Sir, I have not taken any Commercial Vehicle loan But as per CIBIL showing that I have taken Commercial vehicle loan and that one which is in it Aadhaar card belongs to someone else and pan card is mine in the CIBIL.

So I'm Requesting to you please Remove it this loan From my CIBIL account and I'm attaching few Documents for your reference please go through.

I have done everything

My finance bike TVS Jupiter zx, bike no MH 27 CN-8524. Complete finance in 24 installment but there are 5 extra installment deducted from my account after completing my finance amount .I am very disappointed about this type of service from Hinduja leyland fin.group I approached many time in Sai nagar branch for extra amount deducted from my account they don't give proper answer on this matter . I waited for resolve my complaint from Hinduja Leyland finance side from last 2 months but there is no extra effort from their side for refund my money.
I have all transactions history which debited from my savings account...

Kindly see that matter . Thank you.

Sir/Madam,

I serve you this notice as per the instruction of my above named client that:

My client has availed a loan for purchasing a two wheeler namely Honda Activa 5G (HMSI) from your esteemed organisation bearing Loan no. ORBUBTTW07583.

1. That, the same loan was amounting to Rs. 48, 800/- and date of sanction of the loan date was 22th September, 2018.

2. That, for the purpose of repayment of the said loan, it was agreed between you and my client to repay in 36 instalments, for which my client has issued 36 nos. of post dated cheques in the name of your organisation, on the date of sanction of the said loan.

3. That, during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, your organization has not deposited same of the post dated cheques as a result some over dues approximately of Rs 9459.00 was arose in the said loan account as on 31st March 2022 and in this matter my client has no fault at all.

4. That, on dtd. 21st June 2022 and 27th June 2022 the vehicle recovery agency staffs from your organisation blocked my client at Sisupalgada Square and Khandagiri Square respectively, for the purpose of forcefully possession of the said vehicle. And after due request the staffs of your recovery agency threatened my client with dare consequences and threatened to make

payments within 24 hours otherwise they will take forcefully possession of the said vehicle.

5. That, on dt. 22nd April 2022, your organisation has issued a regular demand notice to my client through Mr. M. Mahesh Kumar, Advocate 37, Agastiyar Street (Upstairs), Rathnamamal Colony, Saligrammam, Chennai-600093, demanded an amount of Rs. 9459.00 due as on date of 31st March 2022 to my client.

6. That, after receipt of the said notice my client visited your branch at 3rd Floor Creative Plaaza, Rasulgargh, Bhubaneswar and you demanded an amount of Rs 24700.00 towards over dues.

7. That, it is quite surprise to note that as on 31st March 2022 Your demand was Rs. 9459.00, which is increased to near about three times within a period of 3 and half months i.e., Rs. 24700.00, thereafter the branch staffs reduced the amount to Rs.15300.00. As a result my client is undergone in deep stress and mental agony out such situation.

8. That, such a change of demand of Rs. 24700.00 to Rs 15300 instead of Rs. 9459.00, from Your Branch is completely illegal and involves cheating and grabbing money with evil intention in the eye of law.

Therefore, you are called upon to intimate the desire of performance of your part within a period of 15 days to the undersigned.

Hence the consequences.

i had taken a two wheeler loan in september 2019 hinduja leyland branch jodhpur.
Loan number is - rjjdjdtw07176
installment amounted 3922.
Loan tenure was 17 months and i paid all the installments.
But this company took extra installments for this loan via ecs.
I complained against it to hinduja leyland jodhpur but they ignored and charged extra money.
Now they are not giving moneyback. Also they dont giving noc for clousure.
Kindly do the needful.

I paid an emi amount of 3755 to ur executive ..But he didn't send any receipt...
No collection executive comes or calls every month ...Suddenly after 4or 5months later calls and asking emi...After that suddenly comes to seize bike with out any call or intimations ...Totally worst service providing in ongole ...I gone to settle yesterday ..For total amount of 29000 penalties are 5600 ...y we pay penalties ..No body comes to collect emi..No body calling for emi every month ..We don't know where we pay ...Bank account not linked to loan ...So please immediate action on my loan and reduce my emi and penalties ..I want to settle my loan ...Loan number of ATOGC2TW000382

When i'm trying to pay the EMI, the payment figure is showing zero it is not taking actual EMI amount

This is regarding an issue pertaining to the extra EMI money being deducted every month. It hasn't been resolved despite several reminders.

The agreed finance amount for this vehicle is Rs 67, 000.00 and the finance charges are Rs 13, 320.00, which makes it Rs 80320.00. Contrary to this the agreed amount, the amount deducted till 31 May 2022 by Hinduja Finance is Rs 105, 646.00.

After a telephonic communication on 1st June, Hinduja Finance issued a refund of Rs 24, 194.00 on 06 June 22. However, again on 05 June 2022, an amount of Rs 4, 540.00 was deducted and on 5th July 2022, an amount of Rs 4, 540.00 was deducted which makes it Rs 9080.00. This Rs 9, 080.00 was deducted after processing the refund amount of Rs 24, 194.00. This EMI transaction should be stopped and the extra deducted money must be refunded immediately, i.e. Rs 9, 080.00.

Please, carefully look into all the transactions that have been happening at your end and proceed accordingly. The approach has been very complacent, and the matter is not been taken seriously at your end. There should be a guided channel for the customer to approach such cases more efficiently.

I hope the matter is looked into at the earliest.

I bought a Vehicle using your Loan on 13-Nov-2019 for an amount of Rs. 58, 000/- for Honda Dio in the Name of Kishore s/o Krishnamoorthy.

I had Cleared all my dues on May'2021. But I have received a letter stating that an amount is pending and told to clear the due to get my NOC.

I am repo agent Hinduja Leyland Finance I am doing vehicle repo from last 7, 8 years but your branch manager, location manager in your Poona office have not yet opened my agency code.
And till now I have not received the bills of all the vehicles which I have repo which are in the parking yard. Today I have 40 vehicle bills whose payment has not been received.
