I am a 22 years girl and was to travel alone to my workplace in Delhi. I had booked a Bus Seat in Himsuta AC Volvo for my onward journey from Sundernagar to Delhi on 30.03.2024 and paid Rs 1056/-.
I was allotted ticket no. [protected] and seat no. 24 in the bus service number 168, Jogindernagar - Delhi Kashmiri Gate. The departure time of the bus was 20:30 hrs, on 30.03.2024 from Sundernagar. The Crew Mobile No. [protected] was shared through SMS from HRTC on the date of journey.
I along with my parents (who came to see off me) reached the Sundernagar bus stand at about 20:20 hrs and were standing between the entry/exit gate of Sundernagar bus stand where the bus usually stops. I was waiting for the call from the bus conductor. In the meanwhile I (and my parents) was also trying to call the Mobile number [protected] which was shared by HRTC, but the incoming call was barred to that number. At about 20:44 hrs I received a call from number [protected] (claiming to be bus conductor) saying that the bus has left Sundernagar bus stand and is at Chatrokhari (2-3 km from Sundernagar) and if you have a vehicle then you can come here, we are waiting. Within 5-10 minutes we reached Chatrokhari but the bus was not there. I called back the conductor and he then told me that they had crossed Bhawana Tunnel (12-15 km from Sundernagar) and he behaved very rudely.
They stranded me on the road in the night. Needless to say that I am a girl. They went without boarding me on the bus and even without contacting me before leaving Sundernagar Bus Stand.
This is a very careless attitude of HRTC staff with their customers. HRTC shared the wrong number of the crew which was not working due to which I missed the bus. I want my money back or otherwise I will take this matter to the honourable consumer court for refund alongwith suitable compensation.

I have booked hrtc bus for Jassur to chandigarh on 25 march 2024, bus starting at 6 from jassur. I missed the bus but the conductor did not gave a call. He preferred to call me when he reached Dhameta and asked to board it at Una which is more than 130 km from my home. How irrelevant was his suggestion and than my dad, had to drive fast his car and o got bus at talwara. Such a bad service and bad behaviourbof hrtc staff. I will write it to the head of HRTC for sure.

This bus no HP 73 A 5208 as pr according to the hrtc portal is an ÁC seater bus but the ÁC is not working at all and the bus is stinking badly I am literally getting suffocated via travelling from ISBT Kashmiri gate to Pathankot

On February 6th, I boarded the HRTC Volvo Himsuta Bus from Dharamshala to Dehradun (HP 68, 5948). Regrettably, upon arrival in Dehradun on February 7th, I discovered that my luggage bag was missing from the bus luggage compartment. Acting promptly, I reported the incident to the ISBT Dehradun police station on February 7th, 2024, and followed up with a call to HRTC customer care a week later. Despite these efforts, no resolution has been provided. On March 6th, I sent an email to HRTC customer care but received no reply.

I observed that I was charged for insurance upon purchasing the ticket. Initially, I refrained from applying for insurance in the hope that my belongings would be found within a reasonable timeframe. However, after a month of waiting and continuous communication with the concerned authorities, it has become apparent that my lost luggage will not be recovered. Therefore, I decided to initiate the insurance claim process to recover the value of the lost items.

However, as I began considering the insurance claim process, I realized there was no indication of which company's insurance was provided or the specific coverage criteria, whether it pertained to life insurance, loss of items, or both. This lack of clarity has left me uncertain about how to proceed with claiming insurance for the loss of my luggage.
Therefore, I kindly request the concerned authority to promptly address this matter by either locating my belongings or providing necessary guidance and assistance in initiating the insurance claim process.

Bus was boarded at 0855 hrs on 8 March 2024. and left in time. On the way the driver had stopped at dhaba for food and he forgot his mobile. After travelling a distance approx. 10 kms., he remembered and turned the bus back to that dhaba.(If any passenger would have forgotten... I am sure that the driver will never go back.
2. Now the time is 1400 hrs and we are halted in sunder nagar, but no diesel is available.
3. If such activities will continue in HRTC, then I am sure I will reach Bunter after sunset which is a matter of concern.My seat no. is 25&26.

I booked a hrtc Volvo from kullu to palampur online 9.10 pm bus having seat no 20.
The bus did not stop at palampur and so out of curiosity I asked the driver at 3.30am. The conductor and driver lied that they had stoped at palampur whereas I was waiting since 2.30am for the stop.
They dropped me at 3.35 am at chamundeshwari temple asking me to take a bus back. There is no transportation at this time and heavy cold. Pls take strict action against such irresponsible staff and let me know on roshan.[protected]@hotmail.com

The conductor is very rude to the passangers about their children age and talking to ladies rudely.

The driver is deliberately driving the bus slow so that the passangers miss there connecting trains and buses.

The bus was expected to depart from chamba at 4:20. I booked the ticket online but there was a delay in the departure at first and now the bus is not working after only 20 kms from departure point. I have a train to catch which now I will not be able to despite of paying the amount in advance.

I want to draw your kind attention towards the misbehave by the Volvo bus driver, service no 16 from Delhi ISBT to NIT, Hamirpur on 26.02.2024.

