        Hi Mam/Sir,
        My wife, taken finance for two wheeler with loan account no : KABQKLTW00185 from Hinduja finance. Found status in cibil report like suit filed for this loan account, immediately visited Bangalore Branch to pay all dues related to the loan and requested for NOC from the company and asked to remove the suit filed status from cibil report. But not yet received response from legal consultantas he resigned from the post. It's already 2 weeks that I have been waiting for it. Please provide solution for the issue I'm facing its very urgent that I need NOC and also get my cibil updated by removing suit filed status or closing it in my cibil report for the respective loan account.

                              मेरा नाम वेद प्रकाश है मैंने हिंदुजा लेलैंड ब्रांच पंजाब लुधियाना चीमा चौक से एक स्कूटी फाइनेंस करवाई थी जिसका कॉन्ट्रैक्ट नंबर PJPBLDTW04028 जिसका मैं पूरा भुगतान कर चुका हूं और जब मैं एनओसी लेने के लिए ब्रांच गया तो उन्होंने मेरे से 6500 रुपए रिश्वत मांगी एनओसी दिलवाने की जब मैंने उनसे कहा कि मैं तो पूरा भुगतान कर चुका हूं तो उन्होंने बोला कि यह तो हम लेंगे ही लेंगे और सबसे लेते हैं और वहां पर जो मनप्रीत कौर हैं उन्होंने मेरे से पैसों की डिमांड की थी और मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि मुझे मेरी एनओसी दिलवाई जाए और ऐसे कर्मचारी को हटाकर किसे अच्छे कर्मचारी को लगाया जाए

                                Even after my loan amount is complete, the loan is being deducted with very high charges. Repayment is not going on schedule when talking in office,

                                    My name is Akash Verma and i take two wheeler loan from hinduja leyland finance on dec. 2018 and my two wheelers loan no. is DHGHNITW04269. I AM VERY UPSET CUT AMOUNT OF 590 RS MORE TIMES . THE ECS CUT DATE ALWAYS BE ON 5TH OF MONTH BUT THE AMOUNT CUT ON 20TH MARCH, 27TH MARCH AND 1ST APR. 2022 ALSO. THIS IS VERY BAD WORK FROM YOUR SIDE . I AM REQUESTING TO SOLVE MY QUERY AND REFUND MY AMOUNT WHO CUT ON OTHER DAYS. I AM UNABLE TO MUCH MORE AMOUNT LIKE THIS AND REQUEST YOU TO SOLVE THIS. YOU SHALL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED.
