Dear sir, I want to say that i booked a ticket of hrtc bus online for 16 july 2019 from sujanpur hp to delhi of 8:00 pm.. I am charged rs.1296 from my pnb bank debit card, after that on 12 july 2019 in evening i cancelling my ticket at the time of cancelling web site shows me that they will refund me 1092 rs then i canceled my ticket it show 1092 rs refunded but i dont get money back.
