Dear sir

I am travelling from reckong peo to shimla from hrtc bus with timings of 7pm from reckong peo.As the bus was coming from kaza so seats was almost occupied. I asked ticket counter guy for 2 tickets to shimla and seats as well. But he refused to give me seats giving the reason that its been occupied. After some time what i see is 4 passenger comes in with someone over phone call n they talk to conductor and driver..after that what made me surprise is dat driver and conductor offering 4 seats to those passengers and asking if they need any tea or something.i was first in the line to get the tickets but i m doing my whole journey while standing on one feet. So i m requesting the authority to kindly check into the matter and if any vip treatment is given to the ordinary passenger like me then kindly provide me the same number so that i can make driver talk to someone and get the seats next time.

While traveling from Shimla to Delhi on 14th june 2019, various sort of problem was faced by passengers, firstly the driver was driving rashly before solan and started fighting with the co pessengers, secondly our bus got punctured between kalka and chandigarh and there was no extra Stepney also the driver after the incident was not seen near by and the conductor was not responsing well after we asked him about the alternative, some of the pessenger borded different means to their destination some waited and accomodated to different bus, the thing which is worrying is that how irresponsible the HRTC is that they didnt have an extra Stepney which is a mandatory thing to kept for any vehicle and they dont teach their staf to behave well with the pessengers

I dr.mamta Kalra along with my 3 brothers traveling from chougan to baijnath by bus no. HP 53A 2503. Bus conductor collect 20 rupees extra fair from us. He collect 25 rupees from single person which is extra more 5 rupees per person and conductor cut our ticket from Bir to baijnath which were wrong because we started our journey from chougan.He should collect 20 per head for distance from chougan to baijnath When we ask him about his wrong calculation he getting angry and asked us "do whatever you want to do" is it right behavior??? it was worse experience I ever had with HRTC

This is to complaint about one of your guy who is using [protected] no. on whats app to resolve the problems is not talking properly and he abused me . When i complained at that no. over whats app he didnt take any actions of my complaint and also start using wrong words i have attached a screenshot of his conversation as a proof. Actually i complained on that no about the bus driver not stoping the bus for passengers at a valid bus stop but did not take any action against it.

Here i submit all the details, regarding my failure booking, but amount has been deducted from account:
Amount: 2233.00, booking is from Shimla to delhi, bus timing is 19:25 pm, i have booked 5 seat, seat no: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14. after few hour i have got a msg of booking failure, bt amount is deduct from my account and i m not receiving yet.

I was traveling from Mandi to shimla on 17 june 2019 in HRTC at 9:30 am .The conductor took the money from me and told me that he does not having the change . And when i ask for the balance, he started shouting on me and start. Saying that he returned the money already . His intention was totally wrong and dont want to return my money . After the support of people travelling in the bus he started to justify himself . Please take the proper action against this case.I'm the voice of those people who did not complaint yet.

The driving was the worst. He broke at least 3 km of traffic jam while the people stuck abused. When a person told him to slow down he misbehaved and abused him and threatened to beat him. Refused to drive once someone called solan to complain. Tyre got flat and the driver and conductor were no where to be found. No Stephanie. When asked what to do started shouting. People trust these people to take them home safe as himachal needs experienced driver not like these people. They were arrogant and abusive. This was the last time I travel in hrtc bus and also discourage people to travel with them. Even haryana roadways are better then this driver.

If hrtc cares about there service they should take serious action. Its about the customers safety which was not at all kept in consideration.

I'm traveling from Awahdevi to Anu, Hamirpur in bus no.HP 28A 1740 Sarkaghat Ludhiana.l gave 500rs. to conductor for 1 and half tickets n conductor use rough language, said to go down from bus.I'm with family, He insulted me for change money, when Had only 500 rs.So please entitle it seriously.l am visually impaired fellow.HTC bus depot sakaghat.Mandi.

I was travelling from delhi to palampur in ac volvo bus. But the ac was not working properly. Also driver has confirmed us that the bus will stop for only 20 mins for breakfast. But after doing the breakfast, passengers were on time but the driver started investigating his bus and the driver is also driving very slo. The time to reach palampur is 7:30pm but he dropped us at 8:30pm.

