Hlo sir today I travel with my family from CHD 43 to UNA, In middle my father’s phone was left from his hand and fell into bus but when my father want to check there is a big hole in the bus and phone gets fall on the road may be, after we ask conductor to check for phone it can we stuck into the bus somewhere pls check once but he said all are same and hole is same, in all bus, and not talked in good meners. i have the pictures of the hole and video,

    Nowdays It is becoming very harsh conditions of HRTC buses for stundents from Ghanauli to Kharar and Kharar to Ghanuli. They always refuse to stop buses at the destination as well as speak harshly to us. They even say to get out of the bus which is very bad. Even seats are empty they refuse to stop. We always want to travel in HRTC buses even we wait along for HRTC buses but they always refuse specially from kharar to ghanauli. Hope you understand my problem and solve it ASAP. Thank you

      Amount refund

      I have cancelled my ticket on 15-APR-2022, But till date amount refund, even I have mail 3-4 times.
      But no response from hrtc end.
      Requested to you pls do needful....

      I have booked 5 tickets in hrtc AC Volvo from Delhi to manali on 18 April 2022 and bus service no is 600 which has to depart from Delhi at 7 pm on 30 April 2022 but now the time shown at hrtc website is 9.50 pm on 30 April 2022 without informing passengers and it is not suits me.This is lack of service and mental harresment to passengers those want to have some plan over there.
      Please help me and solve the problem.

        I have cancelled the ticket for my chandigarh kullu route and still haven't recieved the said amount refunded back to my account.

          I am regular pessenger of Himachal Roadways bus. A bus which is coming from Solan to sultanpur is not coming regular, earlierbit was from solan to sultaanpur but since last few months this bus has stopped and now it comes from kumarhatti to Sultanpur. But this is very shameful that it comes very rarely sometimes only twice a week. Due to this irregularities passengers have to suffer as there is no other buses. If we called in the office of Solan ISBT then they said bus will come and some times they make excuses like bus has no fuel etc. Plz do some favorable step for passengers and plz start Service's again asap

              Refund not received for SATYAM AGRAWAL two tickets

              Hello sir/madam,

              I booked online on hrtc website two tickets (ticket no. [protected] and [protected]) journey day 14-apr 2022and 18-apr 2022.

              I cancelled both tickets on 11-Apr 2022.

              I have not got refund amount 3040 ₹ and 2766 ₹ yet. Today is 23-Apr 2022. No one is replying to mail that i sent for this query.

              Please send back my refund or send me details of transaction...

              While on the way to Chandigarh, HRTC bus number HR56 B8815 overtake our car and there was almost no margin between this bus and our car. A serious accident could be happened as there was another vehicle on next side of our car. Bus driver was driving over speed limit. Kindly look into and I want copy of the punishment given or apology letter from the driver.

                I cancelled my ticket on 9 th april 2022 at 12:00am . My ticket was from kullu (hp) to chandigarh.But i haven't received any refund . I got the message that money will be refunded but they haven't refunded my money .

                  Sir I haven't received any refund.
                  when I cancelled my ticket they said my amount would be refunded within 5-7 days but noting happened.
                  I am still waiting. I haven't received any message or email till now.
                  please expedite my refund

                  MY Ticket No: [protected] has been Cancelled successfully. An amount of Rs.648 is refund initiated on: 9-4-22. Still this is my 14 day and i yet not recieved my refund

                    I boarded bus from Delhi today at 7.20 am for ambala for seat number 35, 36. Bus was Volvo from Delhi to palampur. Bus broke down near delhi and we boarded another bus which was not volvo.
                    Conductor has not given any refund as there is difference in volvo fare and ordinary fare.
                    Please refund the difference.

                      And the HRTC people and not answering to my calls and emails ..
                      Pls do the needful.

                      Your Ticket No:[protected] has been Cancelled successfully. An amount of Rs.2150 is refund initiated today: 10-Apr-22 12:00 AM to the Credit/Debit Card by using which you have booked the Ticket. Please check your account after 5-7 working days (Banks settelment cycle).

