        Sir I m ritam mondal from Sonarpur I have bought a bike Apachye rtr 160 4v on the month of 17th nov 2019 your company was the financier..although at lock down your employ has come to me and told me that if I gave him the emi amounts on cash then no other charges will be applied for late payments so that, I have paid all the due amounts of Emis by cash.Now they are still charging me.the amount of 18800 ..after completing 36 Emis. my contract I'd is ESKOKWTW03782 Pls LOOK INTO THIS matter, at this time I m not able to bear any extra charges...and do the possible thing for Settelement ...

                Hi,

                This is Puneet Agarwal. I just came to know that my loan against two wheeler ( up16bw9592) loan account number (DHGHNITW00936) is still pending.
                Ideally it should have been auto deducted from my bank account now it is impacting my credit score.

                I am not able to contact anyone from hindua Leyland finance.

                Please advise how i can pay this amount so that it can get settled.

                        My name is Ravi Yadav, my consumer number is CRC0006606, my two wheeler loan number is CRBZADTW00006, which was completed in 12 months but every month the penalty I was charged, I have also deposited it completely but I have to pay extra. Forcing is being done for, while I am not telling much amount when I look in the application. An official of Hinduja Finance, Ambikapur, Surguja, Chhattisgarh, is trying to take more money from me by giving me wrong information, is not cooperating with me in any way and threatening that I will not give you NOC, do whatever you want to do. If this does not happen with any other customer, then please give maximum punishment to them so that the visiting customer gets convenience.

                            Hello,

                            This is regarding loan account number MHPUSATW01144.

                            I would like to bring your attention on the Moritorium which have been added to the subjected account,
                            Moritorium Added is not valid and enforced to be paid.

                            I have already paid 36 emi's with extra charges and late fees and never availed for Moritorium in my loan tenure still it has been added to my loan account forcefully.

                            I have been visiting to the HLF FINANCE office satara since last 6 months to connect with branch manager and to discuss this matter but only get chance to meet with him on last Tuesday 24th May.

                            Whichever late payments made are caused only due to the agent from your third party collection services called "Aditi Sales".

                            Though it was not my fault I paid the EMI's including the extra charges for period January 2020 to April 2021.

                            Request you to remove Moritorium from my account and provide NOC certificate for the same.

                                Dear sir,
                                I have a two wheeler loan from Hinduja Leyland finance branch (kangra) Himachal Pradesh Contract Number is PJMHJGTW00005 and my Customer Code is PJTW051772 My vehicle number is HP36D6717 Contract date is[protected] and i am very dissatisfied by your company dealing . l have lot of disputes in my statement even from my side . I submitted my whole agreement value amount but some of my transaction are not shown in statements . I will highlight my main issue please resolve these issue and reply ASAP

                                (1) My vehicle number is not correct in statement i requested many times but no solution given by branch

                                (2) My contact number was changed so I also requested them to change but they don't changed my contact number

                                (3) My ECS is not mandate with my account even i submitted 4 time by visiting self from my hometown and it's 35 km far from your branch even one time i get that ECS form from your branch and self done verification in SBI bank branch after that I submitted that in Hinduja Leyland finance kangra branch but they never mandate ECS with my account i always have to visit to submit my emi after that discussing with branch manager Mr. Amit he said I will run your ECS asap and please send your Emi in our employees account on Google pay . I always have to call them and tell them to submit my emi but I never get any solution
                                (4) My 4 Emi are not showing in my statement which i send to your employee
                                And i also have payment proofs please clear where is my Emi gone its not showing in statement :-

                                (5) In COVID due to lockdown your employees was not accepting any payments . They said company is not accepting any payments . So if ECS was mandate at that time i don't miss any my payments. Due to that your team extended my loan which only left small amount they said you have to pay now 14000 for complete this loan when they have all fault why should I have to pay extra amount . Please clear this issue

                                (6) Late submission by your employees i will also attach that with statement

                                (7) Please tell me when I submitted all documents for emi deduction then why i have to submit my emi to employees in Google pay or in-hand

                                (8) Due to all i got my cibil loss and harrasment

                                (9) Please share my agreement copy

                                Till now i don't get any kind of solution from your side now i believe that I will get right from your side and please request you to reply all my queries and please do need fulfill and here i am attaching all my documents related this issue .

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I have a two wheeler loan from Hinduja Leyland finance branch (kangra) Himachal Pradesh Contract Number is PJMHJGTW00005 and my Customer Code is PJTW051772 My vehicle number is HP36D6717 Contract date is[protected] and i am very dissatisfied by your company dealing . l have lot of disputes in my statement even from my side . I submitted my whole agreement value amount but some of my transaction are not shown in statements . I will highlight my main issue please resolve these issue and reply ASAP

                                  (1) My vehicle number is not correct in statement i requested many times but no solution given by branch

                                  (2) My contact number was changed so I also requested them to change but they don't changed my contact number

                                  (3) My ECS is not mandate with my account even i submitted 4 time by visiting self from my hometown and it's 35 km far from your branch even one time i get that ECS form from your branch and self done verification in SBI bank branch after that I submitted that in Hinduja Leyland finance kangra branch but they never mandate ECS with my account i always have to visit to submit my emi after that discussing with branch manager Mr. Amit he said I will run your ECS asap and please send your Emi in our employees account on Google pay . I always have to call them and tell them to submit my emi but I never get any solution
                                  (4) My 4 Emi are not showing in my statement which i send to your employee
                                  And i also have payment proofs please clear where is my Emi gone its not showing in statement :-

                                    Clearance certificate or NOC

                                    Address: Siliguri, West Bengal

                                    I have purchased my Royal Enfield Classic 350 on 11.22.2019. The registration number of the motor cycle is WB64W4694. The last premium of the loan was deducted in December 2021 but till now I didn't get any clearance certificate from the finance company.
                                    Please arrange to issue the same at an early date.

                                    i PRADEEP KUMAR PANDEY taken loan from your company for my motorbike i.e. UP-63 AV-0622 .

                                    2 EMI amount has been debited from my bank account.

                                    i don't get any intimation msg from your side on my registered mobile number.

                                    so please send me my above mentioned bike complete LOAN statement from beginning date to end date,
