Dear Team, Would to inform that I was booking for 23rd April from Palampur to Chandigarh from ur online site on 18th April for Baijnath depot bus (1116) for seat no 20 but tkt not confirmed and my money got debited for Rs 332 from YES BANK net banking and I had used my smart card 027588 So plz refund my money ASAP.or let me know d concerns department where we can confirm.
