I took a two wheeler loan in HLF and completed in 2021 March. I have paid all dues on time even in lockdown period but the company is still expecting me to pay Rs.5900 to close the account and to provide Noc. I explained all things that I paid on time all dues and expecting them to close the account but still it is pending for more than 5 months. The company's response is very bad on all times and no proper communications and followup

I have the honour to state that myself Ramakanta Mohanta was a loan holder of your company having my Loan Contract No : ORBABDTW04388.
Finally & successfully i closed my loan EMI as OTS Rs. 12, 840/- on dt-19/10/2020. There after i didn't get my NOC till today. In this period i visited your branch at Baripada, Mayurbhanj - Odisha several times & your executive was telling me you will get your NOC soon. But i waited 9 months & now i am disapointed.
So there-fore i would pray your benign self to consider my concern & relese my vehicle NOC as soon as possible & obliged.

Hi,

This is Aravinth and mail is regarding worst experience and poor customer support from HLF

Contract no : TNSLTGTW00933

We have taken Two Wheeler loan on[protected] sum of 72800 and tenure of 30 months .

And our final due date got over by 5th June and we informed concern person from HLF for closure and HP cancel .

But due amt has been detected even for this month 5th July and when we reach HLF they are stating it was taken by mistake will refund by mode of cheque after 20 days .

Even during pandemic sutivation I have paid all loan correctly without overdue . And even after loan is closed they didn’t proceed with closure process and without intimating amt has been detected by processing our cheque.

I am writing this mail so that I get proper response and expecting amt to be refunded soon.

I hereby inform you that I had purchased TVS Apache Bike No. (DL11SF-1307) its registration is April 2013..
I paid all my loan instalments till 2015...one or two instalment which were not deducted my account was paid personally to instalment collector boy of your company.

Since 2019 till 2021 i tried 15 times to contact HLF team to forclose and provide NOC. But HLF team didnt responded and they were continuously adding to 12 INR, which is now...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Rajnikant Chopade Consumer Of Hinduja Finance having a loan on my Activa 5g Since 2018 for 3 years. I would like to inform you that all of a sudden a person from hinduja finance comes to my place after 1.5 years for recovery or else he will pick up my bike the asking amount is 18600/- and i have just started working since 1 month at chakan and my basic salary is - 13500/- & i have a family and a little daughter just tell me how will i pay this huge amount all of sudden last time in 2020 the same thing happened 2 guys came & started asking for money 12000/- that time i have kept my gold & paid 12000/- these people have no ID's. With them still i paid now my gold is also on Auction. Now i have no way out this is so much Pressurizing. Please lend some more time as i have lost my job since September 2020 and i have a family behind i will pay the EMI with interest just need some time. Hinduja finance being a reputed company will understand our situation. I hope you will allow me some time.

I haven't received NOC for my Bike MH12LL6597.
My Contract no: MHPUPNTW02037.
My Customer Code : MHTW019665
I have paid all the EMIs, and I was told by your representative : Ms.Komal, in November 2017(last month of loan period), that we will recieve NOC letter in mail, as it comes from Chennai, within 15 days, as we had no dues and loan was all cleared.
After a month, we tries contacting Ms.Komal...
