There are no buses available from Chandigarh to Una. All the long route buses to Kangra or Palampur just straight up refuse to give tickets to Una passengers. And there are no or next to none buses to Una as final destination. I face a lot of inconvenience each and every time. Please look into this matter as I am very much frustrated and tired of this each and every time.

Today I took the bus of DEHRA DEPOT from Nagrota at 02:50 P.M. The bus route was from Chandigarh to Jogindernagar.

I have to travel a very less distance locally only. I told the conductor the same. then the bus started moving and as soon as I reached my stop, I asked the conductor to stop the bus.

But the conductor acted like he is deaf and can not listen . I then shouted to stop but then he also didn't listened. And everyone else heard my voice in the bus cabin except the conductor.

And later on after a KILOMETRE or Two the bus stopped and there I stepped down from the bus.

Then I have to walk 1000metres or more in the red sunny day to reach my destination..

This behavior of the conductor shocked me and angrily I am registering this complaint against the Conductor of the route CHANDIGARH to JOGINDERNAGAR bus of DEHRA Depot .

1. RM and adda incharge threaten to kill in dated[protected] time 01:55PM.
2.I asked a properly time and rout. But It was told by him that we have not taken the contract of the people, whoever has to do what he wants to do, we are also afraid of someone.
3.RM and Adda incharge say that, we have not taken the contract of the people while despite the counter being empty, the bus is filled with people outside the counter and people complain that we do not have any empty counter to put the bus, due to which people
are being hired.
4.That person are rudely behaviour threaten to kill.

5. Please also explain the method of talking to your HRTC Department. Today, indecent language was used by the bus conductor, rout DHARAMPUR Via RIYUR-BROATI-MANDAP-BRANG-SARKAGHAT BUS NO. HP28A 7510 BUS ROUT TIME 02:00PM which seems to have consumed drugs.

When I went to HRTC Pathankot depot to inquire about HRTC bus timings, the man sitting at the counter behaved very badly. He is a very arrogant employee, he does not have the manners to talk at all. I don't know his name but his duty was on 4th April 23rd at 2:30PM. Quick action should be taken against that man. Thank you

I just want to complaint about abusive behaviour of conductor on HRTC bus service Nahan to Tihra Route. I board the bus from a small village Gujjarhatti and he took me the ticket of 9 rupees from Gujjarhatti to Swarghat but he charged 100 rupees from me when i argued about the balance he dropped me out the bus at Swarghat and didn't returned the money . I just want to tell you that it's not about money it's about unprofessional behaviour of HRTC conductor. Kindly look into this matter and do inquire about the conductor. This kind of behaviour we don't expect from a government servent.

All himdhara bus have issue regarding charging port issue .basic route from sarkgaht to delhi port jack damaged not reparied even after sevreap time.

I am customer of HRTC and daily commute my office pandoh to shamshi by HRTC buses.Today on dated 26-03-23 one incident happened while travelling with your vehicle number HP-12-9749// NALAGARH DEPOT . Bus conductor gave me ticket of rs 70/- and told me that he is not having change provide rs 70/- only and I had also not having change. He did not find solutions also doing arguments with me and after that I was tired with him and finally I made call at home to my brother ask him come with rs 70/- to my destination pandoh and paid to conductor.

During this journey this was worst experience of HRTC in my life bus conductor harassed and embraced me either to find solutions. He can get or refund money digitally and after that adjust cash either take change other bus conductor on the way during 43 kms.

Please take necessary action against him or guide him for future, so that reduce incident of passengers inconvenience

Bus boarding at 9 pm at hamirpur (hp) bus stand.after that no stoppage provided for us . Because of this I was not able to use washroom and I got periods and I'm completely blood stained and having abdominal pain.i talked about this with conductor but they misbehaved with me.

Im for village khari post office tharola tehsil kotlhai .i want to say that today the bus conductor abused me and misbehave with me so kindely take some action.

I have booked a ticket online from Dharamshala from Dehradun on 12.03.2023 to journey date 15.03.2023 abf amount paid via upi id[protected] but the ticket was not sent on phone or email so when I checked for ticket status it was failed but my money for the booking is paid. So I need my refund asap....

