Hello sir/madam,

I booked online on hrtc website two tickets (ticket no. [protected] and [protected]) journey day 14-apr 2022and 18-apr 2022.

I cancelled both tickets on 11-Apr 2022.

I have not got refund amount 3040 ₹ and 2766 ₹ yet. Today is 23-Apr 2022. No one is replying to mail that i sent for this query.

Please send back my refund or send me details of transaction as i have not received any money.

HRTC DID NOT CONTACT ME AT ALL. THEY STOPPED ATTENDING MY CALLS. THEY DID NOT REPLY TO MY E-MAIL. THE ISSUE GOT RESOLVED WITH THE HELP OF CONSUMERHELPLINE.GOV.IN I COULD CONTACT THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ON CALL AFTER TRING FOR 7 DAYS AND NEXT MORNING I GOT REFUND.
