This mail is just to put your kind attention towards irresponsible behavior of hrtc service. On one hand, hrtc is gaining new heights by starting new services, giving further dependency, side by side, on other hand, a few of your staff is nullifying all your hard efforts by letting people suffer due to their negligence.
Myself kapil nanda from kangra. I reside at nalagarh due to my job. Me, my family and friends are travelling in hrtc since many years, because we feel comfortable and safe only and only in hrtc.
But today i had a very bad experience. My wife and our small kid had to come from kangra to nalagarh to meet me. So we choose hrtc, however there are too many other transport services on same route upto bharatgarh. So they booked a seat in hrtc, seat no. 15, ticket id 0816189, in bus from kangra to nalagarh, which departs from kangra bus stand at 08:50 am.
They reached kangra at 8:30. When bus didn't reached kangra at 8:50 am, they and other 7 passengers asked booking counter staff about bus. Staff's reply was that bus has come and departured. When all of 8 told them forcefully that we are here since 8:30, then they told that due to some reasons bus has left kangra without entering bus stand.
Then the booking staff adjusted them in other bus, baijnath-dehradun.
I had to go to bharatgarh in taxi to pick them up and spend other 1500 ₹
My concern is that, why bus didn't entered bus stand when there were seats booked already?
Why booking staff lied at first?
How would a lady with 2 bags and a 2 year kid manage in this situation?
What if an elder person was also in the list?
So its my humble request to look into the matter and investigate why this situation took place.
Please treat this complaint as a feedback instead of complaint so that you can make your services better the way forward because we love hrtc.
My mottive is fact finding rather than fault finding.
Please revert with action taken so that no such incident occurs in future.

Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Really disappointed by this behaviour of HRTC.
I thought that only booking staff and Bus assistants were irresponsible. But the fact is that all of you are sailing in the same mistake.
It was actually my fault that I approached you guys before putting my point against you in consumer court.
