I need the noc from you for which i got my 2 wheeler financed back in 2017. I have already cleared all my emi's however when i contacted your one of the executive by the name vivek to get the noc so he stated that i will have to pay another rs 1, 000/- then only i will get the noc from you.

My question is when i have already cleared all my dues which were all paid on time then why i have to pay another rs 1, 000 just to get the noc. It is my legal right to ask for the noc after clearing my dues.

I would request you to please mail or email me the noc asap or else will have to take certain legal action against it.

I had my 2 wheeler financed back in 2017 from Hinduja Leyland. I have already cleared all my EMI's however when I contacted them for the NOC so one of the executive by the name Vivek said to get the NOC you will have to pay another Rs 1, 000/- then only i will get the NOC from you.

My question is when I have already cleared all my dues then why I have to more RS 1, 000 just to get the NOC. It is my legal right to do so.

I would request you to please help to get this sorted and due to COVID-19 crisis I want to sell my wheeler which I can't without getting the NOC from Hinduja
