I would like to make a complaint against the driver of the Hrtc bus no. HP 63B 3289 going to malayana route at 2:45 arriving chotta shimla where the incident happened, where the bus driver did not behaved well with the passenger and was very rude to the senior citizen to get off the bus and did not opened the bus door for the other two passengers having much space for them to travel to malayana .
i want strict action to be taken against the bus driver always behaving in such manner and mistreating the passengers like this senior citizen .

I'm from chowari and I'm disabled person. On 23 April 2023 i booked my bus from chamba depot from chowari to shimla. Conductor name avinash use abusive language with me and my daughter and refuse to give me my seat and he gave my seat to some another person and told me to get out of bus or Without seat travel even he has knowledge I'm disable i. Showed him my disability card even but he refuse to give me seat

Pathankot to haridwar buses conductor refused passenger kyu ki unko private walo se paise mil gye hai . Swari sari wahi khadi hai . Jinka sarkari salary se pet ni bhara wo private walo se paise le k bhar jayega. Timing 2.52 pm talwara busstand. Date 23/4/23

20 April 10:30 Baijnath to Pathankot bus me Contuctor ka behaviour pessangers ke sath acha nhi tha . Beech rasty me kafi pessangers ke sath Conductor ne behass ki or Maina ticket li thi Kangra ki merko lga Kangra bus stand mai jaygi bus but bus busstand me ni gyi esliye me bus m hi reh gy to beech rasty me mko pta lga ki mai to aage aagy . Mko Hoshiarpur jana tha Uske bad conductor se Maina pucha ki Hoshiarpur ke liy bus kehn se milegi to conductor rudely bolna lga ki ab Pathankot ja or unhone fir meraa 200 rs mange fir Maina 200 rs de bhi diy usk bad Maina conductor se ticket mangi to usne ticket dena se mnha ki fir kisi or ki ticket li or merko de di uss ticket ka price tha 293 and jo Maina Baijnath to Kangra li thi uska price tha 107 At the end conductor ne extra paisa liy mera sa . vahin ek or pessanger th uske 200 rs wapis nahi kiya hn abhi tk issi conductor ne or ye poori ghatna kl ki hi hai so please take any action against him.

I travelled to delhi from solan .we stoped for around 2:30pm after driver and conducted told us that bus a/c was not working properly conductor asked us coprate with them.driver and conductor did their best but they failed to repair that a/c after 3hour another volvo came to pick up us which is already going to delhi. today same incident took place i was coming back to solan from delhi today also a/c was not working in chandigarh driver and conductor repaired that volvo a/c .i[censored] guys are charging good sum of amount than its urs reponsibilty to check that all things are properly working or not u should provide backup plan to driver and conductor a back up plan so that they will not suffer and passanger also not suffer although bus lunch timming also not correct which came from shimla to delhi hope u guys will take action soon.

I was traveling from Shimla to Chandigarh via Himsuta volvo on 14 April 23 at 1345.
As per normal procedure when I asked driver to open storage area of bus so that i keep my luggage, he denied from doing so.
And when I asked him why, he started shouting on me and said ek bar jo kaha jae sun lo.
When I asked for complaint register he denied from having any such register. Completely unprofessional behaviour
Please teach your employees how to behave with customers. Pathetic behaviour after paying so much fare.

Your bus no. Hp 53 a 1872 Chandigarh to joginder Nagar dated 14.04.2023. time 4.50 am Driver is very non sence he charged extra fare of one clutch plate. Sending Chandigarh to una he charged 500. Without ticket or without conductor permission. And speaking with very nonsence way. We say kindly take one ticket amount he started abusing. Kindly check the camara of Chandigarh 43 bus stop outing gate. And take strictly action against the driver. Other wise i complite it to deputy CM agnihotri Sir.

I was booking a bus ticket though hrtc online site, i used paytm gateway for the payment but once payment was done i didn't got any confirmation message or email. I waited but when i checked it's status it was failed. I didn't got any refund. Please resolve this issue.

The conductors of HRTC buses behave very rudely. If we approach them regarding some query, they just straight up ignore the question. They don't feel any need to answer the worried passenger. Or if they will answer, then that answer is so rude and mean. This is not the type of behaviour we passengers deserve.

