored]s passengers took the bus out of the ditch and the driver ran away leaving us all in the middle of the road. We came from mumbai, rain was there, there were nobody who can help us. Cabs are also available. Such a irresponsible behaviour seen by the driver.

Peoples and students of school and colleges faces daily so many problems due to HRTC buses. The buses are not coming on thier time. I am student and I face this problem from 3 days. My village is 13 km far from my college and I have to go daily by HRTC buses but the are not coming. Due to this I have great lose in my studies. And when the buses are not coming my lots of time is wasted. Please do something about this.

I am a 16 yr student, I live in village bhumpal (teh - nadaun distt - Hamirpur) . I used go daily to the school to nadaun by hrtc bus. But from past few days, a pathankot depot bus which leaves Hamirpur depot at around 7:45 and reaches at my station at 8:30 did not stop for the passengers even after waving hand after several times. Today when the bus arrives at my station it was running hazardously in a zig - zag way, the very reason for this was a private bus named "kritika" Which was moving ahead and the driver want to compete with that. It seems more than like a race. When I wave at the bus, the HRTC bus driver saw me and ignore me in such a way that he don't care. While writing this I am in such a great anger as I have to miss my school for the 4th time this month due to these drivers.

My 13th August bus was late because it ran out of fuel in the middle of the night. Further my 20th August bus didn't run. Kindly refund the money. It is in the name of Saumya Kapoor.