                        Dear Sir,
                        My district Hq are at Mandi and there is no service from Sandhol to Mandi. If one wants to go to Mandi .. either he have to go through bus at 6 am to sarkaghat via gaddidhar and there is no suitable bus again from sarkaghat to Mandi .
                        The another bus is to dharampur after waiting for next 3 and half hours then there is private bus to Mandi. There is not even a private bus to Mandi from Sandhol.
                        Earlier there was busy to Manali at 7 am which service is stopped at your end.
                        Dear Sir kindly restart the service.

                          Sir /madam . I have pre booked the ticket from Hamirpur to Chandigarh using a third party site Red bus .
                          But there was no option to change the boarding point as I was going to board from barsar ( a stop around 60 km from Hamirpur ) which come enroute of the bus .
                          I was standing on the bus stop but as the bus arrived the driver and conductor didn't give me a minute to board they applied a break for second and didn't stop .
                          After alot of efforts somehow I manage to catch the bus at next stop .
                          As we reached UNA bus stop the operator AT una HRTC came and start arguing with me with so much aggression . He didn't give me a chance to speak certainly he didn't want to listen to me . These people are for public service atleast they should know how to handle in such situation . Humiliation of public or passanger is not the way .

                            There are 3 buses from Hamirpur to Ludhiana, but none gies via Bhota. Each bus service goes via NAUDAN. It is very inconvenient for the people from Barsar side as we don't have any direct service from Bhota. We have to either borad the bus from Hamirpur or from Barsar. Although we can board the bus from Barsar as well, but Bilaspur-Ludhiana service is too slow. It's so slow that it doesn't seem like an HRTC service. Please reroute any one of the bus service of Hamirpur-Ludhiana via Bhota or please start a new bus service. Why should all the buses go via NAUDAN??

                              This is to inform you that we booked online HRTC tickets through Make my trip for Delhi to Una on 12/4/22 for onboarding bus on 13/4/22 at 6.20pm but when we reached at HRTC counter on 13/4/22 no bus was available at 6.20pm and official at HRTC counter checked and found tickets is booked for 7.15am instead of 6.20pm, consequently we couldn’t board the bus and suffered a lot of mental pain with family at bus terminal

                              Request you to take up the matter with your service providing partner Make My trip so that passenger’s should not suffer going forward
                              Tickets and HRTC reservations chart attached for your reference
                              Please cancel the tickets and refund 3641/- back asap

                                I was traveling to old bus stand shimla on 13 april 2022 when reach there at 8:32 pm I find bus HP63A/9120 which was going to new bus stand shimla so asked driver when this bus is going to start he said after 20 min so we take the seat but after 10 min driver came and say this bus will go at 9:30 other bus is going you take that so when we take out luggage then that bus will had already gone. When asked the driver that you are telling that your bus will be going on 20 min then why after that he tells us that there is only 4 to 5 passenger and misbehave also tell that take cab if you want to go there early this bus is going to 9:30 pm only no bus is there still we got in 9:00 pm bus but neither he was helpful and also missbehaved with us.if these type of people are there who will believe Himachal roadways

                                    I am from lahaul I am going to reckongpeo through udaipur reckongpeo bus on date 12april 2022 and the bus is stopped working near sundarnagar and I have to change the bus to karsog and then they say to change the bus again from that place. If they can't maintain the bus for long route why we pay the tax for transport system to our state govt. Few years back we choose the hrtc for safe traveling and now we listen all the time hrtc bus accident and stopped working. Three years back in 2019 I have to go to shimla I was in tampo traveller of hrtc and near by brahmfukar it stopped working and they don't provide us any hrtc bus to change they send us in prvt bus to shimla and that prvt bus was already full so we had to go by standing in bus. If we are going through this in hrtc then stop wasting our money in transportation and even after that we pay for the tickets but still we can't get safe journey.