Respected sir,

1. Meine saman rkhwane ke liye jb kha to driver ne bhut hi rudely kha ki tu akela hi ha jo Tera saman rkwha du, kya kbi Volvo bus me travel Kia ha?? Agr nhi hota pta to Volvo me baitha Mt kro.

2. Kya Millenium 70 dhabha near Murthal, HRTC approved ha???

3. Ramgarh ke pass ek swari toilet ke liye ruka, thodi der baad mein b toilet ke liye Aya to driver khne lga ki tumhe sirf toilet ki hi lgi rhti ha.

Is such behaviour desirable from HRTC staff?? Kindly check the matter and in future don't depute such nonsense staff in HRTC, Volvo buses.

Sir, kindly do the needful and take necessary action against such staff for misbehave with the passengers.

I ask to book a bus for shimla to mandi 22/02/2024 bus time 9:00pm
I ask for hrtc volvo but they book ordinary bus and book seat 16 no that i didn't want
And they said they both reach mandi at same time
This behavior is not good i ask for a volvo how they give me ticket of ordinary bus

Hrtc bus coming from Amritsar to Harshipatan.Bus no is HP 38C 4436. Date 17/2/[protected]@ 11pm. We took this bus from Pathankot & we are waiting from 3 hours for this bus. I asked in pathankot busstand when this bus will come they give us 11pm timing. Now, This bus is not going to Harshipatan sujanpur, conductor said that his boss refused, the bus will not go to their stop sujanpur will go only palampur busstand. Even route board, which is in the bus shows destination of bus Harshipatan. Now we are females suffering at the time of night . Kindly find the solution. This is not a way your driver, conductor or boss decides bus route their own and whole night we suffer and they slept in their quaters. They are govt. Servers they are taking our tax. Kindly find the solution.

I have booked ticket to travel form dharamshala to chandigarh on 11 feb 2024 the route of the bus is dharamshala to dehradoon bus timing is 9 pm form dharamshals. I have enter all the infromation when i booked .So my complain is driver will not stop at the boarding point and conductor will not call me and he have all the information regarding booking and conductor is so rude when i talk to him kindlt take an acton regarding conductor thanks

Initially, I (S S Shri Lakshmi) had booked a ticket along with my friend Aditi Balaji (ticket number is [protected]; journey from Shimla ISBT to Delhi). Aditi had to cancel her ticket because of which I selected her name in the option provided and cancelled her share of the ticket alone. Later, I had to cancel my ticket as well but the website did not allow me to do so, stating that the ticket was already cancelled. I repeatedly tried to cancel the ticket but was blocked from doing the same. I am attaching a screenshot of the ticket details as on January 8, 2023 (at 10:50 AM) when the website stated that the ticket had been cancelled for your reference.

This was not true. Only Aditi's portion of the ticket had been cancelled. I want a full refund for my share of the ticket as I was unable to cancel it when I wanted to, due to a technical glitch.

I Jatin Sharma was Travelling from Shimla to Delhi on 06th Jan'24 and when i reached Himachal Bhawan in the morning my luggage was not found anywhere in the Volvo trunk someone stole my luggage which had all my valuables. Despite complaining to the Bus Conductor no action was taken from their end.

I booked ticket for my mother from Pathankot to Delhi, to be traveled on 06 Jan 2024. To check the bus's running status, I called the conductor half an hour earlier than departure time, but he told that the bus (HP[protected] broke down at Dalhousie bus stop (84 kms from boarding station). There were no intimation of this information and upon several calls, they provided the alternative of taxis till Amb station (96 kms from boarding station ) latter AC bus till Delhi. The alternative seemed unsafe and unreasonable at this odd timings as my mother was supposed to be traveling alone.
Please refund the amount as we booked for Volvo.

On Jan 1, 2024 I booked online hrtc bus service number 1209 ticket number [protected] from haridwar to hamirpur by abhibus ticket number-AX[protected] departure time is 2:30pm...but that day due to strike bus had not arrived and even though no notification send before arrival ...kindly refund my money

Today my sister have a online ticket of volvo from Dehradun to Dharamshala... Due to issue in bus ( information provided by bus conductor), hrtc has sent ordinary bus inplace of volvo due to which many passengers have suffered... This is unacceptable and very bad move from hrtc.. as we have paid for volvo, hrtc should have arranged volvo only

Dear sir/mam I m Suresh Kumar from village taroon dharampur [protected].
I want to complaint about Mandi kotlj bus service they are always staying in dharampur and not completing their route to gorat and all the passengers are suffering badly as the climate is not good.last few days driver and conductor are giving a lot of excuses and not going to gorat. All the passengers including students, senior citizens and ladies are suffering.So I would request the higher officials to investigate the issue. We will be very thankful to HRTC.

I booked ticket online from jassure to shimla ISBT on dated 16/11/2023 and my alternate boarding point was chatta . I stood my boarding point with my parents and sister but driver didn't stop the bus . Then i travelled from different buses and reach parwanno bus stand where the same was stand . I complain to the head of the bus stand and he said that you travell through this bus from parwanoo to shimla . So i decided to travell from parwanoo to shimla in that bus . So take strict action against bus driver and conductor of that bus and refund my remaining money as soon as possible.

HP roadways driver was doing rash driving and he hit my car deliberately and then started arguing. He was. Drunk as well. There was lot of space to drive bus without hitting my car.
