Today my family was going from Nihri to Tatta pani in bus number HP31B5171 the driver of the same bus did not stop the bus for them and when they were questioning for such a behave with customer he started abusing them and started quarrel with them.
Is not HRTC for public only for these type of drivers that they ask this service is not for public this is there own bus whoever he wants to lift or not.
Such a behaviour with women and senior citizen is not tollerable.
Do the needful other wise these type or drivers are defaming HRTC day by day.

Yesterday my husband's laptop was stolen from ISBT Kashmiri Gate while boarding.
I am requesting to please add CCTV camera into the bus specially long route buses so each and everyone can trace. So this type of incident can be stopped.
2nd thing is related to Boarding into bus. There should be no boarding into bus if someone has no ticket or yet to taken. Only passenger with tickets can board to bus otherwise there should be rule not to allow anyone to sit in the bus and stole something and smartly ran away.

Iam a college student from sunhi and i study in dharamshala a bus of route pathankot to kandi comes from. My area and that's the only bus which comes in early morning and helps students to go to school college the bus is not coming from the last 6-7 days
So please start the bus service from today it's our humble request

I am trying for the last two days to book the bus online but the payment is not successful, I am very disappointed with the service of HRTC.
Very poor service

I was travelling from hamirpur to delhi in Himsuta bus on date
13th june 9:30am from hamirpur and the destination time was 7:00 pm.
And bus reached around 9:20pm.
I lost rs 6000 because I made another volvo booking around 8pm.
Please take strict action as soon as possible against bus driver and conductor....

Bus initiated it's journey at 6.51 pm . Since then 1 hour is going to pass but ac is not functioning. Only air blower is working.
After paying so much charges alongwith gst consumer is being harassed for none of his fault.

I wanted to book a ticket from kaza to Manali.
I told the conductor my seat preference as the conductor was booking the seats and suddenly he got agigated and started shouting..telling me to take the ticket printer n book ticket myself.i asked calmly to him what did I do wrong..is it wrong to ask for seat preference .it's a long journey and who dosent want to travel comfortably and I was third standing in queue. The way he was talking... seriously so rude..I could have broken his teeth...bt calmed myself.please look into these matter..m a tourist n font want to take bad impression of beautiful himachal...thank u.please take strict action .conductor of kaza to Manali on day 6/6/22

I am traveling from Volvo bus from manali to Delhi..at night...the selected food point was not proper. There is not any facility of tea and coffees .while it is necessary only only for passengers but to awake driver also..plz select appropriate food stopage point

I am complaining about the bus that is allotted on the route Chamba-chintpurni. The conditions of the bus is worst. I traveled in that bus so many times. So many times the bus malfunctions that cause inconvenience for the passangers. I please you to change the bus.

This is my problem, my money which is deducted from my account and after cancellation the money didn't refund to my account.

The HRTC helpline number also doesn't have any reply to me .

Not pick from 43bus stand Chandigarh for Pinjore at 2.25 a.m.
As per cunductor & driver bus is full
But there are lots of seats vacant.
I requested him to pick & drop me at Pinjore time is 2.25 a.m. no other bus available and time is 2.25 a.m. but they refused.
Please look into this matter.

My family and me booked 3 tickets via Red Bus from Amritsar to Manali for 22nd May 2022. We boarded the bus from Amritsar which departed at 6:40pm.
But suddenly at around 12:00am when we reached Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh we were literally forced to get down from our bus No. HP 68 5948.

Our belongings were thrown out of our existing bus. The driver and conductor literally misbehaved with our families and other co-passengers.

When asked about the reason they abused us. They also threatened us that this is how their government bus of HRCTC works as they are government servants.

After sometime another bus in a very messy condition came and we were asked to board that bus and sit wherever there was empty seat. The belongings were also just thrown into the bus carriage.

We were travelling in this HRCTC bus for the first time and we also visited Manali for the first time and this is how we are being treated!!!

Refund not credit to my account

Dear Sir,

I had travelled in HRTC Marotan to Delhi bus dated 8th May. In bilaspur work shop driver just filled the fuel no service or check up done at that time. once we left Bilaspur at every small service center they stopped the bus and asked for belt as belt was broken finally at Kiratpur they got belt and got the repair done. 2-3 hours of passengers time got wasted and life on risk.

This not the only one incident but on 17th April I travelled in the same bus, due to heavy jam in Swarghat bus diverted the route to Nalaghar. When we reached Ramshahar bus tyre bursted one passenger also got injured.

Do HRTC do not have any value for passengers life, we are travelling in bus keeping our life in danger.

I need half refund of my money for both journey below are the detail -

I want to draw your attention. One of known relatives are suffering from cancer.He is 75 year old man. He came to chandigarh for radiotherapy with his wife. I went out to sector 43 to make pass. As documents were not there, so we could not make pass for travelling . Why there are so much formalities? It is wrong.They belong to weaker section.They spend money to travel.

Food stopage at koti of rampur- delhi himsutta at neelkanth dhaba is not appropriate for anyone. Food quality is very poor. Hygiene standards are below average. Never expected this from HRTC.

I booked the ticket from DELHI ISBT KASHMIRI GATE - BAIJNATH : 21:16 HRS with Service No : 588 in HIMGAURAV 2X2 AC with ticket no. [protected], amount Rs. 1050 at departure time 21:16 HRS. As per the schedule the bus was about to reach Palampur at 6.30 am. However, due to poor condition of the bus it got damaged mid way and it got stuck at the AMB HRTC service station. The bus was their till 6.30 am until Haryana roadways ordinary bus picked us and dropped at KANGRA. From this stop, I again changed the bus and got ordinary bus for PALAMPUR. This has been the worst experience as i got late to my office due to poor bus service of HRTC. Thus, i want complete reimbursement of my ticket due to inconvenience caused by HRTC bus service.
