Dear Sir,
I have taken a Two wheeler loan in Hinduja Leyland Finance on Jan 2020 and the last due was on 05/04/2022, I have paid all the installments on time and during Covid (April - June 2020) when I was ready to pay I was asked not to pay by the representatives hence I paid all those installments in July 2020 (for 2 months), August (for 1 month) with Rs.380 covid interest. From September the installments got auto debited from my account.
Now that all my installments are over, it came to my shock that there is still Rs.5021/- pending in the name of covid interest, when asked about it, I was asked to raise a complaint.
Please be informed that it was not my fault in not paying the dues during Covid and now charging extra amount in the name of interest is highly unfair. Please waive off the additional charges and close the loan at the earliest.
Thanks in advance
Sanjeevkumar
