Initially, I (S S Shri Lakshmi) had booked a ticket along with my friend Aditi Balaji (ticket number is [protected]; journey from Shimla ISBT to Delhi). Aditi had to cancel her ticket because of which I selected her name in the option provided and cancelled her share of the ticket alone. Later, I had to cancel my ticket as well but the website did not allow me to do so, stating that the ticket was already cancelled. I repeatedly tried to cancel the ticket but was blocked from doing the same. I am attaching a screenshot of the ticket details as on January 8, 2023 (at 10:50 AM) when the website stated that the ticket had been cancelled for your reference.

This was not true. Only Aditi's portion of the ticket had been cancelled. I want a full refund for my share of the ticket as I was unable to cancel it when I wanted to, due to a technical glitch.

I Jatin Sharma was Travelling from Shimla to Delhi on 06th Jan'24 and when i reached Himachal Bhawan in the morning my luggage was not found anywhere in the Volvo trunk someone stole my luggage which had all my valuables. Despite complaining to the Bus Conductor no action was taken from their end.

I booked ticket for my mother from Pathankot to Delhi, to be traveled on 06 Jan 2024. To check the bus's running status, I called the conductor half an hour earlier than departure time, but he told that the bus (HP[protected] broke down at Dalhousie bus stop (84 kms from boarding station). There were no intimation of this information and upon several calls, they provided the alternative of taxis till Amb station (96 kms from boarding station ) latter AC bus till Delhi. The alternative seemed unsafe and unreasonable at this odd timings as my mother was supposed to be traveling alone.
Please refund the amount as we booked for Volvo.

On Jan 1, 2024 I booked online hrtc bus service number 1209 ticket number [protected] from haridwar to hamirpur by abhibus ticket number-AX[protected] departure time is 2:30pm...but that day due to strike bus had not arrived and even though no notification send before arrival ...kindly refund my money

Today my sister have a online ticket of volvo from Dehradun to Dharamshala... Due to issue in bus ( information provided by bus conductor), hrtc has sent ordinary bus inplace of volvo due to which many passengers have suffered... This is unacceptable and very bad move from hrtc.. as we have paid for volvo, hrtc should have arranged volvo only

for many days hamirpur to chandigrah via galore mehre una bus have been running poorly for quite some time now. And old bus condition is getting worse. And bus is very old and many seat are explodes. And many people who suffer from bus face very troubled . And this is matter for shame for you. The lounge route bus is in such a condition.

I am making a request to you that you provide a new bus for this...

I want to complaint about Mandi kotlj bus service they are always staying in dharampur and not completing their route to gorat and all the passengers are suffering badly as the climate is not good.last few days driver and conductor are giving a lot of excuses and not going to gorat. All the passengers including students, senior citizens and ladies are suffering.So I would request the higher officials to investigate the issue. We will be very thankful to HRTC.

I booked ticket online from jassure to shimla ISBT on dated 16/11/2023 and my alternate boarding point was chatta . I stood my boarding point with my parents and sister but driver didn't stop the bus . Then i travelled from different buses and reach parwanno bus stand where the same was stand . I complain to the head of the bus stand and he said that you travell through this bus from parwanoo to shimla . So i decided to travell from parwanoo to shimla in that bus . So take strict action against bus driver and conductor of that bus and refund my remaining money as soon as possible.

HP roadways driver was doing rash driving and he hit my car deliberately and then started arguing. He was. Drunk as well. There was lot of space to drive bus without hitting my car.

We request you that bus service should be restarted from dharamshala to chambi. There's no government bus during 1'40-3'30 . There is more than 1 hour of waiting time period. Due to this we face lots of problem So please it's a request to you kindly restarted the bus service. It helps us alot. Kindly please pay attention regarding this issue we had face.

On travel day couple of hours before the bus, I got a call informing that particular bus route has been closed now. They were not able to provide any alternative option as well.
I didn't get any message/call regarding the refund and hence need help getting my refund.

Bus driver didn't stop bus at my bus boarding point.I travel from different buses and reach PARWANOO bus stand . I take the bus and travel from PARWANOO to shimla ISBT.So refund rest of my money into my account as soon as possible and take strict action on bus driver and conductor.

Dera team as a informa today my online ticket book but unfortunately this bus not work in delhi and delhi customer counter take the outher bus isbt and drop the outside in dhera than take the chandigarh bus servce and drop the main bus stand dhera and afer 30 mint wait in dhera bus stand and new bus jassur.
But my consarn i have already pay my depart point and drop poin than why pay in outher bus service.

I was traveling from Delhi to solan. I booked Volvo, ticket number TSBZ83568292, PNR number [protected] and seat number 33. The bus conductor contact number wasn't provided and he did not bother to call me, that the bus is leaving, I reached the station 5 minutes late. On requesting to adjust the ticket in the next hrtc bus, whose departure time was 9:36, I was blatantly refused and asked to buy another ticket, which I had to since I was a lone female travelling to solan.
I am a regular hrtc customer and whenever I travel from solan hrtc bus is never on time it is often delayed by an hour. I would like to ask that is our time not important? I encountered traffic and got late by 5 minutes, why was my money not adjusted? And why I had to pay twice, despite the other bus going empty? And most importantly why wasn't I called by the conductor, that the bus is leaving ( which is the usual practice).

For bus service number 667, Jahu - Chandigarh, morning route at the designated service Stop FRIENDS VAISHNO DHABA, 2H7M+WFW, Chandigarh-Chintapurni-Dharamshala Rd, Alipur, Punjab 140113. Food was just edible. Had parantha as this was the designated service stop for the bus. They serve water as dahi. Also water was not fit for drinking. Service is the worst. They don't take any UPI payments. The front desk worker was rude & misbehaved. Expensive and bad experience overall. This is just taking advantage of passengers. Please take appropriate measures.

A full AC bus no. HP 73 A 5067 route Shimla to Chamba running with broken window glass on dated 23/10/3023 in night. as u know distt.chamba is a hill area. Almost weather is changed to winters, how passengers will manage in such condition. I am faced this problem second time. Why poor facility always given to chamba root buses

As we are committed for our pollution free environment at least in Himachal and new government seems to be serious towards the matter. Meantime I noticed a shocking example of carelessness by the HRTC Hamirpur staff . I was travelling from Hamirpur to Nadaun and on the way bus number HP67 3219 crossed me with a huge smoke cimmeny. It’s exhaust was really looking terrible. I am hereby attaching a video and a picture also . Hopefully HP Government will seriously look into this issue.

On Monday (17/10/2023) I was travelling in HRTC route Dhamwadi Palampur, from Gasoure to Targhel.
At Targhel, I was standing before my bus stop was coming.When my stop was coming conductor couldn't whistled, nor driver can stop the bus while seeing me standing and bus was stopped after one km approx when i was shouted.
When I asked to conductor he misbehaved with me.
I feel so unsafe to travel into HRTC.
Please look into this matter and take strict actions against them.

I'm a working woman ...and reaches at 5:40 on lunj bus stand...the bus came from tanda to nagrota surian ...doesn't take its passengers ..because they have issue with the next hrtc bus ...come to this same route ...but because of that ..we suffer daily ...and it's a daily routine of these hrtc buses ..in winters it's scary to reach home at 7:30 ... because the next bus will reach at our hometown at 7:30 ..at take a route via masroor ...please help it's a humble request

I was waiting for bus hamirpur to Jalandhar 1:00 AM - 2:00 AM . my ssc paper held at Jalandhar . Bus came after 1 hour delay his time . But bus stop the bus driver can't stop . He waved his hand to say no. My paper timing are 7:00 AM . Now no any option to going .
