I'm Amritha Kumar my Loan Agreement No- KLCOTI01140 and Vehicle Reg No- KL01-BJ-9964 (Maruti Omni).
On 23/09/2014, I have cleared all the payments in a full settlement in Ambalathara Branch, Trivandrum, and received a Non-Objection Certificate and the vehicle was sold. But recently I tried an educational loan for my daughter, the bank manager said some issues in my Cibil because of this loan(KLCOTI01140). I have contacted HindujaFinance(Kaimanam Branch, Trivandrum), and their reply shocked me that my loan is still pending. Officers in HeadOffice is knowing this or not about irresponsible and careless behavior.
kindly take necessary actions at the earliest.

I pay all emi and my loan account will be close. And also from your side i got NOC Letter at sep5-2018. But unfortuntely that time i not here, am working in abroad. Now I come back. When i go with this NOC to vehicle inspector ofice they told that this noc is already expiere, because this one have only validity of 90days. I took a two wheeler loan in HLF and completed in 2021 March. I have paid all dues on time even in lockdown period but the company is still expecting me to pay Rs.5900 to close the account and to provide Noc. I explained all things that I paid on time all dues and expecting them to close the account but still it is pending for more than 5 months. The company's response is very bad on all times and no proper communications and followup

This is Aravinth and mail is regarding worst experience and poor customer support from HLF

Contract no : TNSLTGTW00933

We have taken Two Wheeler loan on[protected] sum of 72800 and tenure of 30 months .

And our final due date got over by 5th June and we informed concern person from HLF for closure and HP cancel .

But due amt has been detected even for this month 5th July and when we reach HLF they are stating it was taken by mistake will refund by mode of cheque after 20 days .

Even during pandemic sutivation I have paid all loan correctly without overdue . And even after loan is closed they didn’t proceed with closure process and without intimating amt has been detected by processing our cheque.

I am writing this mail so that I get proper response and expecting amt to be refunded soon.

I hereby inform you that I had purchased TVS Apache Bike No. (DL11SF-1307) its registration is April 2013..
I paid all my loan instalments till 2015...one or two instalment which were not deducted my account was paid personally to instalment collector boy of your company.
I was thinking that my loan has over but after some time i was informed that there is some dues of company about Rs 14000/- till December 2020.
I requested the senior officer of Noida Branch sector 16 and he assured me to pay Rs10000/- and promised me after that my loan will be over and it would be final payment.
I paid the said amount Rs.10000/- on the spot
They asked me to come after 20 days for getting my clearance slip of my loan and told me that after 45 days i will get my NOC..
when i reached there as per as their guidance ...
they told me that there is some problem and Loan is still Active and asked me to come after 3 months ..
last when I reached the Noida Branch, I was shocked there was no office of yours and no notice where the office has shifted..
it is not a good way to handle the customer.. I am very dissappointed and request you please send me My NOC it is a great need for me..

I took a 2 wheeler loan in 2017 for TVS Jupliter ZX, of 58000 INR, for which i have paid 72541 INR in equal EMIs. My contract ended on 05 Oct 2019, with balance left of 12 INR. Since 2019 till 2021 i tried 15 times to contact HLF team to forclose and provide NOC. But HLF team didnt responded and they were continuously adding to 12 INR, which is now 805 INR.
Today i checked my CIBIL score which is 533 where HLF team has shown that i haven't paid the EMI from[protected], which was already completed on 5th Oct 2019.
I downloaded the app, HLF connect i paid overdue amount 805 INR + 400 INR but still this app is not responding. Due to this unethical and fraud behaviour of this company i am not able to take any loan in future due to CIBIL score.
I visited the pune office, called all online numbers, tried all sort of mode to reach out but no resolution.
I want my resolution.

I Rajnikant Chopade Consumer Of Hinduja Finance having a loan on my Activa 5g Since 2018 for 3 years. I would like to inform you that all of a sudden a person from hinduja finance comes to my place after 1.5 years for recovery or else he will pick up my bike the asking amount is 18600/- and i have just started working since 1 month at chakan and my basic salary is - 13500/- & i have a family and a little daughter just tell me how will i pay this huge amount all of sudden last time in 2020 the same thing happened 2 guys came & started asking for money 12000/- that time i have kept my gold & paid 12000/- these people have no ID's. With them still i paid now my gold is also on Auction. Now i have no way out this is so much Pressurizing. Please lend some more time as i have lost my job since September 2020 and i have a family behind i will pay the EMI with interest just need some time. Hinduja finance being a reputed company will understand our situation. I hope you will allow me some time.

I haven't received NOC for my Bike MH12LL6597.
My Contract no: MHPUPNTW02037.
My Customer Code : MHTW019665
I have paid all the EMIs, and I was told by your representative : Ms.Komal, in November 2017(last month of loan period), that we will recieve NOC letter in mail, as it comes from Chennai, within 15 days, as we had no dues and loan was all cleared.
After a month, we tries contacting Ms.Komal or her manager here in Pune office, but their phones did not connect. We visited their office as well, but the office had closed and we couldn't conrtact anyone from Hinduja.

We checked the app as well, and there also we dont have any dues/NOC.

Its now been more 4 years since everything is cleared and we have still not received the NOC.

Request you to kindly look into this and issue my NOC ASAP!

While I ask mr.ramakrishna about the issues he is misbehaving, And Blackmailing me to pay total amount after that they will credit the amount.i have all audio proofs and A Receipt regarding Received amount which given by Ramakrishna. kindly take action against him and Credit the amount which I paid into my account.
