I have booked my bus from chandigarh to mandi with the ticket no. [protected] and ropar as an alternative boarding point. I was standing at the alternative boarding point but the bus didn't stopped their even though i waved at the bus. My suggestion to hrtc is either don't have the column of alternative boarding point in online booking or stop their as this is the second incident with me.
I want full refund from hrtc and an apology for the inconvenience caused to me.
Kindly find the attached copy of my ticket mentioning the alternative boarding point.

    I Travelled From Chandigarh to Ambala Cantt in Himchal Roadways Bus on 26/11/2018.The Actual fare from Chandigarh to Ambala is 60 /- RS But Himachal Roadways Bus Given me Ticket on 67/- RS Per Head.

    Kindly do needful on as Roadway collect RS 7/- more from each Passenger.

      It is to inform you that i have booked online below mentioned ticket. But due to bad weather condition near kullu-manali on 24-09-18 it was cancelled by hrtc kullu. I have came to know this after enquiry to hrtc office kullu.

        Since last few days many hrtc bus routes are missing from the hrtc official website, so we are find finding difficulty in online booking of the bus (E. G. Recongpeo (Pangi) to dharamshala). Earlier these routes were used to display in their website for the online booking facilities, but now they have disappeared from their website.
        Kindly solve this problem as the festival season is coming ahead.

          The bus stopped at a hotel which was completely unhygienic. The halt was at 10 30 at a dhaba just next to a petrol pump. Basically the need of the hour was a clean washroom as we were not interested in having food. I was already feeling pukish but when i went to the washroom my uneasiness reached the next level. I request hrtc to understand such small things and rectify them so that we can trust the government services in future. Hrtc bus : ticket no.:[protected], journey date :16-oct-2018 19:50 (Hrs), service no :100, bus number :hp-66-2208, depot :chamba.

            I am ravish kumar from sujanpur. Today i have to go to ambala, to take my train. Due to close of haryana transport busses there was rush in all busses from chandigarh. I mentioned above the bus no. The conductor of that driver didn't alow me to travel from chandigarh to ambala even after when i told him that i dont want any seat i can go in standing but he refuse me to travel in that bus. Bus is going from nalagud to delhi. This all thing happened on 10.50am. I dont know the name of conductor. I was in hurry that time. So i kindly request you to take some decesion on this subject. And sir why they write ambala on board if they dont want to allow the passenger of ambala. I am having a good faith in hrtc but if the behaviour of conductors remains like this then in good time no body wants to travel in hrtc...

              Three seat was available in bus today. But bus conductor denai to provide the ticket me and misbehaviour and balandly say this is my choice "kisko ticket denai hen kisko nahi" please look into and take necessary action against him. Deatils are below.

              Timing:- 5:30 pm
              Conductor name:- not know (He refused to share his name.

                Dear sir,

                Yesterday i was at nalagarh bus stand with my mother (Patient & senior citizen) looking for bus nalagarh to chandigarh via pgi/sisma (As we regularly travel through the same bus). One blue color bus no. Hp12 g 1753 came with route plate *hamirpur-una-kalka* nd stop for few seconds 15 seconds only and start running the bus. While running slowly i ask to conductor that where they are going pgi or chandigarh?? But he replied nothing and went inside the bus. Later after talking to other bus conductors they told me that that bus was for chandigarh via sisma/pgi.
                So please note my complaints as below :

                1. Bad behavior of public transport servant towards public.

                2. Bus staff not picking local passengers till baddi due to their mutual relations with private bus operators. (You can cross check how much tickets they issue till baddi).

                3. Wrong route plate was shown in front of bus (Hamirpur-una-kalka) later on at baddi bus stand route plate was changed to (Hamirpur - chandigarh via baddi).
                4. Bus drivers not arriving at bus stand on time due to that they're always in hurry and lots of passengers missed their buses. And they also not entering into bus stand only picking passengers from mail highway.

                Same complaint i have telephonic ally conveyed to rm nalagarh @[protected] but till time i have received no response for the same.

                I want your immediate action for the same so that no patient or passenger will suffer due to these problems by nalagarh hrtc staff.

                    Hello sir /mam,

                    I m leaving from mclodganj to delhi.
                    Bus no. Is - 5745
                    Bus is volvo ac
                    15/oct/2018
                    And bus leaving timing is 7:00 pm from mclodganj and 8:00 pm from dharamshala

                    Sir/mam i m sorryy to say that the behaviour of bus driver and conductor is very bad. Firstly they don't allow us to sit inside bus on the pretext that we allow only before 10 mins inspite of knowing that it's too cool outside the real reason is that they r smoking inside ac bus which is fully packed secondly when we ultimately get into bus then it was very suffocating because they burnt the dhoop on the pretext that it is navratre but real reason is that they want to hide the smell of smoking.
                    Its very suffocating head is paining and allergy get started (Sneezing and all).

