Himatsingka Ford — non delivery of ecosport car

I have booked the Ecosport Ambiente Diesel on the 15th of July 2013. I was informed that the delivery of the car was 3 months. October 2013 was the assured delivery date. However till date the keep one reason or the other for non delivery. Dealer Name: Himatsingka Ford N.H-37, Borsajai, Beltola, Guwahati-781028 Assam. Sales person: Pankaj [protected] it's been nine months still no news.
