I'm Anandh Perumal, I bought a bike TVS Apache RTR 160V4 with the help of hinduja Leyland finance,

Please find below loan details

EMI Tenure : 24 months
emi :4872
Loan period : Aug 2019 - July 2021

My EMi is deducted automatically after the EMI period also . i have completely paid all my 24 emi's but still the amount is deducted in my account for the 25th installment. I following with the them but they are not responding properly, and they and not providing the refund amount which deducted from my account and they are not providing NOC also . Please kindly do any action against the company and please get back my refund and NOC asap.

My friend have bought a scooty on behalf of my documents, But due to some financial issue they have returned the scooty as well to agency with all documents. But as my documnets have used their so my cibil have affected. In my cibile report negative account have showing. They have told me that they have retuened scooty as well. Please update/correct my cibil report.

I want to pay EMI for my Bike. I tried from last 2 days i.e. 3/1/2022, 4/1/2022 on HLF connect Application. but application don't respond. No OTP was provided. Can't able to login. today is due date and i am can't able to pay EMI. Who is liable to pay Bouncing charges?
please help me...

HLF connect app isn't working properly from past 3 -4 days and i have go repay my emi and this is not first time previously i had a complaint about the same issue and it resolved later but again it started now everytime i open app its showing till 100% and stopped again but it didn't open till now as i was continously try from multiple days..

I am getting twowheeler loan in hinduja finance company, i paid all the installments but i am not getting noc from the lost 2 years, i am wondering to the same office but they're not cooperating me i am suffering from disability i want sell my vehicle this is very bad experience to me, what the management people are doing in Chennai, it's very bad

I have been issued a homeloan by hinduja finance for purchase of 1 bhk apartment. They are charging us Emi for last 2 months but they have not released any payment to property developer/builder. Inspite of asking them repeatedly to release payment they have not shown any interest into it. They are just telling fake reasons and delaying the process further. They are not ready to show any authentication for the delay caused and are also denying to send a email or give us a written or printed hard copy in letter head for assuring payment release date. We are being charged emi every month but loan amount is still with Hinduja .

But mere sath Hinduja company ne fraud kiya hai mujhe dhoka se bula ke meri gadi chinne ki koshi ki recovery agent walo ne aur to aur mere se 6000 rupy liye inlegal tarike se aur uske badfraudd karna aur payment mang rahe the fir ek sal bad fir ek aur agent bhejte hai ye company wale usne bhi aisa hi kiya 5 hjar ki to slip de di but 3000 lekar uski koi slip nahi di aur ab vo agent bolta hai ki mene company me jma kar diye hai but company walo ne mujhe slip nahi hai company kfraudod bta raha hai khud inka agent aur bol raha hai meri payment bhi nahi di hai company walo le aur ab me koi help nahi kar sakta apki ye sab bol raha hai khud inke yaha job karne wala agent ye compafraudrod hai aur aur to aur ye aise agent ko bharti karte hai jo pese jma karte bhi hai ya nahi kuch nahi pta koi sun ne wala nahi hai is company me mere pas sara prof hai jis jis ko mene payment di hai unki photo bhi payment ki detail bhi

I purchased a two wheeler from hinduja in 2019 and on 28/09/2021 i pay 5 five installments to agent but he pay only 3 installment and recieve money of 5 installment...

I complete my loan as per rules and regulations but BERHAMPORE office ignore myself. So please take some necessary action please...

I am unable to raise noc for the customer code katw067711 on the hlf application, nor has customer care number been picking up calls past few months
I confirm that all the emis and dues cleared. I even have sent emails to [protected]@hindujaleylandfinance.com, but haven't received any response. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service received,
hence putting a formal complaint to help raise noc . This is urgent

मैन आपका two wheeler लिया था जिसका emi में मंथ में पेड करता रहा परंतु किसी यजेन्सि के कारण वे अमाउंट आप तक पोहचा नही और पुणे से 23 Oct 2020 में आपके दूसरी यजेन्सि के द्वारे मेरी गाड़ी को जबरदस्ती कर के मेरे से गाड़ी लिया गया कोई और लॉकेशन पर बुलाके मुझे पैदल चलवाया जब में शिवजी नगर के ऑफिस पोहच गया तो वहा इतना गंदा हाल है आपके ओफीस का की कोई थूकने भी गलती से न चला जाये माफी चाहता हूँ पर यह हकीकत है।
जब समझ मे यह आया कि आपके लोन जो मैंने paid किये ओ किसी अन्य जिल्हा से ऑपरेटर हो रहे थे जिसके मैन 6000 paid किये ओ मुझे बादमे सिर्फ 4500 rs वापस किया तब भी मैन आफिस जाकर जितना अमाउंट है तो भर दूंगा ऐसा कहा पर उस टाइम अमाउंट कुछ 19000 था जो कि मेरे पास नही था फिर कुछ महीने बीत गए जनेवारी को मेरे पास पैसोंका बंदोबस्त हो गया अब सुनिये गौर से आपकी ओ मैडम बोलती है उस एजेंसी ने गाड़ी बेंच दिया।
अब इसके आगे जब मुझे सामने से किसी गाड़ीवाले लेनदेन व्यापारी से कॉल आता है और बोला जाता है आपके RC book चाहिए में हमेशा चक्कर काटते रहता हूँ पर मुझे कोई सहि तरीके से बताया नही जाता जिसके कारण मेरे civil इतना खराब हो गया कि मुझे कोई loan प्राप्त नही होता में उमीद करता हूँ आप मेरी सहायता करेंगे.

After very discussion ur staff name Tushar Yadav has says your loan suraksha policy has done in date april month but ICICI prudential has says payment done in date 10.11.2021.

Policy Has cancelled By IRDAI authority 06.12.2021 beacause this is fake policy,
Not attached my pan card, Loan amount value is wrong, mobile no is wrong

So Kindly give me my loan suraksha policy refund money with loan.
beacuse policy has done payment Novemeber 2021 month so how can u charge loan amount in april month .
