This is to bring to ur notice that we are regular users of hrtc and board the delhi-manikaran bus from sabzi mandi chowk almost daily due to our job at jari. But today the bus came half an hour late at 9:10 instead of the usual time of 8:40. Ok... That is fine... But to our astonishment the driver didn't stop the bus, despite our signal. This is not done. I want an explanation from the driver for this. We were late for the duty due to this stupid driver. He is at no power to not to stop the bus for public. N because of this we have to suffer.

Updated by Annika Uppal The delhi manikaran bus which crosses the sabzi mandi chowk at bhuntar at 8:40 am reached here at 9:10 am. Although it was half an hour late we waited for the bus... But when we signalled the bus to stop, the driver ignored and didn't stop. I want the driver on duty to explain the reason for this act of his and also the concerned officers to take action against him so that this is not repeated in future with any other person. The bus no was hp31a 8869 bilaspur depot. The bus had many vacant seats. This attitude of driver is not acceptable. He is no authority of the bus. Hrtc is for public and the driver is on job to carry the passengers and not to move the vacant bus to and fro. Kindly get the driver concerned to explain his status. Thanks.

R/ sir here with inform you that on date 20/05/2018 i have book my seat in hrtc chamba ac deluxe bus from pathankot... But when the bus come the driver does not stop the bus... At evening time i also ask to enquire department chamba but they are not given me conductor no. For this happening i m not attend the today duty... I am the regular consumer of hrtc from last 20 years. But i am very much disappointed about the volvo timing of hrtc. The volvo bus which starts from 10:45 am from manali to chandigarh (Service no. 30) suppose to come at 3:00pm at sundernagar bus stand. But it is not coming on time. Usually it reaches from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

Plz follow the time schedule & save the public previous time.

Our hrtc ac volvo bus broke down many time before it came to halt in midway. After that 3 hrs were wasted in making unssuccessfull attempt to make the bus operational. After waiting for 1 hr, an ordinary bus came to drop us at bilaspur. Then 1 more hour wasted to wait for another ordinary bus which dropped us at manali at 5 pm. The attitude of bus driver and conductor were damm rude and arrogant. They were very lame in their approach to resolve the issue. They stopped at many points for their lunch and snacks even after knowing that we were way behind the schedule. I booked for ac volvo and got ordinary bus. Our whole plan got busted and 1 day has been completely spoiled. I need full refund of my bus ticket.

I am traveling from Delhi to sujanpur and during the course of my journey, conductor was publicaly abusing with a fellow passenger. There were children and women inside the bus. It felt very awkward and shameful for me as a woman

I was also one of the passenger travelling in the same bus. the driver misbehaved so much and didn't listen to any of the passengers. The bus stopped for so many times. And the point came when the bus finally broke down. All passengers were in trouble due to the foolishness of that driver. We got a delay of approx 6 hours. We had to reach manali before 11 am. And we reached there in the evening by 5 pm. whole travel mood got spoild. i paid for Ac volvo bus that costed me 1501 for one ticket. And if in return if you get ordinary bus. The passengers should be given refund. I need my full refund of the bus ticket. Otherwise i will take severe action against this. Attaching the photo of the bus with the number plate.

Today i am traveling a bus no hp 37d 1196 on dated 27/04/2018.
Whose bus conductor and driver has picking passenger of local without giving any tickets. Bus was already full of passengers from delhi to palampur.

Is this allowed to filling up local passenger of punjab and haryana in buses to make life of all passengers in risk.
Kindly take suitable action those staff who can do such type of nuisance activities to fill up his own pockets

Bus timing in chandigarh 10:36pm to reach from delhi route via delhi, nadaun, jeehan, bara, sujanpur tihra, panchrukhi, jaalag, jaisinghpur

Today on dated 21/04/18 time 8:37 am i travelled in hrtc bus no. Hp12 d 8171 just 1 km from baddi toward sai road and give rs 5/- and no ticket issued to me when i asked for ticket conductor firstly refused to me when i asked again then he give me a ticket of distance 6 km which not fare and for other traveler from baddi no ticket issued by him. This is happening daily & no ticket checker on this route dear sir please do the needful.

Sir i'm working in govt service at mandi since last 7 months there is no direct service from mator to mandi in early hours4-5 am. I usually go to mandi after vacation and found no bus stops at mator chowk because these buses came from delhi to baijnath. For this i 've to reach kangra by taxi to catch these buses. So u 're requested to solve this problem thank you.

This is to inform you that, due to very poor bus service from una to nalagarg baddi, passengers are suffering on daily basis, they have to wait minimum one hour for bus service, as we all know that nalagarh baddi is a industrial area & lots of people are travelling to nalagarh baddi from una location. This is a very serious issue, kindly resolve it.

