Himanshu Agarwal — Forceful selling of new car insurance policy at double premium

Dear tata motors
I plan to buy tata tiago xz petrol model from veer motors co. Bhopal m.P.
Veer motors co. Is forcing me to buy car insurance policy from them for tata tiago for rs 20, 326/- which is otherwise available from oriental insurance company for rs 10683/- only. Veer motors do not wish to sell the car if i do not take insurance policy from them at 20326/-.
My query is that is this tata motors guideline that it is mandatory to buy insurance along with the car at double the price? Please advise