                    Sir/mam please consider my complaint and take a legal action against this misconduct and unprofessionalism.

                    I had booked a online ticket sundernagar to delhi ticket no. [protected] on 6 august 2018 at 8:14pm and there after i had cancelled the above ticket on same date 8 august 2018 at 8:17pm... The status was confirmed but i did not get any refund amount of Rs 467 yet. Kindly confirm and refund me my ticket amount as soon as possible... Thank you

                        volvo bus service misbehaved with passengers

                        My mother was travelling from delhi to chandigarh in your volvo bus number hp-63a-5233 last night[protected] when at around 12:30am the bus driver stopped the bus in the middle of nowhere and told the passengers that a bus has beoken down somewhere behind. They left the passengers alone and without air conditioning for 2.5 hours. More to their woes, there were mosquitoes all around the place.

                          Hoping some action will be taken care over this complaint.
                          Bus route : berry - delhi
                          Date : 7th oct 2018
                          Bus running too late for the scheduled time and driver knowing this still spends lots of time at each stopage eg. Chandigarh, jhanjhri etc. Also, on asking him that bus is late he speaks trash.
                          Its 4:10am on next morning but bus is still at jhanjhri and delhi is another 150 km far. That's not acceptable at all. I had to reach to office at 6 am but got late. Please improve all this and give me the status of this complaint.

                            कल यानि 05/10/2018 को मैं शाम को शिमला-चम्यावल बस में, जो कि पुराने बस्टैण्ड से 6:15pm पर चलती है, में घर आया।
                            मैंने चम्यावल बस का टिकट (ग्रीन कार्ड के साथ) माँगा, मशीन में 79रु का टिकट निकला, जबकि एक्चुअल में 59रु का टिकट बनता है, जिस कारण मुझे 20रु ज्यादा देने पड़े।
                            सवारी से किराये से ज्यादा वसूलना कहां उचित है, क्या मुझे ये पैसे re-fund हो जाएंगे? कृपया शीघ्र अपनी प्रतिकिया भेजे।

                              I am traveling in hrtc hamirpur from hamirpur to jhareri. Ticket is showing total distance 16 km, according to this total bus fair is 27.3 (Aa per new rates) and after lady's discount it becomes 20rupees only. But conductor asked me to give 23 rupees. I gave him 30 he asked me for 3 rs change. I gave him 3 rs and he returned my 10 rs. After aone time he again came to me and asking me for 3 rs again. I told i have given you but he waas blaming me that i have not given him. I said to him please count your cash i[censored] have any doubt. Sir i request you to instruct such conductors for their such nonsense behavior.

                                I used to catch local bus from himachal pradesh gramin bank's head office at jail road mandi. There comes a bus no. Hp 654754 whose driver never stops bus in front of said bank.
                                It usually goes in between 6.05 to 6.15 pm daily towards talyar and rivalsar.
                                Is there any official order to not to pick a passenger at that point or the driver is doing this willfully.
                                Please resolve my complaint and take proper action against the particular.

                                  Hrtc should mainten there buses especially old delux buses. If you are using old buses then either provide full facility or stop running old buses. We customers do not pay such huge fares for leaking buses or malfunctioning ac or seats or windows. Please provide proper facilities to customers as we depend on you and if you are using old buses then lower their fares and keep proper maintenance.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that i had booked an online ticket from chamba to delhi for 23rd september 2018 but due to bad weather conditions the journey was cancelled by himachal road transport corporation.
                                    The department refunded the ticket amount to those passengers who had purchased the tickets from the counter but no refund was given to the passengers who had booked tickets online. So kindly refund the amount at the earliest.
                                    A copy of the ticket has been attached for reference.

                                      My name is rajiv. My ticket no is 036939, dated:24/09/18 time: 5; 34. I was traveling from una to bharwain with the green card but he charged me wrong. I want to register a complaint against hrtc bus driver, conductor & a person who was seated with them. They were tried to harass me, insulting, threatening and tried to salp me.
                                      [protected] : [protected] :[protected] i made call on these numbers but due to mobile battery issue i was unable to talk to them properly.
                                      As you know that today national highway was jammed due to landslide between 5pm to 8pm. I simply asked to conductor, if you have another way to go then why don't you tried it? He said it requires senior permission. I asked again to let me know the number but "he denied and said sare so rahe koi phone nahi uthaega", and the person who was seated on seat no.1 start insulting me and said tare ko jyada takleef ho rahi hai, ek thappad padega sare hosh thekane aa jayega, chupchap beth ja pechhe ja k"
                                      Then i made a call on [protected] which was printed there and let him clear was happened there. He suggested me another number them i dialled and talked to him but due to mobile battery issues call was disconnected in between.
                                      Bus comes out from una bus stand at 5pm (Shimla to nagrota surian).
                                      I request you to take an action against this otherwise i am gonna lodge fir against them.