I am a traveller and used to travel to chandigarh from kangra almost after every month or 15 days. Today i am traveling in hrtc bus route number 912. There is a stoppage at nehrian for tea break. I think it is a certified stoppage for hrtc buses. But here i purchased a soft drink bottle of mrp rs 35 but they charged me for rs 45. Why, i am asking this question to government because i am a tax payer and paying tax for my income as well as everything that i purchased from market why should i pay extra rs 10 for this bottle? Is there any different tax system for this dhaba?. Same story for all hrtc stoppage point. So please take care of it. And i hope next time i do not need to pay more than mrp. Jai hind.

While traveling on apr 8 2018 at route bilaspur to katra. I booked seat no. 19, bus no. Hp 69a 1464 from bilaspur to jammu. During traveling in bus after (Mid midnight) near pathankot at around 1:30am while i was sleeping in bus at my seat suddenly water came inside, i was shocked all my cloths were wetted. I saw it was raining out side and rain water was flowing inside even all windows were closed. Passengers behind me were also standing due to water coming at their seats also. Since all seats were occupied we traveled our rest of journey to jammu by sitting on wetted seats and intermittently standing.

I am a traveller of bus no. Hp 63 5854, manali - delhi, dated: 1 st april 2018 (3pm bus from manali).
The bus was stopped at plaza food corner near bilaspur by the bus driver at around 9:50 pm.
The food plaza runs monopoly and offers only buffet of 180 inr/head... No ala carte available. On being asked to the driver and the conductor to stop else, was simply refused saying it's late.
The hotel owner taunted saying "you're bengalis isliye apka zyada dimaag chal raha hai.. Baki logo ki tarah chupchap nahi kha sakte".
My point is why such monopoly? And why such mis behaviour?
Now my family will have to go empty stomach.. There are no restaurants around. Only tuck shops.
Can anyone help?

I'm a regular volvo passenger of hrtc. I regret to inform you that the condition of volvo bus we traveled yesterday was very poor. The seats were not appropriate, they were dirty. When we asked for the same the conductor did not bear the responsibility. He said his work was not of that category. You could file the complaint online. Please improve it as soon as possible. I was travelling in hrtc delhi to hamirpur on 25th march by the 9.20 pm bus and my laptop was stollen. I was sleeping midway andd reached hamirpur in the morning around 6 am. The laptop was in my bag in the upper stand where people keep their bags and when i didnt realise when someone took it away. Please give me the necessary details about it as soon as possible. Or make an enquiry about that in the bus.

Today (25mar 2018) myself rohit travelling in hrtc bus no hp 37e 8657 from new delhi to baijnath. So during traveling i want to go for urine and i requested bus driver to stop the bus in empty place where i can go for urine but the way driver replied was pathetic, i was shooked that how he was replied and denied me that we were not going to stop the bus inbetween then they didn’t stopped the bus.

Today (25mar 2018) myself rohit travelling in hrtc bus no HP 37e 8657 from new delhi to baijnath. So during traveling i want to go for URINE and I requested bus driver to stop the bus in empty place where i can go for urine but the way driver replied was pathetic, i was shooked that how he was replied and denied me that we were not going to stop the bus inbetween then they didn’t stopped the bus.
Behaveour was very bad and i want you take a necassary action regarding this matter.

Today on 21.03.2018 i needed bus (Volvo himsuta amritsar-dharamshala) from batala to dharamshala, i have called 2-3 times in the morning time in inquiry department for getting the conductor's ph number for having a seat booked for me for my journey but he doesn't gave me any no. At last moment 5 pm he gave me no and when i called the conductor the whole bus was booked and one shocking answer i got from conductor that bus will not go from batala bus stand it'll be going directly from bypass. Now it is strange that how a long root bus is not coming to the main bus stand as if in case there was a seat how could a person reach to the bus. This is a very irresponsible behaviour from these two staff members. I'm very imberrased from it. I hope a strict action against these two persons.

Bus from ponta sahib to dehradun (Una depot) scheduled at 8 pm in 13th march 2018, departed before scheduled time. We passengers are waiting here from 7:55 pm. We need to catch another bus at 10:00 pm.
Poanta bus depot manager is not taking the responsibility of this.
Please look into this irresponsibility. Looking forward for your kind action and support.

Today i am travelling talwara to chandigarh in hrtc bus no hp 72 a5153 in 7:10 from talwara the conversation between me and bus conductor that u have to take ticket from talwara to una than we transferred you to chandigarh... U can take ticket from una... But at una due to some staff passengers they throw me out the bus... And treat me badly...

The staff o[censored]na bus stand is all over drinked i feel that time... And there is no conversation skill... How to deal with passengers

Hello There,
I really would like to raise a complaint related the washroom availability at Una bus stand. I travelled from Hamirpur to Delhi Via govt. I used the public toilets available there. They charged me 5 rupees to use the washroom but the moment I entered the washroom, the conditions were like ### at all place. Its so embarrassing to see the condition even after paying to use a needy place. Our HP government must think about these major issue’s which can actually cause so many diseases specially to ladies.
