I had to go 7km away from Nadaun and the conductor did not let me climb in the bus at 6:23 pm on 15-july-2022 (delhi baijnath) and I'm a student this incident happens many times

Yesterday I and my mother was traveling HRTC Bus Chamba-Mandi. We take a bus from Aproch Road (Joginder Nagar ) to Urla. But bus conductor don't give us 50% consession. Bus number is - HP 73 2628. Please solve my query and give us 50% consession.

I missed my bag at Kangra bus stop from where I boarded HRTC bus for Pathankot on 10.7.2022 at around 6.30 PM. It was a brown color bag with a teddy bear logo. We were in a hurry that we left a bag at the stop. Can HRTC kindly help please?

I used to travel from solan to delhi and vice versa every month and volvo bus always stops at mayur dhaba near kurukshtra and food quality of mayur dhaba is not good.
Every time we have to compromise with food (eating same bad quality food to stop our hunger or travel with hunger )
Can you pleae look into this matter and change the dhaba.
Earlier days these buses used to stop at other food junctions like mirchi dhaba near ambala or some other good dhaba.

4/7/22 9:00 am HP 65 2602 bus rewalser to mandi . Today I was going from Rewalsar to Mandi when 1 kilometer from Rewalsar harts bus run front my bike .bus driver Harsh brake and no brake lights back of bus and than whit out locking back reverse tha bus . And he tuch my bike badle i fall down on road . And i was say to driver to this matter driver and conductor misbehaving whit me. So i want please xen on bus driver. So i hope my complaint...

It has been experienced that bus conductor of bus route Haridwar to Chamunda did not returned the balance amount of Rs.2/- to Rs 4/- to the passengers. This is wrong by keeping such accumulated money in his own pocket instead of depositing the same with government. Though this is meagre amount but not returning the same to passengers is not good in the eyes of law
Secondly the dabha authorised by the HRTC near Ambala i.e shree Bala ji vaishno dabha is charging more than the rates displayed and approved by HRTC
Pls look into it and it is my suggestion to charge fare in round figure e.g 290 instead of 287 or 288 or 389.

I want to lodge a complaint against driver of Hrtc bus no. 1195 which was on route Jaisinghpur to Palampur today 29.06.2023 in the evening. I was boarded from Dhupkiara today about 1630 hrs in above Hrtc bus to Palampur. But all passengers get off at Rajpur instead of Palampur bus stand. I have taken ticket from Dhupkiara to Palampur but driver get off me and other passengers at Rajpur. Please take appropriate action against driver and inform me.

Katra- Shimla AC Volvo depart from Kangra Bus Stand on[protected] at 1130 hrs before the schedule time on[protected] at 00:30 hrs. So that I have miss the Bus and facing trouble. Please guide properly to Bus Staff to avoid these types of irregularities.

I travelled from Delhi to Chamba by HRTC Himsuta AC bus departed at 8:15 pm. At 11:30 bus driver stopped bus for dinner at worst food junction where owner charging very high price but poor quality food and forcing passenger to take full food as he is planned even someone is traveling alone. When I asked conductor why he is stopping bus in such a waste dhaba then he replied "मुझे साहब ने यहीं रोकने को बोला है". I am really surprised. I compared now train is also improving so much but roadways department is still running on same old pattern.
I know nothing will change even after my complaint but I am completing my duty with a dout “ कि शायद साहब ना मिले हुए हों ", बाकी तो सच्चाई ऊपर वाला ही जानता है।

The bus that comes around 10.30 am at Badash, near lakker Bazar, I was at the Shakli nala, after the kaichi. I had just parked and locked my vehicle, when I saw the approaching bus, raised my hand to stop, but the driver ignored my sign, for the reason beyond my understanding.
1. The bus was not overloaded.
2. Driver ignored my presence on the road and sign too.
3. Is financial loss not happening from such drivers to hrtc?
4. What about the misery of the passengers after that, should they hire taxi?
5. Are work and conduct rules be implemented on such employees .

Dear sir / mam ... i bought a ticket and i got wrong destination ticket ... Please pay attention to your ticket counters ... Now bus conductor Gave me right ticket ..the name of the staff who gave me wrong ticket is aju who is work on ticket counters of hamirpur as conductor said ... I don't have any complaint ... Please pay attention to your staff of ticket counters ...I hope you will do it

Hi,

I am travelling to chandigarh from Haripur Guler in PATHANKOT to shimla route bus. Bus is 2 and 1/2 hour delay as there was some mechanical issue in bus. Maximum time i travel in this bus but my experience is very poor in this route. Also, we don't have another option as there is only the service available with the oerfect timing. So i request you to please provide new buses to this toute so that no passenger will suffer. I hope you will consider this complaint on priority and start new buses on this route.

Even after the period of more than one year after Covid 19, Nagrota Bagwan Bus Terminal is still displaying Time Table of buses run during Covid period. Now almost all HRTC buses have started. It is requested to display the latest Bus Time Table at Nagrota Bagwan Bus Terminal to avoid inconvenience to passengers. This is a must primary facility for the passengers. I hope it will b done on priority at your earliest.

I was coming in (Amritsar - manali) himsuta volvo
My stopage was dharamshala
The conductor in that route was misbehaving with me.
So please take a strict action against him . And also he told me to take out my luggage that was behind the other material in the boot and was telling me to take out the material i.e that was his duty as a conductor.

I started my travel Delhi to Sandhol (HP) on 15/6/2022. I got seat 15 no. that is window sit, But i am surprised there was no window glass. when I reached near UNA there was heavy rain around at 2:00am . i try to call some management people but I didn't got any response and nobody picked the phone. Bus conductor managed some sit but sit no 10 and 16 were also suffered. The Bus no. is HP67, 3846.

I want to drawn your attention toward poor timing of bus in kelti area..There is no proper timing of bus in the morning that is schedules to be at 9.00.due to this we have to suffer alot..We went late to office, schools, work. kindly take strict action toward it..I shall be very thankful to your for this.
