Sir, no timing regarding the buses which will come to bye-pas or which will go through other way .Humble request to you sir fix the equal portion of buses from both the way .So it will definetly good move for the public welfare .Otherwise buses driver go through their own choices and public will suffer by waiting buses for number of hours .Sir kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action .

I wish to draw your kind attention to the misbehaviour of a bus conductor of MOHANPUR BUS HRTC SHIMLA while I was travelling from AUCKLAND TUNNEL to CHALOUNTHI with my 12 year old younger brother. Ticket No.00150605 at 15.28.59 PM on 06/07/18.

i paid rupees 10 to the conductor he initiated the ticket of rupees 6 and did not returned the remaining balance...

Hello sir, I tried booking the tickets for delhi to McLeod ganj on 10june from hrtchp site but due to failure of transaction the ticket was not booked but the money was deducted from my acc. It’s been more than 14days And still I have not received any money or message from hrtcp plus they are no even answering the calls on helpline no.

Route no. 164, palampur delhi via sujanpur 7:00 am 1st july bus. Driver was very casual and has delayed the bus by more than 2 hours despite the fact that there was regular traffic conditions. The bus reached chandigarh 43 at 3:11 where as time is 2 pm. The. At ambala haveli tyre was repaired which was not ok since beginning. Conductor told that original bus was not available and they took nagrota depot bus. Condition of bus was also pathetic....

Route No. 164 - Palampur to Delhi Volvo via Sujanpur, Hamirpur. Bus started late and reached Chandigarh at 3:11pm. AC not working, cleanliness very bad, tv not working, then they stopped at Ambala Haveli where some tyre repair work is going on from last 30 minutes. No chance that it will reach destination on time although no abnormal traffic conditions have been witnessed till now. Pathetic - Are we paying 1296 per seat for this?...

I have to go daily from old panchkula to parwanoo for job. Today and many time earlier also bus conducter refused us to board upto parwanoo. Reason my wish. Even we offered to go as standing despite seats were vacant. Hp63a4436,.. Even it stop between sttop pinjore and kalka. But he it is my mazi. Mera name Amit kumar hai or men daily is Hamirpur depot ki bus se night ko Ghar Jata hun to ye kbhi kbhi samoorklan men Khana Khane k liye ruki hai mene phle bhi do bar complaint ki thi but koi response nhi aya so plz Iski enquiry kriye ki timing hai kya 9:35 se una se chlte hai or 9:40 pr Khana Khane run jati hai 9:15se 9:35 tk bus una pr Khdi rehta hai plz solve this issue. Sir i can't get any refund from you for the ticket cancellation. I cancel the ticket on date 8 जून 2018 and hrtc customers care said the refund of ticket cancellation is occurs on your account in 10 working days but their is no refund from you so plz help me for the refund of my charges and my ticket no is [protected]

Dehradun chandigarh chadiyar bus donot come to nahan bus stand and take diversion from do sadka to chandigrah. Already other states buses are not come to nahan bustand. This is the only bus service to reach nahan at 9:00 o'clock. But they shout "nahan nahi jaayegi" and we are helpless & have to descend at dosadka. Kindly look in to matter and instruct them to kindly follow the route and come to nahan bus stand so i can reach nahan on time....

I am babita. I am going chandigarh to nangal. They charged me rs150. Hrtc taking too much higher fare than the actual fare. Secondly he’s giving ticket of another bus. Not giving his own bus ticket. I have travelled from new delhi to shimla on 18/6/18 at 8:30 pm by hp 63a 522a in seat no 18-22. I forgot above thing in bus seat no 21when boarded out. 14 jun 18. Travelled from delhi to dharamshala with family hrtc volvo. Journey started at 7.30pm. Around 10 pm when we asked the bus staff to stop for food he told us that their superior order is to stop at mirchi restaurant which is near ambala and it will come at around 1130 pm.

Today bus no. Hp_ b 6250 simla mamlig left 2 minutes early @ 8:28 from old bus stand so i missed the bus. It can be verified by cctv in the bus and tickets as compared to previous days. I boarded another bus to reach totu at 8:48 but didn't get it. So i took a short cut, walking, and got the bus at badheri. I asked the driver why he took out the bus 2 min. Early. Today I had traveled to dharamshala from gharoh in n nurm hrtc bus... It was the worst experience I had ever have. Driver was very rude n had very bad language skills. He was misbehaving with everyone while driving.. He was in hurry Nd not stopped bus in the stoppages. This is not a complaint but a suggestion to hrtc department... As our himachal buses are almost travelling in. Many of the cities and states with allover all facilities but there is no ac or deluxe or semi deluxe to jalandhar.. I request to department of hrtc to please look out for this matter and. As. Much soon bus must be provided to jalandhar.. It would be helpful to people travelling to jalandhar and near by places... I would hope. That...

I am standing at mandi bus stand right now (2:29 am), waiting for the bus since three hours now, me with my parents, they are also at discomfort right now, this is really hopeless and harrassing, no documentation of the bus, ticket was prebooked on 2/06/2018, stuck money, waste of time and we are really helpless.
