Today on 18 Aug 2022 I was travelling through the himachal roadways from pinjore to baddi. The bus was destined for sarkaghat from Chandigarh I think.

The ticket was of Rs 22 and your conductor charged Rs 25 for that, if you guys can't even provide the change to your staff then please give them a bowl and ask them to beg on the bus stands they will get enough change money.

Your conductor also doesn't even know how to talk properly. He misbehaved with almost everyone. I don't know what happened to the himachal roadways selection.

Before your guys were so respectful but now a days you just put all the ### of himachal pradesh in your roadways. If you can't provide the services to the public properly then please close this ### we don't need these ###Y services of yours.

And at last I will just say that we also know how to be rude more than your ###Y, illiterate and ganwar conductors, if next time this thing repeats I will definately go to the consumer court and Sue your ### head guys to the court.

And once again I am asking you if you can't provide a satisfactory services then please close this ### and if you can't provide change to your ganwar conductors then please round off the fare in your machine so that we don't have to listen to your ganwar conductors and when you admit someone into your staff then please tell them they are the public servant not the masters of the public.

Himachal roadways bus driver and conductor not stop bus on parwanoo- bus stand stop. Mere mother ne una jana tha bar bar bolne ke bawjood bhi bus nahi rok rhe the. Fir maine bus ke piche bhag kr bus ko rukvaya. Or jb maine kha ki main apke es behaviour ke bare me complaint kruga toh unhone ne kha krlo kisko krni hai. Please app apke ese staff members ke behaviour ko ignore na kre.

I took the Shimla to Chuadi bus for my home from Shimla on 09/08/2022 at 7:30 am. I gave my full ticket which was justified. I was traveling alone as a girl, so I had to get down outside my house a little ahead of the bus stand.I got a ticket of 600 something to the nearest stop of my house, then I got another ticket to my house ahead of that. My house was a little further away from the bus stand but the it was in the same area where I had booked the ticket. First he did not cut the ticket of a drunkard, but is angering the one who is getting down at his destination by giving the ticket.
Second he spoke badly and then told me angrily that I was getting ahead of where I got the ticket cut. And did not even help in unloading my luggage, but he behaved badly. So please take care that the old conductor should be explained to behave properly with the passengers.
It's not about the money i can pay money if he would asked me nicely
But he was just degrading me.
So i am not happy with your staff member's behaviour.
Please take care that every solo travel should be helped by the conductor not because it's his duty bt because for humanity.

From cahndigarh to Paonta sahib
I collect ticket from counter and given 300 to the collection man, the ticket was of 228 but he didn't return anything back after asking for 30 re change and which i didn't have. He refused to give balance money at the moment and gave ticket to mw after mentioned my seat number on it. I thought he will definitely return money after the bus will depart.

At the time bus depart and i talked to the other conductor who was there in bus after bus departs he told me that he can't return the money's as it's got debited from that first collectors machine.

I don't know who's wrong here but it's an failure or miss communication from the department. Kindly check the matter and resolve the issu.

9 August 2022 12:30pm Today i unload the truck in the V.P.O barin, teh. Baldwara, distt. Mandi, (Hp) and hrtc bus driver cross the road and broke the side mirror and not give the claim of the mirror. The hrtc bus Number (HP66A2574). sir humble request to you take a action as soon as possible.

I m harish from Rohru but live in Chandigarh my father wants to give apple box for my mother she is cancer paitent and she and me live in Chandigarh for her treatment
So there is no other option to send apple box so my father decided toh sent through by bus Which is Rohru to Delhi
Bus start from Rohru 1:30 pm and reached Chandigarh by 11:30 pm bus number HP10B9422
my father gave the box to bus conductor on[protected] with fare
But bus conductor very irresponsible person he was not call me where he reached or not even I call and said reaching 10 mint and after 10 mint suddenly call me and told me we are leaving from Chandigarh bus stand and not call and even. Not pick single call and full drunked
Very irresponsible employees in hrtc

Person sent by bus in when it was in compalsion there is only apple but if there is important document etc
If not do any type of work plz don't took say clear no

HP 64 6887 (solan to Ramsheher) driver hit the car when car is on the side of the road on standing position. After that driver and conductor misbehaved with me.. and threatening me.. they said do whatever you can do..

