Iam Amitha Kodamati, my contract number is ATVKVNTW03712. My loan period was from jan.2019 to Dec.2021.
This loan was linked to my HSBC savings account. From March 2019, I started to pay my bike EMI to your staff (Vasudev)bcoz I'm not using that HSBC ac anymore. And he use to give me receipts. After few EMI'S, I was informed that I've to pay bounce charges. I was surprised bcoz no one educated me to remove auto debit on ac. Then I went to local Hinduja ofc(Ramatakies, Vizag) to request them to change my bank details but they said concern person is not available.
Me and my husband visited local ofc before lockdown and explained what happened on my account to Collection Manager Mr.Naresh([protected]). Also told him that I'm not staying in vizag, I came to vizag just to clear this issue. Considering payment history, He said he can change auto debit to another now and wave off all the bounce charge after making 36th EMI.
Therefore, once again we visited to local ofc to link new bank account. but ofc was closed bcoz of the lockdown. However, I continued to make payment before due date on HLF APP till now.
Again I visited local office in the month of September, 2021. Met Mr. Shankar (Collection Manager)and said the same. he said Mr.Naresh resigned the job. And he asked us to come after 8th oct 2021 so that he can wave off charges levied on my account.
Today, I went to office to meet Mr.Shankar and remind him about wave off and NOC. I was told that I've to pay Rs.24000/- extra as bounce charges. I also explained the same to Senior Collections Manager (Mr.Satish). Told him I have paid my 36 Emi's before due date every month. As there is no due on account and timely payment history, I requested him to consider and wave off the charges. Also noticed that moratorium charges were Levied on my account. I have not requested and not used moratorium option but still they charged.
Since 2019, I'm only doing follow up calls and all. No staff took proper responsibility towards my account. So I request you to look into my account, Consider my payment history and wave off all the charges on my account and provide NOC at the earliest.
