Today me and my one friend board a bus shimla to arki at 7:10pm from old isbt shimla and asked conductor to give ane ticket of bathalang and ine totu both with green card. So he give us only ticket of rs 31 for passenger who was traveling to bathalang but he charged 39 rupees which includes 8 rupees for totu passenger... I asked him for ticket twice but he just ignored my request. I want to put into your notice that such kind of work culture is not good for hrtc. Kindly check into the matter. I know you also don't have time to read our complaints i am saying this because your response is not very good about previous complaints. But if you will take right action regarding such kind of complaints so that will be good for the betterment of your department and our hrtc which we proud for.

    I want to inform you that, extra charges taken by HRTC bus conductor. we are traveling on date 9/8/2018 timing 7.25pm bus no. is HP 28A1890 from amritsar to hoshiarpur/jalandhar Serial numbers of ticket 072880, .072886 and
    072884 taken extra charges by us from booking counter when we are asking bus conductor for our balance then he said why should I pay for ur balance ...when we talk about that with conductor they are denying to return our extra fare.kindly take strick action against them.waiting for your reply our email id mentioned below.kindly reply soon.

      Dear sir
      The services of hrtc department are for the comfort of the people. You keep on changing the bus stop but we never complained! Now if the buses ain't going to stop without any reason at the appropriate stops then that's something intolerable! First of all there are very limited buses on the shimla to junga route.. People have to go to far places and repeatedly the drivers don't stop the buses.. I don't know what ego problems they have. It's not even that they don't know that we have to go to far places and there are no other buses available before an hour! I hope you'll see through these problems faced by us daily... I really request you to change the drivers of this route they are literally very annoying.

        Hi team
        This mail is just to put your kind attention towards irresponsible behavior of hrtc service. On one hand, hrtc is gaining new heights by starting new services, giving further dependency, side by side, on other hand, a few of your staff is nullifying all your hard efforts by letting people suffer due to their negligence.
        Myself kapil nanda from kangra. I reside at nalagarh due to my job. Me, my family and friends are travelling in hrtc since many years, because we feel comfortable and safe only and only in hrtc.
        But today i had a very bad experience. My wife and our small kid had to come from kangra to nalagarh to meet me. So we choose hrtc, however there are too many other transport services on same route upto bharatgarh. So they booked a seat in hrtc, seat no. 15, ticket id 0816189, in bus from kangra to nalagarh, which departs from kangra bus stand at 08:50 am.
        They reached kangra at 8:30. When bus didn't reached kangra at 8:50 am, they and other 7 passengers asked booking counter staff about bus. Staff's reply was that bus has come and departured. When all of 8 told them forcefully that we are here since 8:30, then they told that due to some reasons bus has left kangra without entering bus stand.
        Then the booking staff adjusted them in other bus, baijnath-dehradun.
        I had to go to bharatgarh in taxi to pick them up and spend other 1500 ₹
        My concern is that, why bus didn't entered bus stand when there were seats booked already?
        Why booking staff lied at first?
        How would a lady with 2 bags and a 2 year kid manage in this situation?
        What if an elder person was also in the list?
        So its my humble request to look into the matter and investigate why this situation took place.
        Please treat this complaint as a feedback instead of complaint so that you can make your services better the way forward because we love hrtc.
        My mottive is fact finding rather than fault finding.
        Please revert with action taken so that no such incident occurs in future.

        A month has passed and neither any reply nor any resolution to avoid such circumstances in future.
        Really disappointed by this behaviour of HRTC.
        I thought that only booking staff and Bus assistants were irresponsible. But the fact is that all of you are sailing in the same mistake.
        It was actually my fault that I approached you guys before putting my point against you in consumer court.
        All d best guys.

          Im inform you i have travel to hrtc bus nahan depo & bus no is (Hp 18b 4695) in panchkula majri chowk to naraingrh in date of 04/08/2018. Im giving a conductor in 50 rupees and my ticket price is 46 rupees cunductor have not refund my extra balance. I told him to cunductor plz refund my balance when cunductor told me you have give me 1 rupees then give you your 4 rupees. My humble request to you plz take action again to cunductor.             I was visit chandigarh to sujanpur on[protected] on hrtc bus noyda to palmpur. They stay in a dhaba which name is radhika dhaba. The qulity of food and tea is zero a senior citizen talk about that they abouse the coustomer and infacts threaten. I face the particular thing in that place.
            This is a kindly requst to you please change this place where the buses stay for dinner or other things.

              Sir, i m student of DU Aniket Thakur. On 18 july i online booked seats no. 23 & 24 in hrtc service no. 905 (Mcleodganz to delhi isbt kangra) the departure time was 9:00pm. We from our home sihunta came at 6:30pm and in counter 6 kangra waiting but bus didn't came in counter. And when we called to conductor he abusely said the bus has gone. And he said to my father that u r drunk.. Sir i belong to a poor family and he insulted our repo. And the RM Darmshala also said that he could not do anything. Just manage money from anywhere and go in next bus. But sir we tried to manage money but we couldn't and i m still here in my home. I didn't attend my class. Today i m going in haryana roadway bus. Sir, in the beginning we were not so disappointed but the behaviour of conductor and RM was soooo bad that it made my mood not to book online again. And most bad thing was both the conductor and RM said that do complain even to minister and C. M. what they waana to show? Sir we are not mental so we booked online for our comfort and didn't go. At 8:50 i also went to hrtc counter kangra and asked when the bus will come he said due to rain it will come late.
              Sir atlast i want to say this is a mistake and can be forgiven but the behaviour was not like a employee infact not like a human. I m complainting with a hope please do it and refund our money. And give them punishment for their language.

