We booked bus ticket via red bus for himsuta 8.55 am Ac scania from 43 sector till Manali. Our journey was waste of money. We were transferred from one himsuta to another in Mandi. And then we were again told to go by Ordinary bus and did not drop us from our booked Himsuta seats. The conductor did not even refund our money since we paid good amount of professional travel and exact drop. We had to travel via ordinary bus where our luggage...

I am daily coming from village Saloh to Una Court where I am working. HRTC Bus starts from Panjawar 7 a.m. to Kalka Baddi via Una and in Una it reaches 8 a.m. Some students of ITI and college boarded in the bus on the route and starts daily brusting songs through mobiles attached with portable speakers. I requested many times to the bus conductor and driver not to do so but they said that they will not stop brusting sounds songs in the bus....

Today I returned by your bagwan nagrota depot buses and conducter gave me ticket of 78 by ticket number

And bus couducter refused to gave complaint book to me...

I reached my boarding point before departure, but bus had left from boarding point earlier as confirmed from local 5;40hrs. Conductor not contacted for this being a lady passenger i suffer lot and mentally harrashed. I contacted Bus stand Baddi where no one was on duty. I contact HRTC custmere care, bus stand palampur...

Today morning I traveled by Himachal Pradesh road transport corporation bus. The Bus No is HP73 8641.
I think it was the worst experience I had ever had. The behavior of conductor was extremely rude, non cooperative, and inhumane. I gave him rs 200 note and he started to quarrel for changes. Later he gave me my money back, but he refused to give me my total amount. When I asked him to give me back my change, he started abusive language....

I'm standing my stoppage at lower panthaghati. The hrtc bus is coming but cannot stop their for the passangers. We are regularly going that particular bus. As per we know buses are for people's convenience. If thay are doing that kind of irresponsibility than what can we do that. Everyday 9 o'clock in the morning I'm going that same bus lower panthaghati to old bus stand shimla....

I talked for the seat, the conductor of the bus spoke in a wrong way, we had to go from Palampur to Haldra, we did not even give the seat, all the seats were given to the students of the college, when we talked, the conductor behaved badly. busno. Hp37D6743

HP65B 7891 bus driver was doing a harsh and rush driving . Me and my son was going from tribune chowk on a bike . He came from behind and just gonna hit us, but fortunately we changed the direction . The speed of the bus was too fast and even the driving was very dangerous . Authority should take a strict action on its a humble request . Date 23 oct 2022...

Buses of hrtc were late and they don't stop buses at local bus stops . It's my humble request please make the pantual and ask drivers to stop at the local bus stop if any passanger is there....

On 20th October, 22, I picked the HRTC Bus from Delhi To Chandigarh Sec-43 at 6PM. At 1 AM night, bus driver and conductor said we got late and dropped me along with 3 other passengers at Zirakpur and moved to Haryana Roadways which dropped us at Chandigarh Sector-17.From there, we took another bus to reach Sector-43 by paying extra money.

I have experienced this in past as well.Pls take strict action...

My name is atul kaushal from palampur. I have done online reservation for 2 passengers for route of harsipattan-pathankot bus of pathankot depot on 14 oct 22 at 1415 pm and paid rs 528/- for journey on same day at 2030 hrs from palampur to pathankot. The bus service no -1168 of same was confirmed vide ticket no - [protected]. The bus haven't arrived at bus stand and after confirming from RM palampur and RM pathankot depot...

Dear sir/ Madam,
We ( me and and my wife, being newly married) are travelling from hamirpur to shimla on 15 October 2022, chamunda rohru bus. Firstly the conductor doesn't have details of our booking which we have booked online a day before. We have to stand for about 15 minutes in crowed bus as the person already seating there refused to take another seat.
Secondly we have two luggage 🧳 ( travellers) which is difficult...

My self traveling from Chandigarh to mehatpur with holding a vaild ticket #370299. The ticket fare should be 199 INR. but printed ticket is of 215 rs. The hrtc conducter took extra money from me as per printed ticket. Which is completely harassment of hrtc passangers. Kindly look into this matter and arrange to refund the extra amount.

This incidents is not happened only with me in the bus every passangers traveling with me...

Kotkhai distt. Shimla me local buses regularily nahi chlaii ja rhi garaog rouite pe chalne waali bus ko baar baar bheja nahi jaata jisse school ke bacho Or daily chlne waalo ko problem hoti hai ye route 15 k. M ka hai. Yahan pe incharge bahane bnats rehta hai ki savariaa kam hai etc, etc. Aap please iska vishesh tarah se dhyaan de...

I beg to say that, i buy ticket from Chandigarh to shimla at 6:20am on 11/October/2022.
I see the driver(HP[protected] taking usual substance weed ( Marijuana in smoke), before going to shimla. I protest against it but other driver take side of him.

KINDLY TAKE ACTION ON IT OR I WILL COMPLAINT IT IN CONSUMER COURT & IN CIVIL COURT.

OUR DRIVER CAN CAUSE TO OTHER PEOPLE. BEFORE ANY USUAL...

The bus number HP 69 A 1714 of himachal road transport is vry bad behaviour they are not taking up passangers from the spacific stops and charge high amount of tickets and behave vary rudly...

Changing issued seats for the comfort of his knowns. And when denied by a passwnger to change his issued seat, he misbehaved, Timing from isbt kasmiri gate 11pm
