Accidental Insurance not allowing me to generate NOC

As I availed a two wheeler loan (TNCHCHTW06258) on 2019 and completed the loan tenure

The HUL had said there was an penalty charges for the loan towards Accidental Insurance which I did not consent, which is affecting my CIBIL score

There were no response from the HUL officially, tried reaching them but no proper response....
