Hello sir, I tried booking the tickets for delhi to McLeod ganj on 10june from hrtchp site but due to failure of transaction the ticket was not booked but the money was deducted from my acc. It’s been more than 14days And still I have not received any money or message from hrtcp plus they are no even answering the calls on helpline no. Please help Transaction reference no. At dharamsala we asket at ticket counter to give ticket to bhuntar as we were going to manikaran but one ticket they gave was to manali and other two were to kullu while the route for kullu to manikaran is too different from dharamsala . It was totally mislead and wastage of money which was taken from us by totally deliberately...

Buses are not stopped on the proper bus stand in bharatgarh, nalagarh road and they are stopped on the no parking zone .this leads to accident please consider my problem
