Dear hrtc
I wish to say that I have been traveling since from last 6 month on the chandigarh Delhi route. The stoppage of buses for some refreshments at mayur dhaba is not good.they have high cost stuff and without any taste..for example..they are selling tea at 20rs..just h hot water cup..50rs coffee...50rs sweet corn cup of 50gm which is useless..burger 60rs just with one slice of tomato cucumber tikki and one onion and nothing else which also not a fresh one.
Parantha at 100rs with achaar..and 250rs for thali.(itne me to 3 time ka khana ho jata h..chaaye le aa beta tu.. one of traveling Amma said that)...so I am complaining because I have seen maximum people specially standing outside the dhaba and discussing about the cost and taste..they are just satisfying there hunger with cup of tea. So I request my favourite hrtc team to do some needful on this.

    1st of all the bus came in Gujjarhatti bus stand and then the driver just didn't let me in even after stopping the bus on bus stand. The timing of bus was 11:30 at Gujjarhatti bus stand and it arrived at 11:42. The route of bus was Bilaspur Baddi via Guwarvin, Nalagarh. Please do resolve this problem because of them people are suffering .

        Today morning i was going to mandi to give test i took bus from ladruhi to mandi in palampur to shimla bus and bus depot was Hp37 The bus leaves from Joginder Nagar in the morning at 6 45 and ahead of joginder nagar bus broke down near ghatasani and from there i had to take private bus because my test It was 10 o'clock and I had to be late and I was not refunded by the conductor the fare which was to be deducted and I want a refund I have the photo of the ticket and the bus please refund my half money

            I boarded the HRTC bus no HP72B 6552 Shimla-Baddi-Una from Shimla to Kumarhatti on13:45 and took a ticket on 13:49:32 for Rs.128.I sat on seat no.4 but since it was uncomfortable hence I shifted to seat no.4. But, the conductor of the bus started shouting from behind that how I dare to sit on this seat. When I asked the reason he said that it is his wish to sit there but I reminded him that conductor has specified seat. On hearing this he started speaking in non-sense way and told me that I should not open my mouth. I simply told him to be codial with passengers so that our beloved HRTC flourishes but he said Iam nobody to teach him even if HRTC drown.
            My only question is that shoul I board HRTC bus in future or not

              Sir,
              It is a respectful request that today, on 7th December, Himachal Road Transport Corporation's Dharamshala depot bus number HP 68, 6292 did not stop at Ghaghas bus stop in Bilaspur despite the seats being vacant. The bus route is Shimla to Dharamshala via Mandi. There were 10 passengers standing at the bus stop, out of which 4 were women. When the bus left Ghaghas, a private bus was also standing at that time, the driver of the government bus went out smiling looking at the driver of the private bus.
              You are requested to take appropriate action against the driver and conductor of the bus.

                Respected sir, Iam Ankit Kashyap from lower khalini janjhidi near fauji shop .Here the taxi provided by the government namely ride with pride .The taxi driver namely Jitender from mandi is not doing his Job properly, as he is always late for his duty hours and also make excuses of tyre puncture and ask us to take other convience .This excuse is always there within a month mostly twice a week .So it is a humble request kindly change the driver and do fix the timings as he is not punctual with timings, due to which every single person waiting for taxi gets late .kindly resolve the issue at its earliest ...with regards ANKIT KASHYAP

                  We booked bus ticket via red bus for himsuta 8.55 am Ac scania from 43 sector till Manali. Our journey was waste of money. We were transferred from one himsuta to another in Mandi. And then we were again told to go by Ordinary bus and did not drop us from our booked Himsuta seats. The conductor did not even refund our money since we paid good amount of professional travel and exact drop. We had to travel via ordinary bus where our luggage was not even sage. We want our money back because this is not the worth of money which got wasted in such a travel where we had to comfort and convenience. We had to make ourselves safe and drop our selves by taking buses. They just told us and left us at the Mandi bus drop and did not really expect this service. The conductor also did not give us water bottles and vomiting bags.

                    I am daily coming from village Saloh to Una Court where I am working. HRTC Bus starts from Panjawar 7 a.m. to Kalka Baddi via Una and in Una it reaches 8 a.m. Some students of ITI and college boarded in the bus on the route and starts daily brusting songs through mobiles attached with portable speakers. I requested many times to the bus conductor and driver not to do so but they said that they will not stop brusting sounds songs in the bus. Small kids, elders, females in the bus daily annoyed by them by using loud sounds through mobiles with speakers.

                        Today I returned by your bagwan nagrota depot buses and conducter gave me ticket of 78 by ticket number

                        Sir your other depot bus like hamirpur depot buses gave a ticket of 68.
                        Sir please look into the matter.

                          I reached my boarding point before departure, but bus had left from boarding point earlier as confirmed from local 5;40hrs. Conductor not contacted for this being a lady passenger i suffer lot and mentally harrashed. I contacted Bus stand Baddi where no one was on duty. I contact HRTC custmere care, bus stand palampur and bus stand nalagarh but no one pick up my phone. I personally check Bus entry in HRTC Nalagarh depot register but no record entry is available. Kindly look into matter as take necessary action against responsible person.

                            Today morning I traveled by Himachal Pradesh road transport corporation bus. The Bus No is HP73 8641.
                            I think it was the worst experience I had ever had. The behavior of conductor was extremely rude, non cooperative, and inhumane. I gave him rs 200 note and he started to quarrel for changes. Later he gave me my money back, but he refused to give me my total amount. When I asked him to give me back my change, he started abusive language. Such behavior is totally unacceptable as it costs to the dignity of a passenger and integrity and good will of corporation. I will feel myself obligated if this serious grievance is noticed and redressed by the competent authority.

                              I'm standing my stoppage at lower panthaghati. The hrtc bus is coming but cannot stop their for the passangers. We are regularly going that particular bus. As per we know buses are for people's convenience. If thay are doing that kind of irresponsibility than what can we do that. Everyday 9 o'clock in the morning I'm going that same bus lower panthaghati to old bus stand shimla.

                                  HP65B 7891 bus driver was doing a harsh and rush driving . Me and my son was going from tribune chowk on a bike . He came from behind and just gonna hit us, but fortunately we changed the direction . The speed of the bus was too fast and even the driving was very dangerous . Authority should take a strict action on its a humble request . Date 23 oct 2022

                                    Buses of hrtc were late and they don't stop buses at local bus stops . It's my humble request please make the pantual and ask drivers to stop at the local bus stop if any passanger is there.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      On 20th October, 22, I picked the HRTC Bus from Delhi To Chandigarh Sec-43 at 6PM. At 1 AM night, bus driver and conductor said we got late and dropped me along with 3 other passengers at Zirakpur and moved to Haryana Roadways which dropped us at Chandigarh Sector-17.From there, we took another bus to reach Sector-43 by paying extra money.

                                      I have experienced this in past as well.Pls take strict action on them.