                Hello sir I'm Koshika form bathri and i have complaint about hrtc bus they don't stop at my place due to this i wasn't able to give my exam on time and i have complained so many times but they still don't do anything about it i have called so many times last time when i called rto office i was explaining my situation and he said wait another bus will come soon while i was explaining them and they ended call this is our system what we girls gonna do if we are in problems and bus driver won't stop tell me why they don't stop bus please sir i want my answer do something take action against them

                  I wish to draw your kind attention to the misbehaviour of a bus conductor of MOHANPUR BUS HRTC SHIMLA while I was travelling from AUCKLAND TUNNEL to CHALOUNTHI with my 12 year old younger brother. Ticket No.00150605 at 15.28.59 PM on 06/07/18.

                  i paid rupees 10 to the conductor he initiated the ticket of rupees 6 and did not returned the remaining balance of rs. 4 back to me. on asking the remaining balance he started misbehaving with me and started saying "' CHAL CHAL NIKAL".
                  Being a girl it's very humiliating and embarrassing to listen such words from someone.

                  I, therefore, request you to take a stern action against the conduc­tor. I may also be informed about it. I hope you people will take a serious action regarding this asap because protecting a girls dignity and respect is your duty.

                    refund of money

                    Hello sir, I tried booking the tickets for delhi to McLeod ganj on 10june from hrtchp site but due to failure of transaction the ticket was not booked but the money was deducted from my acc. It’s been more than 14days And still I have not received any money or message from hrtcp plus they are no even answering the calls on helpline no.

                    Route no. 164, palampur delhi via sujanpur 7:00 am 1st july bus. Driver was very casual and has delayed the bus by more than 2 hours despite the fact that there was regular traffic conditions. The bus reached chandigarh 43 at 3:11 where as time is 2 pm. The. At ambala haveli tyre was repaired which was not ok since beginning. Conductor told that original bus was not available and they took nagrota depot bus. Condition of bus was also pathetic. Why passengers should pay higj fare for such a delayed and pathetic service?

                    At dharamsala we asket at ticket counter to give ticket to bhuntar as we were going to manikaran but one ticket they gave was to manali and other two were to kullu while the route for kullu to manikaran is too different from dharamsala . It was totally mislead and wastage of money which was taken from us by totally deliberately...

                      Route No. 164 - Palampur to Delhi Volvo via Sujanpur, Hamirpur. Bus started late and reached Chandigarh at 3:11pm. AC not working, cleanliness very bad, tv not working, then they stopped at Ambala Haveli where some tyre repair work is going on from last 30 minutes. No chance that it will reach destination on time although no abnormal traffic conditions have been witnessed till now. Pathetic - Are we paying 1296 per seat for this?

                          Sir we are daily passenger from raja ka talab to pathankot bus stand. But we are facing the regular problem govt buses not coming as per schedlue. Half to 1 hrs delay on daily basis. So please provide the bus in right time at 3.30am at raja ka talab.

                              Dehradun chandigarh chadiyar bus donot come to nahan bus stand and take diversion from do sadka to chandigrah. Already other states buses are not come to nahan bustand. This is the only bus service to reach nahan at 9:00 o'clock. But they shout "nahan nahi jaayegi" and we are helpless & have to descend at dosadka. Kindly look in to matter and instruct them to kindly follow the route and come to nahan bus stand so i can reach nahan on time.

                                I am babita. I am going chandigarh to nangal. They charged me rs150. Hrtc taking too much higher fare than the actual fare. Secondly he’s giving ticket of another bus. Not giving his own bus ticket. I am having ticket and if you are not taking any action. I am going to viral this issue. This is wrong. Bus no :hp-64-6705 which is printing on ticket. Bus no 6039 in which i am sitting.

                                  I have travelled from new delhi to shimla on 18/6/18 at 8:30 pm by hp 63a 522a in seat no 18-22. I forgot above thing in bus seat no 21when boarded out. Again when i come to realize i found bus was there i knocked the door which was closed inside but driver didn't open the door. They told me you will get in lost and found department. But didn't not get. I am still in shimla what can i do? Pls help me. [protected]

                                    I have tried to book ticket from delhi to palampur on frifday night @ approx 10.25 pm (2 tickets) for the morning bus of 7.30 am (Tata ac), i have tried 3 times, however; all times i have got massage that "your transaction is failed and try after some time" and next morning i have received call from conductor that your tickets are booked and my number is in his voucher. (I also have call recording of conductor, if you want to check)

                                    I have not even received single message from hrtc for ticket booking.

                                    Every time my payment deduct from my different accounts.

                                    Request you to please reverse my payment as it's wrongly deducted..