This is to inform you that today (23/07/2022) we are waiting for aforesaid bus at station Paonta Sahib bus stand from 2:00 PM. we have waited for the bus upto 2:35 PM, bus timing is 2:30 PM. After 2:35 we have ask for the bus at paints sahib bus stad and they told us that the bus not come at bus stand today, Bus is departed from outside from the bus stand and nou you have to go to Nahan bus stand. Why bus is not come at bus stand and if any change in schedule what official notification not published regarding this. Now we are suffering, we have to go to chamba and only one this bus is for chamba from paonta sahib.

I had to go 7km away from Nadaun and the conductor did not let me climb in the bus at 6:23 pm on 15-july-2022 (delhi baijnath) and I'm a student this incident happens many times

Yesterday I and my mother was traveling HRTC Bus Chamba-Mandi. We take a bus from Aproch Road (Joginder Nagar ) to Urla. But bus conductor don't give us 50% consession. Bus number is - HP 73 2628. Please solve my query and give us 50% consession.

I missed my bag at Kangra bus stop from where I boarded HRTC bus for Pathankot on 10.7.2022 at around 6.30 PM. It was a brown color bag with a teddy bear logo. We were in a hurry that we left a bag at the stop. Can HRTC kindly help please?

I used to travel from solan to delhi and vice versa every month and volvo bus always stops at mayur dhaba near kurukshtra and food quality of mayur dhaba is not good.
Every time we have to compromise with food (eating same bad quality food to stop our hunger or travel with hunger )
Can you pleae look into this matter and change the dhaba.
Earlier days these buses used to stop at other food junctions like mirchi dhaba near ambala or some other good dhaba.

It has been experienced that bus conductor of bus route Haridwar to Chamunda did not returned the balance amount of Rs.2/- to Rs 4/- to the passengers. This is wrong by keeping such accumulated money in his own pocket instead of depositing the same with government. Though this is meagre amount but not returning the same to passengers is not good in the eyes of law
Secondly the dabha authorised by the HRTC near Ambala i.e shree Bala ji vaishno dabha is charging more than the rates displayed and approved by HRTC
Pls look into it and it is my suggestion to charge fare in round figure e.g 290 instead of 287 or 288 or 389.

I want to lodge a complaint against driver of Hrtc bus no. 1195 which was on route Jaisinghpur to Palampur today 29.06.2023 in the evening. I was boarded from Dhupkiara today about 1630 hrs in above Hrtc bus to Palampur. But all passengers get off at Rajpur instead of Palampur bus stand. I have taken ticket from Dhupkiara to Palampur but driver get off me and other passengers at Rajpur. Please take appropriate action against driver and inform me.

Katra- Shimla AC Volvo depart from Kangra Bus Stand on[protected] at 1130 hrs before the schedule time on[protected] at 00:30 hrs. So that I have miss the Bus and facing trouble. Please guide properly to Bus Staff to avoid these types of irregularities.

I travelled from Delhi to Chamba by HRTC Himsuta AC bus departed at 8:15 pm. At 11:30 bus driver stopped bus for dinner at worst food junction where owner charging very high price but poor quality food and forcing passenger to take full food as he is planned even someone is traveling alone. When I asked conductor why he is stopping bus in such a waste dhaba then he replied "मुझे साहब ने यहीं रोकने को बोला है". I am really surprised. I compared now train is also improving so much but roadways department is still running on same old pattern.
I know nothing will change even after my complaint but I am completing my duty with a dout “ कि शायद साहब ना मिले हुए हों ", बाकी तो सच्चाई ऊपर वाला ही जानता है।

The bus that comes around 10.30 am at Badash, near lakker Bazar, I was at the Shakli nala, after the kaichi. I had just parked and locked my vehicle, when I saw the approaching bus, raised my hand to stop, but the driver ignored my sign, for the reason beyond my understanding.
1. The bus was not overloaded.
2. Driver ignored my presence on the road and sign too.
3. Is financial loss not happening from such drivers to hrtc?
4. What about the misery of the passengers after that, should they hire taxi?
5. Are work and conduct rules be implemented on such employees .

Dear sir / mam ... i bought a ticket and i got wrong destination ticket ... Please pay attention to your ticket counters ... Now bus conductor Gave me right ticket ..the name of the staff who gave me wrong ticket is aju who is work on ticket counters of hamirpur as conductor said ... I don't have any complaint ... Please pay attention to your staff of ticket counters ...I hope you will do it
