I boarded the bus from Sarkaghat. When the conductor asked me for my destination, I clearly told him Naghla and I gave him rupees 20, he then asked for 11 rupees so I then gave him 11 and put back my 20's bill. When my destination arrived so there are two different places where people take buses and prefer to depart. I told him I'll leave at the next bridge which is only 30 seconds away and then he started talking rudely to me. VERY VERY RUDELY and started saying that it'll take more money, which was not the problem because I clearly tried to give him 20 rupees earlier. He was very MANNERLESS and RUDE. and kept talking like an UNEDUCATED PIG. I don't understand how is this behavior acceptable.

Dear sir, i m working at baddi. There is a bus of pathankot depot from una to baddi at 7.15 pm. But this bus is miss the route on 26.01.22. This happens two consecutive time with me. There were also manh persons with me. So pls clear the status of the buses. Avoid such cases for long route bus. There is very buses from una to kalka at evening. Day buses moved empty

On 11th Jan I canceld my ticket of Himmani Deluxe service no 601 seat no 6 ...But my refunding not done yet., kindly refund my payment as soon as possible.. Thanks

I have booked a ticket from palampur to Delhi in himsuta volvo. Due to some reasons i have cancelled my ticket. My ticket number is [protected]. I didn't get my refund yet, it's up to 10 days that i have cancelled my ticket. So i request you to please refund my amount as soon as possible.

The dhaba owner is totally rude, he hasn’t manner to deal with customers….he has his own rates.he told that govt has approved ₹180 thali for bus customers, either govt or dhaba owner making us fool…he is serving good food with full of salad to bus driver and conductor….its time to ask about the same….

I was traveling in HRTC bus (Shimla-Nahan-Haridwar) when this incident happened.
It is such a horrific incident that i don't even want to accept that this was the behaviour of a Himachali Bus conductor.
Firstly he shouted at me to boarding the bus from front gate.
It didn't end there as the seats were occupied and only three seats were left i sat on 2 number seat but our well educated conductor asked me to stand up.
Then rudely said some abusive words as well.
I could have said same words to him but then what will be the difference.
Now he himself sat on that seat and rest two seats are still vacant.

HRTC - Manali to Delhi kashmere gate - Service number - 724, Departure time - 2.20pm
Bus departed on time but unfortunately brokedown after Kullu, had to stop for 2 hours and took off somehow. Again they stopped somewhere, all passengers waited for 1 hour as they said they will arrange another bus. Was supposed to arrive Delhi kashmere gate at 6am but they arrived at 8.10am also i had to travel another 1 hour to reach Delhi airport and i missed my flight and money also.

Conductor give me bad seat although I told him my health is not well, m not able to sit at end still he gives me that seat. All the seats are empty still he behave like that.

Today this is very worst behavior. I always prefer to travel li HRTC, but today onwards will not travel. Please guide your employees properly.

At present there is no bus service from Dharamsala to Palampur via Nagri after 5.00PM.There is only one ovt bus which us not reliable. Daily visitors faces a lot of problems after5.00 PM and some times have to hire pvt taxi.
Earlier there were two buses of HRTC 1 Dharamsala Shimla via Nagri 2 Dharamsala Bharmour via Nagri a d these have been withdrawn. Sir these were not only providing service to passengers of Shima/Bharmour but to passengers of palampur also.
Your goodself is requested to kindly restore these buses or start a new route of HRTC Dharamsala to palampur via Nagri after5.00 PM

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that Himachal Roadways bus conductor is not returning the balance fare back to the passengers and giving excuses that he dont have change.
This thing he is doing on a regular basis same thing happened with me.
I board the bus from mubarikpur to hoshiarpur and i take ticket for 2 persons.
Total ticket price is 98 rs and i gave him 100rs when i ask for the remaining money he said he dont have change.
I want to know if this conductor will do the same thing with every passenger then how many extra money he is taking from the passengers and he is doing corruption by taking small amount of money from the passengers.
He also know that if he will do that then no one can ask any question to him and he will gain confidence to do on a large scale.

