i submitted many times ecs forms
but it is not converted
and i am paying regulor
but in that ur app shows over due
when i am calling ur excutive for calrity
they are not responding
ur side service is very bad and worst
r u clearing my problem
or can i go consumer court for this problem

          Hi team,

          we had EMI for 2 wheeler KA19EW5894, 3-4 times customer care only told it will be closed on April2021 and from May i am not supposed to pay anything. However now someone from your team is calling and irritating to pay money for may month.

          Its annoying, send EMI clearance statement, if not i will go ahead and file online complaint against your team.

          No one is picking my call. please call me @ [protected].

Emi's are all clear i got NOC Also and i applied for Hire purchase Termination Nearly since 2 months i requested to every to process the same . NO one is responding and i have sent . Team is so busy even they also not ready to reply my mail . i just want to know weather team is doing for me personally or else will do for every one same .

                                I have taken Two wheeler Loan Hinduja against Loan No. DHGHNITW01751 and Cleared all the EMIs/Dues. Sir when I have visited your office Sec-16 Noida on 10.11.2020 for enquiring about getting NOC / No Dues Certificate, your office staff intimated that still I have to pay Rs.3199 /- against the CHOLA Insurance charges for which I have not given my Consent/Acceptance. Recently, my CIBIL Score has come down due to non-payment of Chola Insurance charges Rs. 3199 /-. Hence, I request you sir to please issue NOC at the earliest by updating my CIBIL score.
