Myself (Prakash Kumar Gupta), an existing customer of Hinduja Housing Finance Ltd running HL of 20 Lakh in LAN:- BR/GYA/GAYA/A[protected]. I would like to inform my grievance & fraudulent activity done by your company.
I have already paid RS.1869143/- on 23rd March 2021 & RS.121894/- on 23rd February 2021, post this also I have cleared April' 2021 EMI on time. Put together I have paid RS.20, 19, 731/- against Foreclosure amount of RS. 20, 03, 879/-, but same amount has been adjusted on 12th June 2021. Please check all relevant documents, deposit slip & HHF acknowledgement copy along with SOA attached herewith for your reference.
Very bad experience with you guys, I don't know being a HFC is this fair practice to cheat & harassing customer, after multiple mail no one is responding & I have to go to RBI and consumer forum.
Hinduja Leyland Finance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

With reference to trail mail, without any discussion, I received a mail to deposit 40810/- in my loan account for closure the loan. Whereas I have already deposited an excess amount of 15000/- approximately. This was also mentioned in my earlier complaint to you. It seems like i am being cheated and being charged extra.
It's COO is reverting this kind of mail, just think without any proper investigation, how COO is demanding 40801/- to pay. All the relevant documents are attached in trail mail. Better you recheck again, the entire foreclosure amount has been paid on 23rd March but it has been adjusted on 12 June. Is this my fault or your fault ?.
Raither then go to the consumer forum or NHB I thought atleast I should speak to the your top management. Just see the lathargic approach & the way harrsing a customer in this way. I know the entire indusind bank has stood under your guidance, atleast I am looking forward response at your end.