On june 1, 2019 around 8:00 pm, i was going to chandigarh from shimla.in isbt shimla the bus whose route was rohroo to delhi came. I asked conductor about the ticket to chandigarh but eventually he said no.. No people of chandigarh... Only delhi. I was like wtf... How the hell people of chandigarh are supposed to reach there i[censored] won't let them in... I tried to call the customer care but they never responded. The bus number is hp10a 9553. Do something about it... I had to go in other bus but why we cannot go to chandigarh.

1. I mr ranjeet singh resident of vill - khera kawal, po - churdh, teh - sunder nagar, dist - mandi, hp-175018 and serving in defence.

2. I want to bring to your kind notice that hrtc bus services being provided between jammu to mandi route are very poor. Yes, ofcourse behavior of bus staff is too good. But the services are too poor. There is no volvo bus between the route even buses being sent on route are of poor quality.

3.in view of the above, i request you to arrange a volvo buses between the said route. So that passenger will find comfortable during journey and also send a good quality buses on long route.

4. A fruitful action on the subject will be highly appreciated.

We are living in chailly, summerhill shimla and right now at 08:10 pm we are going ti igmc shimla for donating blood to a critical patient. A hrtc bus on the route of old bus stand to dharkufar is coming from dharkufar to old bus stand. We gave stopage indicator to bus driver but he did not stop the bus even the whole seats of bus was empty. Now if some miss happen will occure then who will be the responsible for that? Kindly teach the manners to hrtc driver and take a strict action against driver and conductor of the routing bus. Thank u

I am traveling from delhi to mandi. A co passengers on kept pushing his seat backwards after constant request he still kept doin the same then he became aggressive and started abusing. I went to conductor he said seats will be like this only he didn’t even say anything to the guy seating ahead of me. He was high. This is really unsafe for girls traveling alone like me. Even the government buses are behaving...

Yesterday my wife take the bus around 5.00 pm from gurgaon. It was hrtc bus. Generally we take the bus of haryana roadways. Driver was very rude behavior and he is thinking he is a nawab. Anyways bus started on time. But they stop the bus at every stop even at delhi they reach at around 9.00 pm (From gurgaon to delhi they take 4 hours) the person was not thinking that his duty is to drive the bus at home on exactly time. Today around 7.30 am i got a call from my wife. I feel they reach home. I was shocked they was at una. She said driver was going into picnic and stoping the bus at every time. It was a really disgraceful experience from hrtc. I request you people take the action now otherwise i will spread this in social media. I am a influencer and i have a guts to do this. This is not first time it's happening.

The ac of the bus was not working in the entire hour ey and a traveller suffered from high blood pressure and headache due to that. All the traveller were suffocated and were ask g the driver to do something. On which he opened a slight roof of the bus and said i can't open more because the bus would get dirty. All the traveller paid extra money 965 only for ac and we suffocated so much.
Please make sure this doesnt happen and pay us the amount back if possible.

I travelled through hrtc hp72 7655 on may 31st from chintpurni to hoshiarpur at 10:30.. The bus driver was either intoxicated or falling asleep continuously after short intervals.. We were sitting on the seat right next to him and were observing him throughout the journey.. It might be due to drug consumption.. He put the life of passengers in risk.. I hope that rather than punishing him on this, the stress on such drivers should be reduced so they don't play with lives of people..

One of the sop keeper asking me to pay double of the printed rate, that's so redicoulsy in fact having very low quality of hygiene.
Respectfully i wanted to convey my msg to you that please change this stoppage or examine it.

I was travling to shimla to chandigarh by small ac bus on 29 may 2019 in 8:30 pm bus conductor was giving everyone to ticket for seats i asked him but he told me to stay inside and gave me seat number 11 but he didnt took the money that time. Later when he come inside he took money from me but dint gave me the ticket. Later after 1 hour of bus ride he came back to me and gave me the ticket of 336. But he charge me 380 rupee for shimla to chandigarh. And i asked him earlier if the bus will go to sector 17 he said yes but later on he dropped me in tribune cholk. I want to file a complain against him.
