Hina — no support misguidance with us on thailand trip

With respect to above subject I would like to share my worst experience with yatra.com (which was first and last with them) We had inquired regarding a trip to Thailand some time before from Pune office yatra.com where we were not given any correct information from first instance. Mr. Kritik Patel who is the branch manger does not have any clue about the information to be given to customer and he is just sitting there to earn profits and salary and his incentives(which are his words I don’t know anything about Thailand I am not given any training for Thailand tours I am here to take money and earn incentives i[censored] wish to inquire for anything except money go and speak with yatra care or any other agent to know what to do for visa or any hotel bookings name of hotel, guide or anything) Mentioned below are the incidents which I would like to bring your attention: • In the very first stage Mr. Kritik Patel misguided us by assuring us for the discount on the tour package, which we never asked for. • We agreed to pay the full amount for the tour package, which Mr. Kritik Patel denied to accept as he was insisting us that he will be giving us discount & we paid a token amount for the package. • We were asked to pay the difference amount prior to the date of Journey & also Mr. Kritik Patel who had offered discount on the tour package denied for the same & asked us to pay for the total package cost as actual told by him earlier. • On inquiring that why is that the discount is not applicable to package as it was offered earlier to us, the reason for not offering the discount was that the seats are booked for the tour with the Bangkok Airways. • As the token amount for the Package was already given & on inquiring that why the tickets were not booked with Airlines there was no answer to the query & on top of it Mr. Kritik Patel offered the refund for the amount which was paid for the package. • After contacting the customer care team at toll free number to register a complaint they suggested to go ahead & mark a mail to customer support team also they provided the number of the Pan India Head Sales department. • I called Mr Puneet Saxena ( Pan India Head Sales department) and told him regarding the misbehavior and harassment I had faced in last two weeks he told that he will look into the matter and ask zonal head west region Mr Amit Vyas to contact me and see what best can be done with the issue. • When I spoke to Amit Vyas he promised that don’t cancel the trip he will take care of everything and whatever was promised to you from first day will be given to you with change in flight from Bangkok Airways to Air India. • I insisted on cancelling the trip but he requested me to go with yatra and we will make your trip best and promised that all things will be taken care by him personally and he will call me daily to know whether the trip is fine or not. I was mad that I came in his words. • Yatra.com never tells it customer that they have a tie up with third party travelbullz and they are only here for taking and misguiding customer. • On arrival to Bangkok as I had to go with other airways bcoz of request by yatra I reached one hour late as the airlines reaches there one hour late than Bangkok airways Miss orthoi duty manager of travelbullz shouted on us saying why are we late where we had to explain her that the flight we came is different and reaches one hour late. • The same communication should have been made by Amit Vyas to duty manager that our airlines are different from what tour has come because of their mistake. Which was not communicated? • (Duty of mine or yatra.com???) • We went to Pattaya after reaching airport and their we got room 2 hours late where else everyone else had got room as they reached a little early. Receptionist told no room is vacant it will get vacant by 14:00 hours. Itinerary was different from what we got on mail from yatra timings and days where we have to go daily on tour was totally different from what we got from yatra on mail. (Who is responsible for this Amit, yatra or miscommunication between yatra and travelbullz?) On third day when we reached Bangkok we were not taken to hotel directly instead we were taken full day tour to Bangkok first and then we were left at Hotel Howard Square by travelbullz where we had to wait for 1 and a half hours to get the room (as no room was vacant till evening where it should have been since 12 in the afternoon).Travelbullz guys were not there at reception to help they had left us outside gate of hotel to do check in ourselves. (Why should we go on group tour when we have to do everything ourselves?) The Hospitality of the Hotel was so poor on reaching to the Hotel not even a glass of water was offered & on asking for the same at the Reception, The answer was kindly help yourself there is a glass & jar of water in the corner on table you can drink a glass of water by yourself. In hotel after one hour sitting at reception we got room and that too two single beds for me and my husband and explanation given was no room empty for couple stay only single individual bed available which we can join and make one. (This answer when you already have hotel voucher before going). I had to call India yatra.com and fight with them and mail them spending my money on all this . What managing are they doing for us for group tours??????????? The next day I met with a bad incident where I lost all my belongings (money, camera, id proof) for which I had to go to police station and write a complaint but it was difficult to make Thailand police understand as they don’t understand English I called ON duty manager Bangkok to help come to police station or talk to police people on phone she denied and said what should I do? (Same incident happened with a person on trip from SOTC world tour where duty manager himself went to embassy and police station to lodge complaint for the person as it is responsible of duty manager to see if anything bad happens he is the person to be contacted and he will support you as you come on tour with some travel agent) Why was this support not provided by yatra.com to me??? I called India yatra.com and told them I have no money left they just offered me oh can we give you lunch? I told them I want to go to police station to make them understand what has happened but I didn’t have any support. With respect to lunch they told we have told hotel to provide you lunch but when I went to reception they told we have not got any information. I had to again waste one and half hour with me calling India where Mr Amit didn’t pick my call thinking its Sunday (don’t disturb me). I am writing mail to embassy and police and asking help from travelbullz and yatra.com for any information they have got for the FIR I have done in Bangkok no one has any answer. Is there anyone to help or yatra.com should I think it as a bad experience of my life? Can’t you guys just not ask Travelbullz people to go to police station and ask for CCTV footage???
