With reference to the above loan account I wish to state that I have cleared all the EMI as per schedule but so far I have not received loan closure certificate and HP cancelation forms . I had a loan from hinduja leyand finance contact no-ORCUCTTW05128.
I had paid all installments in correct due date, but in CORONA time there was some delay in installments. But in MARCH 2020 TO AUGUST There was sufficient funds in my account. But company issued bounces on these months. So I have attached some photos of bank statement...

After 3months of my zero payment balance. Your office unable neither submitting closure request nor forwarding NOC. They are helpless to clear any discrepancy on higher level. Kindly favour get it cleared. This delay process is tarnishing the good name of company and offcourse loosing your client faith....

I was having a two wheeler loan with the company, I purchased Royal Enfield Classic 350 in June 2019. I have paid all EMIs on date and cleared the loan by May 2021 with 2yrs tenure. It's been more than a year and not received the NOC yet. I have enquired at Hindupur, Andhrapradesh office and the staff has not answered any of my questions and they just left by closing office.

I went to take Home Loan through SBI. The bankers told that you have already took finance from Hinduja Finance Company Ltd.

When i search all the details, i found that some one alok sharma using my cibil and got the loan from your company.

This is forgery to use another cibil for finance.

I had taken EMI loan for my bike Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350X Red with Registration No. AS01DZ6863 for which installment started in May 2019. Within a year all installments had been cleared but yet I have not received NOC from the company. I need NOC urgently due to vehicle transfer to other state.

I have not taken finance from you... But it is reflecting on my RC Book( Smart Card) as Hypothecated from your finance.. I had visited our Aurangabad branch ( Maharashtra). They have also check online.. They also cleared that you not taken finance from your company...
So i need no objection OR clearance from your side. So that i will get my RC Book ( Smart Card) from RTO Office without reflecting Hypothecated......
