I travelled from Delhi to Chamba by HRTC Himsuta AC bus departed at 8:15 pm. At 11:30 bus driver stopped bus for dinner at worst food junction where owner charging very high price but poor quality food and forcing passenger to take full food as he is planned even someone is traveling alone. When I asked conductor why he is stopping bus in such a waste dhaba then he replied "मुझे साहब ने यहीं...

The bus that comes around 10.30 am at Badash, near lakker Bazar, I was at the Shakli nala, after the kaichi. I had just parked and locked my vehicle, when I saw the approaching bus, raised my hand to stop, but the driver ignored my sign, for the reason beyond my understanding.
1. The bus was not overloaded.
2. Driver ignored my presence on the road and sign too.
3. Is financial loss not happening from such drivers...

Dear sir / mam ... i bought a ticket and i got wrong destination ticket ... Please pay attention to your ticket counters ... Now bus conductor Gave me right ticket ..the name of the staff who gave me wrong ticket is aju who is work on ticket counters of hamirpur as conductor said ... I don't have any complaint ... Please pay attention to your staff of ticket counters ...I hope you will do it

My Ticket No:[protected] has been Cancelled successfully on 14-june and refund amount of RS 4560 was initiated. But today it is 23-june and still it is not credited to my account. Please look into it....

I am travelling to chandigarh from Haripur Guler in PATHANKOT to shimla route bus. Bus is 2 and 1/2 hour delay as there was some mechanical issue in bus. Maximum time i travel in this bus but my experience is very poor in this route. Also, we don't have another option as there is only the service available with the oerfect timing. So i request you to please provide new buses to this toute so that no passenger will suffer....

Even after the period of more than one year after Covid 19, Nagrota Bagwan Bus Terminal is still displaying Time Table of buses run during Covid period. Now almost all HRTC buses have started. It is requested to display the latest Bus Time Table at Nagrota Bagwan Bus Terminal to avoid inconvenience to passengers. This is a must primary facility for the passengers. I hope it will b done on priority at your earliest.

I was coming in (Amritsar - manali) himsuta volvo
My stopage was dharamshala
The conductor in that route was misbehaving with me.
So please take a strict action against him . And also he told me to take out my luggage that was behind the other material in the boot and was telling me to take out the material i.e that was his duty as a conductor.

I started my travel Delhi to Sandhol (HP) on 15/6/2022. I got seat 15 no. that is window sit, But i am surprised there was no window glass. when I reached near UNA there was heavy rain around at 2:00am . i try to call some management people but I didn't got any response and nobody picked the phone. Bus conductor managed some sit but sit no 10 and 16 were also suffered. The Bus no. is HP67, 3846.

I want to drawn your attention toward poor timing of bus in kelti area..There is no proper timing of bus in the morning that is schedules to be at 9.00.due to this we have to suffer alot..We went late to office, schools, work. kindly take strict action toward it..I shall be very thankful to your for this....

Bus Route DELHI TO BAGA UNDER HRTC SOLAN DEPOT always runs late reason better known to Driver and conducter. They runs 1 to 2 hours late regularly. Time is money and most valuable things can't spoil due to some ones mistakes. Either they don't have value of time or they don't afraid of authorities. Kindly look into the matter and do needful. This is for necessary action and compliance please....

Today my family was going from Nihri to Tatta pani in bus number HP31B5171 the driver of the same bus did not stop the bus for them and when they were questioning for such a behave with customer he started abusing them and started quarrel with them.
Is not HRTC for public only for these type of drivers that they ask this service is not for public this is there own bus whoever he wants to lift or not.
Such a behaviour with women...

Yesterday my husband's laptop was stolen from ISBT Kashmiri Gate while boarding.
I am requesting to please add CCTV camera into the bus specially long route buses so each and everyone can trace. So this type of incident can be stopped.
2nd thing is related to Boarding into bus. There should be no boarding into bus if someone has no ticket or yet to taken. Only passenger with tickets can board to bus otherwise there should be...

Iam a college student from sunhi and i study in dharamshala a bus of route pathankot to kandi comes from. My area and that's the only bus which comes in early morning and helps students to go to school college the bus is not coming from the last 6-7 days
So please start the bus service from today it's our humble request

I was travelling from hamirpur to delhi in Himsuta bus on date
13th june 9:30am from hamirpur and the destination time was 7:00 pm.
And bus reached around 9:20pm.
I lost rs 6000 because I made another volvo booking around 8pm.
Please take strict action as soon as possible against bus driver and conductor....

Bus initiated it's journey at 6.51 pm . Since then 1 hour is going to pass but ac is not functioning. Only air blower is working.
After paying so much charges alongwith gst consumer is being harassed for none of his fault....

I wanted to book a ticket from kaza to Manali.
I told the conductor my seat preference as the conductor was booking the seats and suddenly he got agigated and started shouting..telling me to take the ticket printer n book ticket myself.i asked calmly to him what did I do wrong..is it wrong...

I am traveling from Volvo bus from manali to Delhi..at night...the selected food point was not proper. There is not any facility of tea and coffees .while it is necessary only only for passengers but to awake driver also..plz select appropriate food stopage point...
