Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have purchased a Gixxer Bike No MP20NB4738 from Mr Chatrashal Pathak

But unable to transfer to myself as Mr Chatrashal Pathak has not yet received the NOC for Loan Contract No CRJBJATW01562

Please find attached the letter to clearance of dues

Jabalpur city office informed us that they have sent the e-mail to head office but not yet received the NOC covering letter.
From last three months

And the customer care nos given on websites and area office doesnt pickup phones
Please help us to get the same ASAP

I have paid all my dues in[protected] and but still there is outstanding amount is showing and it's impacting my CIBIL score. Without my knowledge, they have added some policy (CHOLA HOSPITAL CASH) for the amount 1180 and also they have added the amount 2916 for the cheque Bounce.

I have contacted the Hinduja Customer care multiple times for reversal of these outstanding amounts and still there's no reply from their end.

I am requesting the Hinduja Leyland to clear my issues and provide NOC as soon as possible.

I had taken bike in year of 2015 and clear all my dues in 2018 but now i checked my CIBIL there is Rs.928.00 amount still pending shown.
From your site no one told me regarding the same. And now i applied some other bank for the Loan he said that your bike loan still pending.

Now i required NOC what to do?

Myself Shardha took two wheeler loan from Hinduja leyland finance, In Dec-21 month EMI cut twice from my bank account instead of once(1st on 5th Dec-21 & 2nd on 31st Dec-21)

So, I want my one EMI refund back to my Bank account ASAP

I am Abinash mistri my contract number is ESKOKWTW01309. i already cleared my 36th emi in July 2020.I complained that hinduja company wrongfully added moratorium charges on my loan amount and my current due charges is just two bounce charges but due to that moratorium charges my statment show a huge amount.i requested to waiver these extra charges .I complained about this on November 27, 2021 on consumer forum.on 30 deccember 2021 hinduja company marked my complaint as resolved, But my problem has not been solved yet and my statement shows same huge amount.I did not expect such behaviour from Hinduja Leyland finance .kindly solve my problem genuinely

Please provide the proper information regarding the my pending EMI. How many EMI is still pending..??. because your local staff they do not provide me the proper information and only asking for EMI.I am working in out of station, so how to go there finance office and meet them..??. Hence my EMI is pending due to the insufficient information. So I request you to please provide me the details to paid the total pending EMI and avoid future inconvenience.

Without providing proper information to me they will again asking about fine due to pending EMI. why..??. It is not my fault. On every 5th the due was paid. Not even one single payment was missed or paid after the due date. But still in my credit score (Cibil score), its been updated that all the payments made were late by 200 days & had missed all the due dates, which is absolutely...

I have my bank account statement were all the EMI’S were debited by Hinduja Leyland on the due date & the loan was completed in 11 months. Requesting your team to please look into this and correct the Cibil score rating correctly & quickly