There are no buses available from Chandigarh to Una. All the long route buses to Kangra or Palampur just straight up refuse to give tickets to Una passengers. And there are no or next to none buses to Una as final destination. I face a lot of inconvenience each and every time. Please look into this matter as I am very much frustrated and tired of this each and every time.

Today I took the bus of DEHRA DEPOT from Nagrota at 02:50 P.M. The bus route was from Chandigarh to Jogindernagar.

I have to travel a very less distance locally only. I told the conductor the same. then the bus started moving and as soon as I reached my stop, I asked the conductor to stop the bus.

But the conductor acted like he is deaf and can not listen . I then shouted to stop but then he also didn't listened. And everyone else heard my voice in the bus cabin except the conductor.

And later on after a KILOMETRE or Two the bus stopped and there I stepped down from the bus.

Then I have to walk 1000metres or more in the red sunny day to reach my destination..

This behavior of the conductor shocked me and angrily I am registering this complaint against the Conductor of the route CHANDIGARH to JOGINDERNAGAR bus of DEHRA Depot .

1. RM and adda incharge threaten to kill in dated[protected] time 01:55PM.
2.I asked a properly time and rout. But It was told by him that we have not taken the contract of the people, whoever has to do what he wants to do, we are also afraid of someone.
3.RM and Adda incharge say that, we have not taken the contract of the people while despite the counter being empty, the bus is filled with people outside the counter and people complain that we do not have any empty counter to put the bus, due to which people
are being hired.
4.That person are rudely behaviour threaten to kill.

5. Please also explain the method of talking to your HRTC Department. Today, indecent language was used by the bus conductor, rout DHARAMPUR Via RIYUR-BROATI-MANDAP-BRANG-SARKAGHAT BUS NO. HP28A 7510 BUS ROUT TIME 02:00PM which seems to have consumed drugs.

When I went to HRTC Pathankot depot to inquire about HRTC bus timings, the man sitting at the counter behaved very badly. He is a very arrogant employee, he does not have the manners to talk at all. I don't know his name but his duty was on 4th April 23rd at 2:30PM. Quick action should be taken against that man. Thank you

I just want to complaint about abusive behaviour of conductor on HRTC bus service Nahan to Tihra Route. I board the bus from a small village Gujjarhatti and he took me the ticket of 9 rupees from Gujjarhatti to Swarghat but he charged 100 rupees from me when i argued about the balance he dropped me out the bus at Swarghat and didn't returned the money . I just want to tell you that it's not about money it's about unprofessional behaviour of HRTC conductor. Kindly look into this matter and do inquire about the conductor. This kind of behaviour we don't expect from a government servent.

All himdhara bus have issue regarding charging port issue .basic route from sarkgaht to delhi port jack damaged not reparied even after sevreap time.

Dear sir,

I am customer of HRTC and daily commute my office pandoh to shamshi by HRTC buses.Today on dated 26-03-23 one incident happened while travelling with your vehicle number HP-12-9749// NALAGARH DEPOT . Bus conductor gave me ticket of rs 70/- and told me that he is not having change provide rs 70/- only and I had also not having change. He did not find solutions also doing arguments with me and after that I was tired with him and finally I made call at home to my brother ask him come with rs 70/- to my destination pandoh and paid to conductor.

During this journey this was worst experience of HRTC in my life bus conductor harassed and embraced me either to find solutions. He can get or refund money digitally and after that adjust cash either take change other bus conductor on the way during 43 kms.

Please take necessary action against him or guide him for future, so that reduce incident of passengers inconvenience

Bus boarding at 9 pm at hamirpur (hp) bus stand.after that no stoppage provided for us . Because of this I was not able to use washroom and I got periods and I'm completely blood stained and having abdominal pain.i talked about this with conductor but they misbehaved with me.

Im for village khari post office tharola tehsil kotlhai .i want to say that today the bus conductor abused me and misbehave with me so kindely take some action.

I have booked a ticket online from Dharamshala from Dehradun on 12.03.2023 to journey date 15.03.2023 abf amount paid via upi id[protected] but the ticket was not sent on phone or email so when I checked for ticket status it was failed but my money for the booking is paid. So I need my refund asap.
