Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Complaint to Himsuta Ac volvo scania bus conductor

Dear Sir/Madam

With due respect, i beg to state that, i have booked and paid Rs. 1480/- for my ticket from Dehradun to Dharamsala on 12th June, 2023 on dated 9th June, 2023 and unfortunately, i left my ticket at home but i have a photo of my bus ticket in my whatsapp but bus conductor refused to get me inside the bus and he thrown all my bags outside and he even said i have to pay extra Rs. 1500/- which i did not becaused i already paid full amount for the bus and my only mistake is that i left my ticket at dharamsala home. I even called several times to talk to dharamsala customer support at[protected] quite many times but he also refused to accept the whatsapp photo ticket. Bus conductor did not allow me to get inside the bus and threw all my bags outside when I did not pay the extra Rs.1500/- .

I would therefore appreciate, if you could kindly refund my money or take some action and help us. .

I had to book an ordinary bus ticket to Chandigarh and from there I have to book another ticket to dharamsala. As a proof of the above statement, I have attached both bus tickets.
