Himachal Road Transport Corporation [HRTC] — Ticket booked and amount deducted but status failed

I have booked a ticket online from Dharamshala from Dehradun on 12.03.2023 to journey date 15.03.2023 abf amount paid via upi id[protected] but the ticket was not sent on phone or email so when I checked for ticket status it was failed but my money for the booking is paid. So I need my refund asap.
