I am complaining about the bus that is allotted on the route Chamba-chintpurni. The conditions of the bus is worst. I traveled in that bus so many times. So many times the bus malfunctions that cause inconvenience for the passangers. I please you to change the bus.

As per cunductor & driver bus is full
But there are lots of seats vacant.
I requested him to pick & drop me at Pinjore time is 2.25 a.m. no other bus available and time is 2.25 a.m. but they refused.
Please look into this matter.

My family and me booked 3 tickets via Red Bus from Amritsar to Manali for 22nd May 2022. We boarded the bus from Amritsar which departed at 6:40pm.
But suddenly at around 12:00am when we reached Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh we were literally forced to get down from our bus No. HP 68 5948.

Our belongings were thrown out of our existing bus. The driver and conductor literally misbehaved with our families and other...

Dear Sir,

I had travelled in HRTC Marotan to Delhi bus dated 8th May. In bilaspur work shop driver just filled the fuel no service or check up done at that time. once we left Bilaspur at every small service center they stopped the bus and asked for belt as belt was broken finally at Kiratpur they got belt and got the repair done. 2-3 hours of passengers time got wasted and life on risk.

This not the only one...

I want to draw your attention. One of known relatives are suffering from cancer.He is 75 year old man. He came to chandigarh for radiotherapy with his wife. I went out to sector 43 to make pass. As documents were not there, so we could not make pass for travelling . Why there are so much formalities? It is wrong.They belong to weaker section.They spend money to travel....

Food stopage at koti of rampur- delhi himsutta at neelkanth dhaba is not appropriate for anyone. Food quality is very poor. Hygiene standards are below average. Never expected this from HRTC....

I booked the ticket from DELHI ISBT KASHMIRI GATE - BAIJNATH : 21:16 HRS with Service No : 588 in HIMGAURAV 2X2 AC with ticket no. [protected], amount Rs. 1050 at departure time 21:16 HRS. As per the schedule the bus was about to reach Palampur at 6.30 am. However, due to poor condition of the bus it got damaged mid way and it got stuck at the AMB HRTC service station. Nowdays It is becoming very harsh conditions of HRTC buses for stundents from Ghanauli to Kharar and Kharar to Ghanuli. They always refuse to stop buses at the destination as well as speak harshly to us. They even say to get out of the bus which is very bad. Even seats are empty they refuse to stop. We always want to travel in HRTC buses even we wait along for HRTC buses but they always refuse specially from kharar to ghanauli. Hope you understand...

I have cancelled my ticket on 15-APR-2022, But till date amount refund, even I have mail 3-4 times.
But no response from hrtc end.

I have booked 5 tickets in hrtc AC Volvo from Delhi to manali on 18 April 2022 and bus service no is 600 which has to depart from Delhi at 7 pm on 30 April 2022 but now the time shown at hrtc website is 9.50 pm on 30 April 2022 without informing passengers and it is not suits me.This is lack of service and mental harresment to passengers those want to have some plan over there.

I am regular pessenger of Himachal Roadways bus. A bus which is coming from Solan to sultanpur is not coming regular, earlierbit was from solan to sultaanpur but since last few months this bus has stopped and now it comes from kumarhatti to Sultanpur. But this is very shameful that it comes very rarely sometimes only twice a week. Due to this irregularities passengers have to suffer as there is no other buses. If we called in the office of...

Hello sir/madam,

I booked online on hrtc website two tickets (ticket no. [protected] and [protected]) journey day 14-apr 2022and 18-apr 2022.

I cancelled both tickets on 11-Apr 2022.

I have not got refund amount 3040 ₹ and 2766 ₹ yet. Today is 23-Apr 2022. No one is replying to mail that i sent for this query.