Visit of pm shri narender modi in himachal pradesh on dated 27/12/2021 i had booked my ticket no. [protected] bus himmani deluxe dep. Time 19.25 hrs seat no. 13 this bus was cancelled by hrtc but a lot of request the refund amount of rupees 728/- not credited in my accounts yet.

I booked hrtc bus of 2:20pm from manali to delhi kashmere gate on january 2nd, 2022. Bus departed on time, but bus was brokedown and stopped for 2 hours between locations called kullu and mandi, then somehow trying so many times driven off from the spot. Then, they stopped somewhere after few kilometers at a fuel station for 1 hour to arrange another bus, we were boarded another bus and driven off. Again, they stopped somewhere at a fuel station and we were boarded another bus, also they were stopping unnecessarily so many times and really took off the arrival time. Hrtc bus was supposed to reach delhi kashmere gate at 5:30am but reached at 8:10am.in fact, i had a flight at 9.35am (Boarding gate closed at 9am) and i missed it because of your hrtc bus I had to travel another 1 hour from delhi kashmere gate to delhi airport. Finally, flight has departed and lost my money. I request you to please find me a solution and it would be great if they could get me the refund as my lost money. I have attached few files for reference.

I am 71yrs old sr citizen traveled along with my 85yrs old mother-in-law, her 84 yrs old sister and 2 other sr citizen relatives from Mandi to Delhi in Himsuta Volvo bus, trip no.65 on 25/12/2021, departure time from Mandi 6.30 pm, tickets no.MH 034990, 034991 and 034992.
Passengers of the bus were told to shift into the other bus at midnight in pitch dark night at alonely horrible place. We had to shift our heavy baggage to the other...

That during jorney in Bus no HP 73 ticket no 054655 on dated 31/12/21 at 14:13:52 from Gaggal to Shahpur. At Chambi station ticket checker asked for the ticket as I told him that it's conducters duty to ask for the same but he ain't recognised me as it's the duty of the conducter to make a check upon the bus arriving doors in both sides but as he intentionally and deliberately not asked for the ticket.

As the ticket checker alleged me with the fine of Rs 150 as for the fault that it's my city to ask for the ticket to the conducter.
That for journey passengers are not bound for the collection of receipts that only duty bounds are conducters who are authorised to take the bus route with utmost care n diligence in favor of receipts and money to make a check on every diversion and drive the whole in it's entirety.

It is therefore requested you to make a check upon the bus mentioned above and clarify the same ticket.

I travelled today on 30th december 2021 from chandigarh to mandi by hrtc volvo that left the busstand at 8:30am. The driver and conductor were not behaving properly at all, driver seemed very frustrated from his job and when I asked him to stop the bus he told me to leave the bus as fastly as I could but it was his responsibility to stop the bus inside the busstand. He just stopped the bus in between the road and was very rude. We don't pay such a high amount of ₹735 just to hear this ### from a complete stranger. We are living in an educated environment and this is our basic responsibility to treat everyone with respect as a first rule of humanity. If they keep on behaving like this then how the old-aged people will compromise with the situation. I request you to please take some action regarding this matter asap.

This bus had been cancelled by hrtc on date 27/12/2021 but refund of the same ticket can't transferred by hrtc in my accounts

As i am traveling from Chandigarh to Dehra, Bus is not cleaned as the trash on the floor of the bus is lying as it is. Vomit marks are there inside the bus and also outside. Empty packets of ready to eat snacks are lying on the floor of the bus....

i have cancelled the bus ticket on dated 3/12/2021 which i have booked on same day online of amount Rs 1394/ from Dharamshala to ISBT Delhi, having ticket no [protected], you have deducted the amount of Rs 150 as cancellation charges but unfortunately i have not received the balance amount of Rs 1235 till date. kindly acknowledge and redress my complaint as soon as possible...
