This refer to my loan no. PJCGMHTW01851 which started on January 2019 on purchase of splendor plus bike.. It has been decided to pay 12 instalment which was finish on April 2021..I paid all the 12 instalments through Ecs but 1 instalment of Rs. 2358 has been deducted without my information. I called or visited so many times but they don't refund my money nor they give NOC of my loan.. Kindly resolve this matter ASAP...

I completed my overdue payment on hlf connect app using upi ([protected]@oksbi) on 2 july 2021 at 10 : 50 AM .but in app this show your overdue is pending...HLF recovery agent repeatedly calling me and say if you not pay your overdue payment then your vehicle will taken away from you...if i pay my overdue payment then why i can Pay double this payment??? Plz solve this issue as soon as possible...

Now the finance telling that they are added the 6 moratorium for this. Actually without the moratorium i have to pay only 2081.moratorium amount is 6181

How it is possible sir. I will pay what i have to delay. But i can't pay the moratorium amount. And So plz take the genuine action

My name is Mir Ismail Ali, I had taken a EMI loan on Activa 5G on my mother's name.
I have paid the all amount and finally got loan account closed on 21st April and was said NOC will be delivered in 45 days but its been 2 months and haven't received anything.

Loan details are
Contract Number : APHZHTTW11844
Final Amount Paid : 47, 200
VEHICLE : HONDA ACTIVA 5G
RC NUMBER : TS-13-EP-9983
Collection executive : ADITYA SHALINI - HSL19445

I have visited head branch in Hyderabad Telangana multiple times and haven't received any help. I have been calling cs numbers but no one answers even once. I NEED NOC

Myself (Prakash Kumar Gupta), an existing customer of Hinduja Housing Finance Ltd running HL of 20 Lakh in LAN:- BR/GYA/GAYA/A[protected]. I would like to inform my grievance & fraudulent activity done by your company.
I have already paid RS.1869143/- on 23rd March 2021 & RS.121894/- on 23rd February 2021, post this also I have cleared April' 2021 EMI on time. Put together I have paid RS.20, 19, 731/- against Foreclosure amount of RS. 20, 03, 879/-, but same amount has been adjusted on 12th June 2021. Please check all relevant documents, deposit slip & HHF acknowledgement copy along with SOA attached herewith for your reference.

Very bad experience with you guys, I don't know being a HFC is this fair practice to cheat & harassing customer, after multiple mail no one is responding & I have to go to RBI and consumer forum.

With reference to trail mail, without any discussion, I received a mail to deposit 40810/- in my loan account for closure the loan. Whereas I have already deposited an excess amount of 15000/- approximately. This was also mentioned in my earlier complaint to you. It seems like i am being cheated and being charged extra.

It's COO is reverting this kind of mail, just think without any proper investigation, how COO is demanding 40801/- to pay. All the relevant documents are attached in trail mail. Better you recheck again, the entire foreclosure amount has been paid on 23rd March but it has been adjusted on 12 June. Is this my fault or your fault ?.
Raither then go to the consumer forum or NHB I thought atleast I should speak to the your top management. Just see the lathargic approach & the way harrsing a customer in this way. I know the entire indusind bank has stood under your guidance, atleast I am looking forward response at your end.

I purchased Suzuki Access Scooty from Bittoo Bikewala Pvt. Ltd. on 05.11.2014 with finance from Hinduja Leyland Finance.

The Reg. No. of Scooty is DL1SY0154.

I have cleared all the dues long ago but I have not received NOC till date.

It is brought to your kind notice that I have taken two wheeler loan from HLF .My loan amount was Rs. 128000. My contract number is UPFZGWTW00025 and it is ended on 5 April 2021. Still I have not got my NOC till date to terminate my hypothecation. I have not any idea whom to contact for NOC. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

We already completed the amount and collected noc from your cochin office, but when I check my cibil report then this same loan account reflected as a default and overdue
Due to this I am facing difficulty to take a bank loan,