I was traveling Manali to Mandi to trying to reach my destination at Dharamshala, upon asking the counter at around 5:30pm on March 11, 2023. I asked the counter for buses, the employee on the counter refused to guide me by saying he had no idea, at 6pm I saw a Volvo headed to Dharamshala, I went to the counter and asked to get a booking, as directed by the Volvo's conductor, the counter not only refused to give a booking, but also told me to get the conductor of the Volvo to talk to him, upon this, I asked him was it necessary to which he refuses to answer, finally I was forced to not board the bus, because of the counter's action, it was night and I could not travel,
I deeply request to please see into the matter as I'm a local and I could stay there easily but tourists are not as lucky in these matters as me.
Due to this behavior people stopped going to the counter itself, there were females traveling with me and it could've been even worse, if I wasn't with them.

I have cancelled two tickets from Delhi to Palampur on 1st February 2023 and still didn't got the refund. I have attached the cancellation acknowledgement.

I have been travelling to Baddi in a HRTC transportation from Chandigarh to Nalagarh via siswan. Bus no. HP 12N 6944.
On giving my bus fare, conductor gave me balance in form of split note of 100 and when I asked him to exchange the note he said I don't have other notes to exchange with despite of the fact he is having so many notes in his hands visible to me.
It's my right to have an exchanged note when available to conductor but inspite of having so many notes he didn't exchange and misbehaved by saying*chal jaega ye*.

I am regularly traveling in hrtc bus from new Shimla sector 2 to lift shimla as I reside in new Shimla and i work in a shop at lower bazar . I have a complaint to raise against a conductor in hrtc bus no.HP636751, he regularly refusing to give my balance and if someone try to talk he ignores and get to the other side of the bus so that someone can't talk about the balance .I am facing this issue from quite a long time so today I am raising a complaint I hope somebody should resolve this matter with the citizens.

I had taken ticket from baddi to una on 26/02/2023. The bus conductor gave me a ticket of ₹ 119 after deducting it, so I gave him ₹ 500.At that time the bus conductor did not refund my remaining money to me and did not write anywhere on the ticket.The conductor of the bus changed after coming to Nalagarh.But I did not have any information about this that the conductor of the bus would change after coming to Nalagarh.A little ahead of Nalagarh, when the new conductor asked me to show the ticket, I showed him the ticket and then asked for my remaining money back.But he refused saying that neither it is written anywhere on the ticket nor I know about it, so I did not get my remaining money back.I am attaching the photo of my ticket with this complaint to ensure that whatever is written in it is true.

I have booked ticked from delhi to hamirpur on 23rd feb but amount debited from my account but seat status got failed i called your team they told me book again as previous amount will be refunded to your account. I again booked same seat 17 again paid the the amount and booked the seat.

Myself Sunil Kumar took HRCTC Volvo bus
From Delhi to Zirakpur Punjab ( Bus No. HP63C 1924) dated 24/02/2022 in morning at about 10:00 AM, I don't know the Driver's name. But his behavior was very bad. He commented bad remarks on me whole the journey. Please give training to your staff, how to deal with passengers. People's like this driver malign the image of state and country. I strongly complaining about him. Please take necessary action in this matter.

Dear hrtc team
As i was trevelling in bus of chamba depot. Travelling from baddi to basal, basal is 10 km far from una and conductor refused to drop me at my station at basal. Bus no. Hp 73 A 5208
Travelling from baddi on dated 21.02.2023.
Bus stopped 10 stations from nalagarah to bharatgarh.
Just write my complaint as there is no station ahead from una to pathankot.
I have filed a complaint on una bus stand.
Just take legal action otherwise i will register complaint with cm account.

The bus(HP 68 4069) from Dharamshala to Delhi.
The bus didn't dropped the passengers on the right bus stop ie. Karnal bypass, Delhi bus told the passengers to deboard below Mukarba Chowk flyover. Even though the bus passed from Karnal bypass .They didn't go on the assigned route. The driver and conductor told the passengers that they only know the route at which they dropped the passengers. There were 6 passengers who deboarded the bus.

InWe travel in 5208 hrtc volvo route is chandigarh nalagarh badii chamba today date 19/02/2023 but yours bus conductor and driver can not provide any AC service so suffocation in bus but they ignore all things and isten only songs and drive bus no care about pasangers in bus very bad experience
